I love this tool. I love the price of this tool. Always wanted a digital torque wrench, but was always very pricey. Tool vibrates and makes a noise when reaching desired torque setting. Multiple saved settings available on device. Nice case.

Really bad display.

The tiny display is poorly illuminated the characters for the menu are tiny. The unit indicators on the right are are shown drifting off screen. It’s extremely difficult to determine which unit of measurement to choose.

Wouldn’t say it’s the best. Controls are hard to use but after bout 5-10 mins of figuring you can get it to work. Wouldn’t buy this one again. Might try different one when this breaks

Excellent Looking Torque Wrench, Very solidly built, LCD Screen is bright and easy to read, Instruction Manual is easy to read Sturdy Blow Moulded Case to keep the Wrench in. Addition of 2 Adaptors is a great idea. Very impressed. Arrived just in time to used over the weekend on a project. Excellent Product. The brand comes through again with the goodies. The Same the same quality as a snap-on. Wouldn’t be surprised it was made by the same company. My Son had one just like this made by snap on he brought over. Because I wanted to compare it. Did exactly the same work for about $400 cheaper. I’m beginning to trust the brand more for my buying. I bought a converter for my camper and some other tools. I’m in the Quality seems to be there. I would buy it again. But I know I won’t have to.

Does what it is supposed to do. Well built and sturdy. 4 stars coz the only downside is that the settings (buttons) are not very user-friendly. It's unnecessarily complicated to select/set the right torque.

I bought the torque wrench not knowing if it would work for the intended purpouse. I had preveously asked the support a specifik question for my needs. I got no answer. I tried youtube, but I got no really good answers there. So, I bought the torque wrench by chance. And it worked (For glowplugs with a breaking torque of 35 Nm, when loosening)! I'm very satisfied, so far (But the support, not so much).
