Never quit or give up. The reason we fail is Broken Focus,

I used this jack less than 6 times. The last time I used it I heard a loud popping noise. It has never worked since. Checked Unit for loose wire and replaced fuse. No results. At 82 years young I am done with hand cranking. Very disappointed 😔

Worth the Price

This electric jack would be an incredible addition RO anyone that has to hand crank. Unfortunately, I bought this as a gift for my buddy. He did not like that he could not put his tailgate down while still connected to the RV hi can’t with mine either?), so he asked me to return it.

Excellent Jack, glad I purchased

I read the bad reviews; first off I covered the top with a heavy duty plastic bag, then put the bag that came with it over the plastic bag so as no water would enter any part of the switches (read reviews switch goes bad) I only use the remote which is awesome, I hold the button up or down and at the same time hook up lights, safety chains, etc,.... It is not slow like folks are saying. If you watch the video obviously it is speed up so it looks fast but good gosh how fast do you need this to go up and down. It is not any slower than my other electric hitches, The best thing is the Remote, this is what saves you time. I am super happy with mine, purchased a few months ago and I hitch up 5x a week.

Works great and easy to install

Works very well although kind of slow. My tongue weight is about 800lb plus I use a weight distributing hitch. It will easily lift the rear of my loaded 3/4 ton pickup to hook up the hitch torsion bars. The gearing makes it run slower. Installing the jack takes under 15 min. How long it takes to run the wires is variable according to your battery setup. Mine was easy and only required putting a wiring ring on each one and attaching to the battery. It has a fuse in the hot wire so nothing needs to be done with that. It didn't turn on when I 1st tried it. The fuse wasn't installed in the holder. It was under the rain cover on the holder so it needed to be stuck in the slots.

Awesome addition to my trailer

Holy cow is this thing great. Makes hooking up the camper so easy. I wish I had bought it sooner. All that cranking up and down for the weight distribution hitch was killing my bad shoulder. . Now it's a breeze. Install took ten minutes. I like that it's powered by my truck instead of the camper's battery. It's convenient and leaves the trailer battery to power trailer things. Buy one. You won't regret it!

At first, when I considered buying an electric jack for my food trailer, a lot of people told me, “Be careful, those fail. A manual jack is better.” After using it, I can honestly say it completely changed my experience. I’ve been moving trailers and dumpsters for the past 10 years, and this has made hitching and unhitching much easier. The quality is excellent, the installation was straightforward, and it works exactly as expected. The only extra step in my case was welding the mounting plate. I highly recommend this product. It has saved me time and effort, and I would definitely buy it again.

Excellent product. Lifts quickly. Easy to install. I would have like to position the controls to operate on the driver side, but holes would not match correctly, it would go slightly beyond 90 degrees. Turning the controls to the passenger side holes matched perfectly. That being said, I mounted it straight in line with the hitch. The light fell from its secure location, still works, don't know if I should try secure it.

This Jack is worth it

This Jack is amazing. But let me be clear, this product does not come with bolts and you may have to rewire the trailer 7-pin hookup. Both are very simple and still worth the purchase.

We are super happy we purchased this. As we age things get a little harder to do, of course and get a little more tiring. It is always easier camping when our grandson goes, he does all the hard stuff. But he has gotten a job and married, so we are going alone more often and decided to purchase one of these. Best thing we have bought in a while. I included several pictures. First just showing the buttons on the front. power and up and down-that is it. The second is my hubs installing it and this took less than half an hour and that includes the whole job-taking the manual jack off and installing this one. This was a super easy job, matched up easily and perfectly. Very heavy so it definitely ought to be pretty durable. It had just bare wires on the end of this to hook up to your battery and my hubs did not want to do things that way, but this is just his preference. He wanted it easier and not to have to twist on those wires every fall when he takes the battery off the camper, so he purchased battery hooks for it, but this did not have to be done, just what he wanted. Since the next is not a video, you cannot see the action, but it is of the jack doing its job. And it does it well.…

Clean up area for a Good Ground.

Just make sure you provide a Clean Safe Ground when putting the Bolts on.I used a Little Rubber Hose and ran my Positive Red wire inside for protection to the Battery.

Works great. Tailgate on my GMC drops down when trailer is attached. Was everything I expected and love the fact I'm not doing all the work to hitch up and go.

It’s the weight that I wanted 5,000 pounds so it was my issue that caused it not to fit properly, but I can rectify this with a new lower plate and plus those will definitely reinforce it 100% . So the bad there is absolutely nothing I can even think of.
