Buongiorno, mi è arrivato il 12 Ottobre in buone condizioni, sono un privato uso il crick per cambiare le ruote estive/ invernali. Non ho potuto montare la maniglia perché troppo piccola, ne ho fabbricata una in acciaio come si vede dalla foto. Manca il Box in PVC che è presente nelle istruzioni ma non nella foto. Saluti Oscar

Not impressed! The caster wheels will not clear the frame. No matter which way you turn it one of the wheels is bound up. The front wheels have an extreme amount of slop.

I had to fight with lowering valve to make jack work. The machine work for the rotary hydraulic lowering valve feels very poor. IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!

Awsome jack with no so great manual

Well built and sturdy. Jack worked as described. Instructions are bad. It should be: 1. Take the metal clip that holds the lever in place (no where in the manual did it mention the retainer clip). Clip is under tension so remove with care and have hand/eye protection. 2. Assemble the handles. 3. Insert the handle in place. 4. Turn clockwise to lift and counter-clockwise to release. I suggest the manual to be revamped for new users.

Doesn't measure up

I bought this jack to replace my 20 year old aluminum racing jack of similar lifting capacity that was just worn out. This jack is heavier, handle and body are much shorter meaning less leverage for picking heavy vehicles, and it cost more than my aluminum one did and it came with 2 aluminum jack stands (which i still use). All in all, not very impressed.

Don't do it

My company bought 4 of these jacks as a test for fleet of vehicles. One jack showed up missing the bolt that secures the handle to the jack. I opened a support ticket and was asked for some info. I provided photos of the parts, jacks, manual etc that was requested as well as a description. I didn't hear anything after that until I received an email that stated the problem was solved and the ticket was closed. I was not solved or corrected. Two of the jacks broke in the first two weeks of use. The failure was the same on both jacks. One of the pistons on each failed and popped out rendering the jacks useless. I tried to open a support ticket twice, but I have not received any reply. I was able to remove the bolt that secures the handle on one of the failed jacks and install it the jack that was missing that bolt so I have a functional jack now. The fact that the bolt is removeable in the first place is a design flaw. The Harbor Freight version (and most others) does not come out. My company has 125 vehicles out in the field and each one has two floor jacks. The cars they are used on and normal Honda's, Toyota's etc, nothing too heavy. We have been buying the Harbor Freight aluminum…

Slow pumping/ hand doesn't go low enough

The jack came in good condition and looked ok. When trying to jack up my car it didn't raise very far with each pump. Also the jack handle doesn't push flat/ parallel with the ground and hit the cars bumper when trying to raise the car.

Only used once an the pin that works the piston came out very displeased with product if everything would have been working correctly it would have been a great buy

I would rate it 5 of 5 on everything except the sent two bottom halves for the jack handle. Except for that this jack is phenomenal can lift my 2500 ram with ease and it’s light enough to whip around on the concrete without feeling like I’m dragging a boat anchor.

Wasn't sure on price and quality of this 2 ton jack. By surprise it's made very well with no cut corners. No different then a name brand jack you pay more money for. I would recommend to anyone.

We decided to buy this to try it out compared to other ones. The price is excellent and the build feels very solid. As far as the quick pump action I would say it falls a little short. I have another one from a different company that has the same tool pump action and that lives a lot quicker. This one you have to pump more to get it to the same height. Overall for the price it's not bad. We'll have to see down the road how it lasts

Arrived on time , well packaged , wheels are good quality and allow for easy of manoeuvring on a flat surface …the raising platform is strong and stable . Would recommend for anyone doing home garage work on their car . I would always use an axle stand as a back for safety purposes ..5/5 recommended product

Great for home mechanic

I have been wanting / needing a low-profile floor jack for quite a while but was unable to find one in a price range I could afford. The unit was significantly lower cost than the big names available at my local parts store, and matches or exceeds their specs, feature for feature. I have already used it for a couple of projects on my classic car and couldn't be happier.
