Quick Delivery
The turn around tome from ordering to delivery was amazing! Quality product and hardware included. Amazing!
Quality!
The balusters arrived carefully packaged. We are quite impressed with the quality and our deck project turned out awesome. Great product and we highly recommend.
Good value
Good quality. Nicely finished. Black philips screws included. But does each and every baluser need to be unnecessarily packaged in a clear plastic bag?! If they're durable enough to live through Canadian winters they don't need to be sheathed in plastic for shipping!
Quick and easy
Happy how easy and fast they went up. They look fantastic. Six years deciding what I wanted and a day to install. Wish I had seen these before! Haha
Tralki
Towar zgodny z opisem, szybka dostawa, jestem bardzo zadowolony z zakupu i jakości przefmiotu
Careful not to tight up the screw too much...very fragile!
I like him a lot. Very thin though and also very easy to install so very pleased with it. I haven't passed a winter yet so we shall see but they are made out of aluminum
Retired
We really liked the Balusters but changed our minds and went a different direction. I was extremely pleased with the brand's ease of return for full payment back. I highly recommend them and will purchase other items in the future.
Excellent, beautiful, & easy
These guys are PERFECT! THEY LOOK PHENOMENAL. Very user friendly to install. So far, so good 👌🏼
Railing
Fast delivery and very good looking on deck.
Professional look
These are easy to install. I would recommend hand tightening so you don’t crush them at the screw point. Look great.
Solution found
We had round, iron deck pickets that were fastened in by rubber tips top and bottom. As wood dried out, the pickets became loose and would fall out. These iron, flat pickets were screwed top and bottom on inside of deck rail at same point the round ones were installed. It is so safe now for less than $300! A contractor quoted installing heavy wire grid, removal of old pickets at cost of $3,000. We are beyond thrilled with the brand's products, shipping and delivery.
Great Peoduct
Product arrived in a timely manner. Delivery was smooth. Installation was easy and look great. Replaced old 2x2 wood spindles. No more painting or staining. I took one star off quality because one spindle was slightly bent. (Not bad, one out of 144) Great product, looks great and installs easily. I have since purchased other product from this company and I highly recommend them.
Railings made easy
This was a great product to work with. Easy to measure up and plan out. The screws it came with fit perfect and quality was what I expected for the price paid. The look was exactly what I was looking for.
Excelente compra
Excelente producto. Me ha gustado mucho. Ademas el servicio de paquetería fue rápido y excelente.
Mistwood Estate Project Manager
Great balusters. Much thicker and sturdier than expected. I would purchase again.
Excelente compra
Muy útiles para embellecer y dar seguridad a las escaleras. Me han gustado mucho.
Dover farms
Looks great a little thinner than I imagined but served what I needed
Contractor
The screws were such poor quality I had to pre drill softwood to stop from stripping and they only lasted a couple of months before the oxidation came through the paint
Metal balasters
, very nice, reasonably priced, prompt shipping
Easy to work with. Great product
Perfect for what I wanted them to do. Cut them down to size using a circular saw with ease. Also cut easy with a hacksaw. Came really well packaged and the screws provided were of decent quality. Would definitely buy again if a similar project comes up.
Deck Balusters
I bought a smaller quantity last year, I waited for months for the deck balusters to be back in stock. In order to match them I had to buy much more than I wanted because you all never put the lessor quantity back in stock.
Madame
Plus Léger que je ne croyais. En espérant que le tout soit sécuritaire une fois installé.
Simple and noce
My customer wanted a more modern look on their deck. I wanted to make sure I could stay within their budget. These were perfect!
handyman
Used them to replace the dated iron railing on my front porch, all pre drilled holes and screws included predrill the wood and used a screw driver to install screws a drill with bit will snap the screws or use your own screws if your too lazy
Project manager
I would like to be able to purchase smaller quantities but these are great to work with
Homeowner
These balusters are lightweight, durable, and visually appealing. I think they were the perfect look for our project and the price was reasonable.
CUSTOMER
PAID MERCHANDISE, DELIVERY HAS NOT HAPPENED AND VERON IS ASKING FOR A REVIEW.
Perfect solution to bring our stairs up to code.
We purchased an older home which had wooden balusters on the stairs that were too far apart, according to the current safety code. We needed something to place in between the wooden balusters that would bring it up to code and look great at the same time. These balusters were just the ticket
Good value
At first glance they seemed a little flimsy but that's compared to steel. Once installed they are sturdy and look great. My only complaint is that I doubt like the screws. They are kind of hard to screw I in. I think its because they catch the metal and try and push the balusters away from the wood. I also wish there were 4 holes per baluster.

Good finish quality and quick shipping - reasonable for the price. The quantity of material used is absolutely the imagnable bare minimum - maybe your cat won't make any sustained damage accidentally hitting it. Be aware that the length data given is the hole distance, not the total size. I'd say until ~70cm between fixing points its OK.
CEO
These work great for what we need. They look best when sandwiched between two rails. Used them on my personal home and all jobsites.
Ballasys
These are a beautiful yet economical finish for a new deck! Hopeful that last the alternative, but very happy thus far.
Owner
Great Product! We have been using this particular balusters for over a year now. Our clients love the look.
Great looking
Provide a refreshed look to my Pool Deck, ordered more than needed as I will be Upgrading my other section of Deck to match looks. Supplied screw are very weak. Do not torque them too much the Phiilips section will strip.
Owner
Great product. We use these for all of our decks. And, the customers love them. Just wish we could get them quicker.
Love, love, love
Have ordered any used these for our own deck and other decks that my husband has built. Clean, fresh look. Easy to install and looks amazing.
Great product
Love these! They really look good on a deck. A great option to use with wood. Product arrives quickly and always in good shape. Have used these on our own deck and on some that my husband built for others.
easy to use
easy to use, one end can be cut if they are too long. The screws will rust where the bit makes contact with the screw head. This can be touched up with black paint, or more quality screws (such as galvanized, etc) can be purchased.
Mr
Nice product but had to replace all screws to install. The supplied screws strip during installation.
Customer
Built a guard rail on the patio, put the ballistars on the rail which turned out great and everyone loves them. Looks great!
S
Really simple and effective way to finish our deck off. Looks great and saved a lot of time and hassle when compared to other options.
mr
Easyto install. Light weight but creates a nice look. There are not enough screws included with the shipment.
Ms
Couldn’t be any easier to install this product. Great way to modernize your porch. Definitely recommend.
Home Owner
Balusters showed up on time. I used them to rebuild my back deck railing. The balusters were very easy to install and look great!
very nice !
These rails are nice looking and a fraction of the price of rails at other big box retailers. Recommend !
Spindles
Super light & good quality for the price. Be careful the paint might chip. Overall good product. I used the spindles for my deck & stairs. Looks great
deck
I was looking for squared-off deck spindles and these fit the bill. The price was better than most places I'd seen, and they were very easy to install. Lightweight but sturdy. Will be ordering more in the near future.
