Buon prodotto

Ottimo gazebo robusto semplice da montare e da trasportare

Pop up tent

Unfortunately this came with a bent leg and when I tried to straighten it, it broke.

This Canopy is Good Value

The bad? It was a head scratcher on how to put it up for a time. I struggled. But it should be a two person job and I did it alone, and I did it wrong at first. The instructions are a bit on the thin side! What you get for the cost is very good. I really like that you can put up one or two or three sides along with the top. The sandbags work out nicely too and it seemed pretty secure in the moderate wind. I got it to stain a wooden deck and needed some shelter from direct sun. I just packed it neatly away for the winter in it's super handy rolling bag. Nice!

Very disappointed with the brand's quality control

This is the second canopy I have ordered from the brand. Unfortunately, they do not have a good quality control. I received a product that appears to have been return to them and was then sent to me as new. It had small burn holes many spots that were scratched and weakened the material in the cover. I would like a replacement cover sent to me. If not, I will return and stop doing business with the brand and will encourage others to do so.

Bonne tonnelle

Canopy 10x10ft

very fragile structure, it is hard to open not bending the bars. the plastic/nylon covers made of very thin material. the anchors (ground nails) are short ~ 6" and thin (would not hold anything in sand. The carry case is flimsy and does not have wheels to roll it. you have to carry the weight to the place that you need to place the tent. the last thing, once you setup the frame, you need to pull the legs out for full height. there are 3 holes at the bottom of the leg, and you need a second person to lift up 2 legs at one time - the internal leg clicks in in about 3.5 ft. to lock

As advertised

Great product. The carrying bag could use some improvement, a little bigger wheels would help .

We'll built

Very well built for the price point. Survived many days of 50+ kmp/h winds. We tethered it to the ground using screw anchors and ratchet straps which kept it firmly planted.

Tres bon materiel

very easy to set up.

The Velcro to attach the side to the pole are after a few x use that they no longer tangle properly But very easy to set up.

Gazebo perfetto

Consigliato

Sturdy

Not the lightest of tents but sturdy and has survived a season of summer camps and travel quite well.

Struttura metallica scadente

Sturdy and easy to use.

Very sturdy and easy to use. Highly recommended. Unfortunately I dont see a 5m x8m like this on ur products.

top

Expecting better

Looked nice but didn't hold up well outside. Putting it up was fine but the roof supports that are supposed to snap and hold it up...didn't. The corner poles should add to the support but don't. They slid easily letting gravity do it's thing. Then expecting a somewhat water proof structure, I had morning dew come through the top. Luckily I covered my stuff with tarps. (just in case)

Ottimo!

Club Treasurer

We purchased this model to replace a unit that got destroyed in a heavy rain storm. We have only used this one once and it stood up very well (admittedly the rain was much gentler) The sand bags are a blessing

Good tent for functions

Easy you put together And although heavy the bag has wheels and a handle to pull it around

Tonnelle

Happy with Purchase especially free shipping

I bought this 10x 20 pop up tent for family BBQ's. It does take at least 2 people to set up. The instructions are lacking a few steps and could be better. At Canada Day celebrations at one of our parks I noticed this tent and thought it would be perfect for large family gatherings. The shipping was free and the price was reasonable. Once we figured out the missing steps in the erection of the tent it works very well. The next step will be to purchase some light so we can use the tent later in the evening. Veryt happy with the purchase.

Devolucion

Good value

Bought for camping, worked great. Really easy to set up.

Amazing canopy.

This is an amazing canopy. It is excellent in providing shade cover over top of our outdoor furniture and fireplace set. The side walls are very effective at stopping wind and rain. In combination with the fireplace, we can sit outside and be very comfortable and warm when it is cold and raining outside. It's nice to hear the rain drops without getting wet! Ensure you set it up properly to not let the rain pool. What I am most pleased with is the height...I am nearly 6 feet tall and I don't bang my head on the frame every time I enter/exit the canopy whereas my previous canopy from another company caused such a headache, literally.

Good for one time use, don't use in rain

You get what you pay for, it says water-resistant but even under very light rain water was coming through the fabric. The fabric and seams also seem quite cheap, nothing tore but it is obvious it won't stand more than a couple of instalations. I regret my purchase.

The brand made it right with us = satisfied customer

Update: The brand reached out to me (which I was not expecting) and made it right by replacing the canopy. I am changing it from 3 stars to 4 stars. Thank you for making it right with us. Original: Worth $100 that we paid, but the material is very thin. Most of the velcro straps ripped off in one of the storms we had. It holds water in the roof and even though we recently had another storm (the bad one recently in Indiana), the frame broke in 4 places (every corner), it was the rain that collapsed the tent. My husband drilled holes in the poles and fixed them. We have had to put up tarps on the side walls because of the ripped velcro straps. Also, we put gorilla tape on the roof and cut half dollar size holes to drain the water. So far so good. I would not use this again for a party. Thank goodness we only used it to store an expensive John Deere Tractor (temporarily).

Tonnelle
