Fits 1" x 8 TPI Wood Lathes: This 4-jaw wood chuck features an outer diameter of 10 cm and an internal thread of M33 x 3.5 mm. The 1" x 8 TPI adapter fits 1" x 8 TPI lathe spindles, making it ideal for most medium to large woodworking lathes. Inside clamping, outside support: 4-jaw adjustment via two locking rods. With a clamping range of 1.5-2.8 in / 39-72 mm inside and a support range of 2-3.5 in / 50.5-89 mm outside, this wood chuck firmly holds workpieces of various shapes.
Self-Centering Design: Our self-centering lathe chuck automatically keeps your workpiece centered during high-speed rotation. Minimizes misalignment without repeated manual adjustments, enhancing machining efficiency.
Wood Screw Mount: The wood lathe chuck includes a tapered screw designed for large, flat wood pieces. You can quickly secure the workpiece by drilling a 1 in deep, 0.3 in diameter hole in its center.
