Very strong, sturdy device. Few problems with use... First, every shape, bending,... You need to calculate separately ( take some time and extra material to adjust machine) Second, for banding S shape, everytime ( every single bending) you need to disconnect bending roller to take out the piece. Needs a lot of time if you have to bend 100 pieces, for example. Third, device looks like 10 years old after one use. Paint piled of. Resume: Worth for the value, for some small series, workshops, home use. I recommend this device.

This is a really nice bender set. all the sizes you need. I mounted mine on a plate that fits in my vice for easy access when I need it. dies have a decent finish for the price.

Small tube bender. Fast easy.

Pipe and tube bending for smaller tube. I am using for 3/4” thin wall aluminum, and it does really well. 1” thick wall tube would be a struggle. Cons. Only one radius for each tube diameter. A small indention on inside radius.

Needs a bend angle indicator, and an offset spacer for the tube grabber so it truly goes 180

Assembles ok, had to design/make a mounting plate so it could be mounted horizontal or vertical, also had to design and add an angle indicator so can track the bend amount. I used an eight inch protractor and mounted it on a plate I cut, I used 1/8" steel plate for the protractor base, and used 1/4" plate for the fab-table mount. The "indicator" is a piece of cloths hanger wire that I drilled/tapped for a 1/4-20 BHCS, ground the end of the indicator to a dull point so it could point more accurately at the degrees on the protractor, put some red paint on the tip. Used white sticky label paper under the protractor for better contrast of the numbers. Of note, the way the tube "Grab end" for the mandrel, it hits the follower wheel so it doesn't really get to 180 degrees, more like 165. So, I may do a fix in where I put a spacer under the tube grabber so that, the bend can actually start at 0 degrees instead of 15 degrees. Further all the dies/grabbers would each have to have their own spacer to get it right. The Grabber also does put a mark on the tube that is pretty deep so the hole in the grabber may need the hole "corners" to be broken so they don't mar as bad.

Got the box in perfect condition, all of the parts were there as well as a set of assembly and usage instructions. It's pretty straightforward, I've tinkered with it a little bit, just bending a few small pieces of scrap to get used to how it works. Next thing will be a couple of small bike engine brackets. I know if I have any problems, it'll be user error and not the bender.

Works as it should, but you have to replace the M14 bolt ta an 100 mmM14 half tread before using! A drill pattern or mounting had been great.

If you do any metal work at all this makes bending one off parts or even many parts easier and not at a huge expense

Works just as intended!

Seems to be very well made, sturdy and thick construction! With the legs on its about 50cm off the floor which is a bit low so they could have been a bit longer. Other than that it works great:)

Solid, works like charm.

Used this bender to make variable bins in 3/8 rebar. Two precise sharp bends and a gentle bent in the middle section.It did so with ease once I figured out how to use it. Quality built product. bent the rebar like wet noodles. Great control over the bends. My only cautionary comment would be that it comes with no instructions whatsoever. I had to go online and watch several videos of other companies’ products. I am still not sure what to do with the little oval clips that came with it. I will also have to experiment with the different sized dies So I will be ready for another project.

Ho sorpreso il maritino con questa macchina. Non so come funzioni, ma è rimasto estremamente soddisfatto della facilità di questa macchina. Ha allungato la sua bicicletta, piegato altri tubi, creato un piccolo cancello per tenere il nostro cane fuori da un'area, e così via. Ora è in garage quasi ogni giorno che torna a casa dal lavoro. Mein YP-9 Bench Top Bender wurde vor dem geschätzten Lieferfenster geliefert, so dass superschneller Versand. Es war in einem Karton verpackt, der stark beschädigt war, aber bis auf ein paar kleine Lackspäne waren alle Werkzeugteile vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Das Tool scheint gut gebaut und funktioniert super. Ich konnte leicht 2" x 3/16" Leichtstahlstange (Kaltwalze) mit einem schönen sauberen Radius biegen. Ich würde empfehlen, das Werkstück an den Anschlagblock zu spannen, um ein Verrutschen beim Durchbiegen der Biegung zu verhindern. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich anbieten werde, ist, dass das Handbuch ziemlich rudimentär mit schlechten Diagrammen ist. Glücklicherweise ist dies kein kompliziertes Werkzeug, um herauszufinden, also ist das nicht schrecklich genug, um einen Stern wert zu sein.

So einfach zu bedienen!

Ich habe den Ehemann damit überrascht. Nicht sicher, wie es funktioniert, aber er war sehr zufrieden mit der Leichtigkeit dieser Maschine. Er hat sein Fahrrad ausgestreckt, zusätzliche Rohre gebogen, ein kleines Tor gebaut, um unseren Hund aus einer Gegend fernzuhalten. Er ist fast jeden Tag in der Garage, wenn er von der Arbeit nach Hause kommt. Etwas eifersüchtig, aber froh, dass er glücklich ist?
