These were the absolute worst quality stanchions I have ever purchased!! Didn't even want to put 1 star on review. Do not purchase these because the price is cheap. Spend more on better quality!

Lichte paaltjes

De prijs van de paaltjes zit zeer goed. Wij gebruiken het om rond oldtimers te zetten, de hoogte van de paaltjes is lager dan gemiddeld wat voor onze toepassing dan weer net ideaal is maar voor effectieve crowd control in de luchthaven bv dan weer net te laag. Je moet de voet van de paaltjes nog zelf vullen met zand, aardige taak wanneer je er 24 hebt besteld.... Vervolgens, wanneer de voet dan eindelijk helemaal vol zand zit zijn de paaltjes....jawel, nog steeds te licht.... Wanneer je het lint van de ene naar de andere wilt trekken trek je het paaltje zo om en dus moet iemand het ene paaltje vasthouden om het lint eruit te krijgen. Ze kunnen met het lint in theorie 2m overbruggen, maar omdat ze zo licht zijn is de spanning van het lint net groot genoeg zodat elk paaltje dan scheef staat. Reëel kan je er dus maar 1.5m mee overbruggen.

Used these for a store opening. Fill the bases with sand and they're rock solid. Belts retract smoothly. Can't fault them.

Ik organiseer beurzen en festivals. Deze set heb ik nu drie keer ingezet. De vierwegadapters maken creatieve opstellingen mogelijk. Het zwart is neutraal en professioneel. De palen zijn zwaar genoeg om niet om te waaien maar licht genoeg om in mijn busje te tillen. Eén set is genoeg voor een middelgrote stand. Voor grotere evenementen bestel ik er nog een set bij.

J’avais acheté une première fois mais là c’est autrement et ça s’envole c’est trop léger il faudrait du ciment est encore je suis pas sûr que ça tienne c’est vraiment un mauvaise achat je déconseille

More useful than just events

Base needs filling

Out of the box they feel light. Once I added sand, much better, no wobble.

Didn’t scratch the floor

We used them on a polished indoor floor and the bases stayed stable without leaving marks behind.

Good but overkill for small spaces

Bought these for my small boutique. They work fine and look smart BUT they take up more floor space than I expected. The bases are quite wide, and with 8 posts in a 30sqm shop it feels crowded. The retractable belts are great quality though. If you have a larger venue, go for it. For tiny shops, maybe look at wall-mounted queue systems instead. I ended up using only 4 and storing the rest.

Slappe paaltjes

Ik heb ze in onze auto showroom gezet, maar ze zijn zo slap en licht dat de paal schuin op de voet gaat staan als je ze aan elkaar koppelt. Als je de paal te hard aandraait gaat hij door het plastic van de voet heen. Ze zijn niet duur, maar het ook niet echt waard. De voeten hebben we overigens afgevuld met zand.

6 events later and still going strong

I run a mobile bar business and bought this set 4 months ago. They've been to a wedding in a muddy field, a corporate event in a conference centre, two food festivals, a private birthday in a garden, and a Christmas market. I was worried the sand-filled bases would rust from rain exposure but the coating has held up. The belts still retract perfectly. The only sign of wear is some light scratches on the poles from being loaded in and out of the van. For something that gets tossed around this much, I'm genuinely impressed. Probably ordering a second set for next season.

Did the job at an event

Used these for a small event. Set them up in maybe 10 minutes. Not fancy, but people followed the line.

Even better than the rental ones

We normally hire stanchions for our annual charity gala. This year we bought this set instead. SO GLAD we did. They're actually nicer than the tired old rental ones — fresher paint, smoother belts. The sign holders are a nice touch we didn't expect. And they've already paid for themselves vs. what we'd have spent on rental. Win.

El producto no es como piensas, ni se sostiene de pie por si solos, tal como sale en las fotos.. Y si intentas devolverlo te ponen todas las pegas posibles y todos los mareos que te puedas imaginar, yo he pedido en varías ocasiones un código para la devolución o un QR y no te lo proporcionan, solo preguntas de por qué quieres devolverlo y te intentan convencer para que té lo quedes si o si, incluso te hacen una oferta y te devuelven una pequeña parte de dinero para que te lo quedes... Yo no lo recomiendo, yo al final tengo el paquete en casa y sin poder utilizarlos ya que no cumplen con el producto que esperaba, espero sirva de algo y la gente no caiga en estos engaños y se vean en la misma situación que yo. Gracias por resolver mi problema con eficacia y rapidez (ironía)

Erg lage kwaliteit en niet wat we ervan verwacht hebben. De paaltjes moet je eerst zelfstandig vullen met zand. De paaltjes zijn alleen van zwak materiaal, wanneer ze volledig gevuld zijn vallen ze om wanneer je aan het koord trekt. Als je de paaltjes te ver uit elkaar zet vallen ze ook om. De onderkant van de voet knikt steeds.
