Good Table but No Indexing Plates Available

Good hobbyist table and value for money. Needs Cleaning and tweaking early on to get the best outcome. Not the best for very exact work. One star for Features as the brand have stopped producing indexeing plates for this model.....WHY... indexing plates are a must for a rotary table. You now have to buy plates from other suppliers - hope they fit, modify them or make your own. Need to fix this the brand....

Michel de TR en YouTube habla muy bien de ella, por eso la compré, pero sinceramente por sus comentarios me esperaba mas, después de demontarla, cambiar grasa y ajustar, sigue dura en una parte de la vuelta, como si el usillo estuviera algo desviado. Tambien presenta un gran agujero de fundición en el interior del alojamiento donde va el tornillo de avance. No afecta a su funcionamiento pero está. Lo mejor, el precio. Gracias por dar la oportunidad de opinar.

Expedient Purchase

I cut a circumference groove in a part with it and was successful. The degree marks on the table are acid etched and very hard to read. The dial locking collar that engages/disengages the scroll is a pinch type clamping mechanism that is functional, but far from elegant. The rotation of the tables has rough spots. For the price, it you can't beat it. Hind site, I would have saved my money and got a Vertex.

Förvånansvärt bra för pengarna, prisvärt. Rundgång och parallellitet inom 1/00 delar, vilket är det viktigaste. Utmärkt gjutjärn som krävde en hel del jobb, men blev bra. Tog isär allt, rengjorde och gradade nästan allt. Rekomenderas. Justerat glapp i lager och snäckskruv. T-spåren hade slipskador som var svåra att fixa, men i mitt fall kommer jag ändå att använda en fixturplatta så det spelar mindre roll. Största kvarstående problemet är att skalan på ratten och den direktvisande på bordet går åt olika håll... irriterande problem. Dom som jag sett på Youtube ser inte ut så. Försöker hitta en graderingsring som går åt rätt håll om det finns att få tag i... tacksam för tips. Per renderlo più preciso l'ho smontato e rimontato eliminando diversi giochi; inefficiente il blocco realizzato con una vite da 4 mm che però si appoggia solo per la metà della sua sezione; l'ho sostituita con una da 5 mm e aggiunta un'altra. Adesso blocca bene. Complessivamente un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo utilizzo su una fresa realizzando un apposito supporto per le lavorazioni di alluminio e piccoli asporti di acciaio.

Fast delivery as ever. The round table comes a llitle bit rough. all edges has to deburred. The slots for positioning keys are a little bit under dimensioned so a dremel tool was needed. My key slots in my milling table is 12mm, but the keys some with 16mm, so I had to get a pair of these else there. Fixing these small issues and you end up with a good round low priced round table.

Poor craftsmanship that was covered up

I unpacked the rotary table and started cleaning it up. I noticed the indicator plate for the table was mounted crooked. After carefully examining it I found a broken off drill or tap ( I couldn't tell which because it was hammered into the casting) under the indicator plate.

Not bad

Not bad. We'll not as bad as I thought it would be. Some other reviews were a bit disconcerting regarding concentricity and parallelism. Bottom had a high spot of around .0015 in the middle so it had a noticeable rock to it when placed on my mill table. I was able to scape it out in an hour or so. After that I ran some tests on it. Table top sweeped within .001 or so over 8 inches. Rotated 90 degrees and got the same. I'm happy with that. Concentricity tests were within .001 on OD and the register in the center ran even better at .0005. Swept the table in rotary mode at a few different diameters and it did have a slight low spot in a small area by .0005 to .0006 in a 20 degree arc. Still not bad for the money. That can be corrected by a rotary skim cut just to clean it up. All in all I'm quite happy with it ,(for the money). If I had paid more I would expect more, but I didn't. I this instance I rolled the dice and didn't crap out.

Excellent! Low backlash, sturdy, exactly what I was looking for. I purchased a 7” 3-jaw chuck and an adapter plate and everything fit well. Note how I had to bolt it to my table. It only has one slot in that config.

Je déconseille d'acheter ce produit. Le vernier n'est pas juste et ne correspond pas aux angles demandés, rien correspond 😏. De plus quand vous le positionner horizontalement il y a la molette du vernier qui touche le plateau de la fraiseuse. degree scale on table is off by 20+ degrees in relation to the slots. The scale reads backwards to the rotation. Scale on turning handle is off by 10 min for 1/2 turn. I expected the quality to be low but this is unacceptable. Will you correct this or am i stuck with this junk? As of now i would not buy any thing more from the brand. Purchase i made in the past was very good. This is junk unless you replace or make it right.

The rotary table actually looks fine , but when using it vibration during cutting was enough to cause the 3 jaw chuck to rotate no matter how I tried to clamp and stop it rotating. It needs additional clamping and locking facilities.

Pour ce mandrin diviseur, j’ai dû opter pour un petit modèle (problème de taille de machine). Mon seul regret est qu’il n’y a aucun disque percé fourni, il faut les acheter séparément. Heureusement, c’est du standard et on trouve ces disques facilement. J’aurais aimé également qu’il y a les présélections les plus courantes (3, 6, 12 etc) directement sur le mandrin, comme sur le modèle plus gros. Là, sans disques il faut se positionner sur la graduation (360 degrés), ça manque de précision potentielle. Bref, du bon matériel, solide, mais légèrement perfectible.

Degree markets miss aligned, they sent me a new part from China, the screws that held it on were crooked and stripped asking it un removable. The brand credited me a hundred bucks. I cut off and drilled out fasteners and replaced them with new ones, since the stripped out threads were in the new part. I also added a bearing to the handle tech to make it much smoother.

Non molto comoda la scala dei gradi, si vede a malapena. Comunque sufficientemente solido per lavori non molto impegnativi, la utilizzo su una fresa BF25 e mi permette di fare molte lavorazioni. Comunque vale sicuramente quello che costa, sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

Some "assembly" required.

I bought this for a job, used it then "fixed it". I had to make a 12" dia. disk, then make slots in the disk. I had the worst chatter while turning the handle and cutting. Also seemed to have tight spots. When I finished the job, I took the table apart to see if there was anything I find that would cause this, maybe some backlash or something I could fix. The table works by turning the handle, which drives a worm gear set. The hub of the worm gear is (should have been) bolted to the table top. There are two sets of bolts for this job. What I found was they had counterbored one of the sets too small. So the socket head cap screw would not down the bore. This in turn didn't have enough threads engaged to hold the hub onto the table and they had all backed out or were stripped out. There is 6 of these screws and one of the six didn't even line up and was missing. The other set of holes had a chamfer on the bottom for socket head cap screws, so the bottom of the SHCS made point contact with the chamfer. The fix was to take the right sized end mill and correct the counterbores. To finish, I broke all the edges with a file and stoned the flat surfaces. For the price, some "rework" should…

Très bon rapport qualité/prix mais....

Les marquages des divisions semblent moins prononcées que sur les photos présentant la table rotative sur le site en ligne. Ils semblent n'être qu'un marquage laser de surface. Un gravage plus profond aurait été préférable pour une durée dans le temps mais j'espère avoir tord de penser ainsi. J'ai enlevé une étoile pour cela.
