Great chopper

Works great!!! Very easy to assemble and clean. Runs quiet and has very clean cuts on vegetables. Haven't used dining blades yet, but Im sure it will be great!

Saves time and pain.

Absolutely fantastic, just diced a half bushel of tomatoes in about five minutes. If your into food prep and your getting along in age this is the unit for you. No sore wrist or hands from chopping for me.

Not as described.

I have it for a month. Tried to shred harder vegetables. No use. Tried to shred cabbage. No use. Tried to shred softer vegetables, like zucchini, better but still requires a lot of hand pressing on the top. In general I will give 1 stars. It is very lightweight, feels like a kid toy. The inserts keep falling out all the time. No. I don’t know if I can return it ( I would if I could), but definitely it is not what I expected.

Very low quality

Hello, I used only one time and only one blade for dicing carrots, I didn’t get chance to try the rest of the blades, because This machine from start the blade dicer was rotated very slowly and I thought how this one will cut the carrot, I diced first the bell pepper and everything comes like smashed but nice diced cubes, Then when I put the carrots it was chocking so slowly even though I couldn’t put more the one or two pieces and slowly pressing them down and after three pounds basically it stopped and couldn’t go through, When I opened I couldn’t get the blade cutter out so I put it back the cover and switched on it started to make strange noise and smell like smoke or over heat, Then i opened second time and finally got the blade cutter out washed and put it back, The blade knife is rotating slowly but when you put the carrot piece in it just doesn’t goes through and stops, This one probably was factory malfunction, Thanks,

nice slicer

I found this to work well for what I bought it for. I use to cut up about 20 pounds of carrots every few days for my animals. It makes short work of it. Clean up is fairly easy as well. For the money this is a nice time saver and does the job well.

The safety stop for the spring loaded pusher is in a bad spot it will make the vegetable turn sideways giving plank cuts. Surprised that you need a screw driver to clean the head

This slicer has made my work so much easier! I make plantain flour, yam flour, and ginger powder, and I used to cut everything by hand. I cannot recommend this product

Very disappointed with this potato slicer. I purchased this machine to make French fries, but it performs far below expectations. The cutting wheel rotates too slowly, so the blades don’t have enough speed to make clean cuts. Instead of slicing smoothly, the potatoes are torn, crushed, and chipped, leaving many broken and unusable pieces. I tested it with fresh potatoes, but the results were the same every time. For a machine that costs around $400 after taxes, this level of performance is unacceptable. I’m returning it because it simply isn’t worth the money. A good manual French fry cutter would actually produce cleaner, more consistent cuts than this machine.

Normally a happy customer

Normally I am a huge fan of the brand's products, and own a huge amount of the brand's products. Have not counted but well over 25 products and I would guess it is closer to 50 different products. This product is a big disappointment. The grates were not sharpened, the grates would not cut properly or cut decent size results both in slices and in grated products. The last little bit gets stuck between the grating part and the feeding/holding frame. The pusher does not go down close to the grating part. Has a good strong motor but that is about it. Not sure if I got a dude as I am not sure how some here say it is a good unit. I have a much smaller salad shooter and it works head and shoulders above this unit.

I would like to return this food processor. The unit is very delicate and does not perform well in kitchen use. After unboxing and testing it briefly, I realized it does not meet my expectations. The product shows no signs of use, is fully functional, and has been repacked in its original condition

First slicer

Been looking for a machine to cut lots of Okra every year for customers during the harvest season and thought I had the tool now but a little disappointed after trying it out on carrots. Machine cuts well but unable to cut at Max size of 0.5" as published. Having it set to Max only gives me 3/8" slices that is unacceptable for customers.

Vegetable pieces too thin, some pieces end up uncut.

Product doesn't cut in very appropriate thicknesses, seems to have a thickness range from potato chips to a thickness of a McDonald's french fry. Cubing vegetables is frustrating, you have to run them through multiple times, and usually get a random assortment of sizes, due to the way the larger slices just slip between back into the bowl below. Functional, but a huge disappointment.

We hebben de Elektrische Kaasrasp Salademaker 200W Groentesnijder nu een paar weken - en hij is HELEMAAL FANTASTISCH! Het raspen van Parmezaanse kaas met onze hand-rasp was altijd een heel gedoe (en gevaarlijk voor het laatste stukje!), maar met deze elektrische gaat het als een speer! Wortels deden we met onze (veel grotere) keukenmachine, dat ging prima - maar veel werk met schoonmaken. En bij deze haal je de voorkant er heel makkelijk vanaf en hoppa: met rasp en al in de vaatwasser! Kortom: de keukenmachine kan van het aanrecht af, naar de reservebank!

Strong motor and it does the job well. The slicer/grinder/chopper attachments are sturdy but wish the metal drum would be all around instead of two inserts into plastic/ABS material. Especially when slicing cheese, it gums up easier than my previous Tefal slicer/grinder Also, this unit is a little louder than I expected it to be but it does not take away from functionality. Overall, a solid product.

We really like this chopper works really good. No complaints came with an extra set of blades super shop easy to use love it. Bought this for our tomatoes. This is the second one that I’ve owned. The first one was perfect for our needs. Bought this one a few months ago for a backup. We just opened it a couple days ago so I imagine it’s too late to return it.. This one has a much slower blade rotation and doesn’t seem to have enough pressure to push the tomatoes into the blades causing very thin slices no matter how thick the setting.
