De lineaire geleidingsset SBR20 is een complete oplossing voor nauwkeurige bewegingssystemen en combineert ondersteunde rails met kogelomloopspindels voor optimale stabiliteit. Deze set is ontwikkeld voor een soepele loop zonder doorbuiging en is onmisbaar voor projecten die uiterste microvoeding en hoge structurele stijfheid vereisen, met minimale warmteontwikkeling tijdens gebruik.

Gebruik en montage
De installatie verloopt vlot door de reeds aanwezige montagegaten, wat tijd en moeite bespaart bij montage en onderhoud. De set bevat SBR20-rails, RM1605-C7 kogelomloopspindels, BK/BF12-lagerblokken en koppelingen. De samenstelling maakt een nauwkeurige integratie mogelijk en garandeert een uiterst accurate verplaatsing langs de assen.

Both satisfied and not. Over all ok for it´s price, BUT I expected everything to have the same tolerances. 1: One of the end support units at the end don´t slide over the bar. Nothing wrong with the block (BF 12) It´s the bar that is to thick at the end. I tried it on the other two ball screws and it fitted perfect. 2: One or two of the Rail Carriage Block doesn´t slide easily on the linear rail. 3: One of the DSG1006, the drill holes are totally wrong and goes through the outer side.

Foarte bune, exact ce vroiam. Au venit frumos impachetate, fara lovituri indoituri, cei drept ghidajele blocurile de rolmenti am putina nedumerire daca sunt originale sau contra facute dar la pretul afisat sunt ok. Recomandare planarea rolmentilor sau flansa planata corect pusa intre fateta de rolment si placa tractoare... pentru a asigura planeitatea perfecta. Cei drept la SBR20 nu poti comenta ca e pe cilindru si sunt mici jocuri care nu se simt la mana doar cand se va prelucra... dar pentru ca are si suruburi cu bile RM1605 primeste 5 stele plus adaptoarele de prindere frumos tot cu bucse elastice in pachet. in poza nu arata bucsele de cuplare motor. Sunt din alea cu dinti portocalii ... nu e super alegerea mea perfecta dar cand nu mai trebuie sa te duci sa mai dai inca o comanda sa cauti si sa astepti faptul ca a venit cu ele e un plus. sinele sunt unse cu ulei ceva la fel si accesoriile... mare atentie totusi curatati bine sinele si chiar verificati si bilele la rulmenti posibil ca sa fie praf pluta/etc de la ambalare pe ele ale mele avea ceva scame... daca faci lemnarie nu te deranjeaza poate avea si nisip... daca faci metale... cel mai mic fir de par te arunca in precizie...…

the set was missing the couplers but the brand made good on that with no issues. the ball screws are ballscrews the end bearing rests are junk the rails are allot more rigid than my original ones my cnc would not go over 600mm per minute without losing its mind forget losing steps. now it travels over 4500mmpm before it losses a step or two.

Die Ware wurde schnell geliefert. Verpackung war ordentlich. Ein Kugellager hakte etwas. Der Service bot einen Preisnachlass an, den ich gern annahm. Ansonsten ist die Ware ohne Beanstandung. Das Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Ich werde wieder bei der Marke bestellen.

Awesome set of ballscrews, mounts, and linear rails! The 650mm screw was delivered with nearly 0.35mm of "bow" deflection around the middle of the screw (testing using matched V-Blocks on a surface plate with an indicator measuring deflection during screw rotation) this wasn't massively unexpected given the cost but was causing significant binding of the screw across it's travel length. I corrected this by hand using a press and jig; causing some minor elongation: But for my needs this was perfectly acceptable. the 1050mm screw appears to have a little less deflection (under 0.1mm) which should be more than acceptable for my needs. I was unable to measure any deflection in the 350mm ballscrew: it's well below 0.01mm if any. The Rails are exactly on dimension and the bearing blocks appear to function very well. Overall 10/10 for the cost; great kit! Note: I tried to include photos; but the "Add a Photo" appears non-functional.

Das Set Linearschienen kam schnell und super Verpackt an.Alle Teile sind einzeln in Plastik eingeschweisst und dann mit Pappe umverpackt.Alles ist stark einge?lt und damit gut eingelagert.Die Schlitten machen beim Verschieben leichte Ger?usche und man f_lt auch die Kugeln leicht rattern.Ich habe mir die Verschlussschrauben an den Schlitten gegen Schmiernippel ausgetauscht und Fett reingedr_kt, dadurch hat man einen super geschmeidigen Kugellauf ohne Ger?usche.Eine der Schienen hatte am Ende einen scharfkantigen Grad, welcher sich aber mit einer Feile schnell entfernen lie?.F_ den Preis eine absolute Empfehlung. Auch f_ als Lieferant eine Empfehlung wegen schneller Lieferung.

Kit di ottima fattura, ogni pezzo ben rifinito e non presenta nessuna imperfezione. Il pacco arrivato in breve tempo e in ottime condizioni nonostante il peso non trascurabile, i pezzi al suo interno erano ben protetti. Unico neo che nel kit non sono presenti i blocchi di trascinamento, comperati a parte per pochi euro. Prezzo imbattibile se confrontato con altri venditori. Consigliato!

Wow, this is a super high quality set of rails. Everything arrived packaged extremely well, no damage to any components. The steel of the rails is thick and strong, the linear bearings slide well, the bearing blocks are strong and correctly take the entire axial load.Some of the holes in the bearing blocks could have been cleared better of debris but anyone can fix that at home with a drill bit.Also on my set the longest ball screw didn't fit in any of the bearing block bearings, but this was easy to fix by putting the end of the ball screw in ice water and heating up the bearing with a hair dryer. Then it slipped right on!I'm using this to build my own CNC router and the linear motion components really form the basis of a good system. I don't think you're going to find a better value for your money than this set.EDIT: Well I built a router around these components and it's working very well. No complaints at all!
Linearschiene mit Kugelf_rung
Ich habe die Linearschiene f_ eine Hubvorrichtung benutzt. Die F_rung ist sehr pr?zise, spielarm und leise. Ich vermute, dass die Belastbarkeit hoch ist, ich habe aber nur eine Last von einige Kilo benutzt. Die Kugelf_rungswagen haben einen Kunststoffschieber als Transportsicherung. Dieser sollte meiner Meinung nach bis zum Schluss im Wagen bleiben, da sonst die Kugeln verloren gehen k?nnen. Linearschiene vorsichtig einschieben und damit Sicherungsteil herausdr_ken. Ich habe Endanschl?ge angebracht, damit die Schienen nicht mehr die F_rungswagen verlassen k?nnen.
Hat sich echt gelohnt. ?
Das Paket kann innerhalb von einer Woche. Was ich nicht erwartet h?tte. Und die Qualit?t l?sst nichts zu w_schen _rig. Kann ich nur empfehlen. ??

Packaging was excellent. No chance of any damage to the contents. This is a very complete kit. You're not going to want for much of anything.I noticed that couplings (10mm X .250" checked with a micrometer) for the ball screws are included, wasn't expecting those. The rails are very big, 20mm, which is slightly larger than 3/4". All the rails, ball screws, bearings etc. are high quality. This kit took about a week to get, but don't sweat it, it's well worth the wait. This is a great kit, great value, and I would say Happybuy has their act together. I was highly impressed.

I ordered this set of rails and ball screws on Feb.9 with standard shipping. I received them on Feb. 16th. They were packaged extremely well, with ball screws and nut already attached. All items were lubricated and individually sealed. I'm still in the planning stages of building my CNC, so I couldn't put them into immediate use. However, I did open one rail and ball screw and did a manual "test feel" and was happy to see there was absolutely no backlash with the ball screw. The block bearings for the rails have captive ball bearings, so there's no worry of little balls falling out and getting lost. The rail block bearings have an adjustment screw to tighten them once you put them on the rails. I had to make a very small adjustment once it was attached to the rail to eliminate all slack when twisting the block perpendicular to the rail. I am very pleased with this purchase and will be purchasing from them again in the near future.

Amazing kit
This kit has been amazing and has shown no issues when building my CNC router, I would recommend this kit to anyone!!The only thing I don_ really like is that they don_ have a ask a question bar to ask questions about some of their parts.I miss placed one of the square nuts for the ballscrews and have not figured out how to contact them to ask.
