The wife and I had bought a couple beehives off a friend. We were ready to extract honey after having them for about a month. So I did some shopping and found this motorized 4 frame extractor. I set it up, which was super easy. And pulled 4 frames of honey. We were able to extract roughly 18 lbs of honey first go! The only this i wish it had was a forward/reversing switch. Tho, it did really well extracting from both sides of the frame without having to flip them and run them a second time. I reinstalled them back into the hive! Bees are already filling and capping again!

My husband researched this like he was purchasing a new car. He is absolutely thrilled with the purchase. Works well and exceeds his expectations. Very quiet. He has changed from a 5 gallon bucket for catching the money to a 3 1/2 gallon. Fits underneath better. We did purchase felt pads for the legs to prevent them from sliding while in use.

La machine idéale pour les apiculteurs amateurs

Extracteur acheté en 2024, je produis cette évaluation après 2 ans d'utilisation. Cet extracteur s'oriente à mon avis pour des apiculteurs avec des productions modeste moins de 10 ruches. Concernant la machine elle arrive parfaitement emballé le montage s'effectue en quelques minutes, tout est bien ajusté. La cuve est de très bonne qualité les pieds sont suffisamment haut pour glisser un maturateur de 20kg avec son préfiltre, le panier mixte 4 cadres radiaire et 4 tangentiel est parfait, les cadres s'y mettent sans aucun problème. Le moteur est bien dimensionné et ne donne aucun signe de fatigue même avec des cadres pleins a craquer. Le seul bémol serait la pleine vitesse de l'extracteur qui manque un petit peu de vitesse quand le miel est "sec"

Helt ok för det priset, ganska lätt att sätta ihop och inte så tung. Man kan bära runt på den och ställa åt sidan när inte används. Det är väl benen som känns lite klena. Helt ok slunga för dom pengarna och gör sitt jobb.

matériel bien reçu , bien emballé. montage facile, utilisation très simple. j'était sceptique sur la vitesse maxi, mais les cadres se sont bien vidés. si j'avais un reproche, ou une proposition d'amélioration serait la vidange . pour moi elle est trop haute dans le bol. cela ne permet pas une vidange facile, et il y a plusieurs kilos de miel piégés.

We purchased this honey extractor since we had only just started as bee keepers and found the small manual extractor we had was very labour intensive. Thank goodness for this purchase since we had a bumper year and this electric honey extractor has been amazing. Arrived promptly, quality very good, and functions perfectly, 4 frames at a time! Very happy with this purchase.

Should provide better details of products on supplied instructions. I had to go online to know that filling cleaning water to 70 litres would not collapse the legs. "fill to full" is not enough. Why don't you guys give detailed instructions.

Works well

Worked well. We have a small apiary, only 6 hives, and only harvested seven 8 frame supers. Sure beats my old hand crank unit. I would like to support an American company but can't justify the cost difference for my hobby operation. I will say it doesn't fit 4 medium frames at once as it's advertised to.

Easy Build, Use, and Clean-up Honey Harvester

Bought this on a sale last fall for our beekeeping and honey harvesting needs. It sat in the garage for months until closer to this summer when we were ready for first use. Not opening it for months concerned us, but everything was fine. We mounted it onto a rolling wooden cart for ease of movement and use. Assembly of the unit was simple enough to follow, and the motor kicked in right away when the safety lids were in the closed position. Rotation speed is scalable, and it processed 4 medium honey supers at a time. Clean-up was doable, but getting getting hands and cleaning cloths/brushes to the lowest levels through all the wire holding brackets was tricky. We are very satisfied with this electric motor product, purposely choosing it over a manual-cranking product --- we would highly recommend it for hobby beekeepers not processing commercial volumes of honey.

Nu este ce am comandat. Nu este extractorul pe care l-am dorit și plătit pentru 4 rame dadant mari de 1/1 .i Se potrivesc doar 4 rame de 3/4 Dadant. Nu încap 8 rame de 1/2 cum este în reclamă și cum le-am plătit.

Decided to a spend little more and get an electric extractor instead of a hand crank. Haven’t tried it with frames full of honey in them yet. Tested it out with empty wood frames with plastic foundation and 21st bee frames. Both super and deep frames. Spun with no problems and seems like it will work well during extraction. Only adjustment I had to make was one of the metal pieces on the lid that hits the switch to let it know the lid is open or closed. It was pushing in too much not letting it spin and also not letting the lid sit completely flush. Just loosened the screw on the metal piece attached to the lid. Pushed the piece in, then tightened while holding it in place. Lowered lid back down. It sat flush and made proper contact with the switch for the motor to run. Definitely recommend it for anyone else getting started and don’t mind spending a few dollars more to not have to crank a handle. Which means instead of standing there turning a handle you can do something else like decapping the next batch of frames to go in.

facile d'emplois, silencieux et efficace uniquement en 4 cadres hausse dadant.

Avons traité 40 cadres hausse Dadant pour 62 kilos de miel. Marche très bien en configuration 4 cadres. En 8 cadres, c'est trop lourd pour le moteur qui chauffe très très fort (limite brûlant), on entend le surrégime. Mais en 10 kilo (4 cadres en position radial) il tourne comme une horloge et est plutôt silencieux (comme un bon lave vaisselle). Avec 4 cadres on fait par étape de 2 min :vitesse 25% au début pour alléger et ne pas arracher la structure en cire du cadre, puis 50%, 75% et 100%. On retourne et comme le cadre est plus léger, 50% et 100%. La il ne reste plus rien. Les cadres font entre 1.8kg et 2.4. La seule fois où on la fait en 8, outre le moteurs qui chauffe, les cadres placés le long de la paroi, n'ont pas été bien fait. On ne pourra pas mettre les cadres simplex en radial (tout juste pour les hausses Dadant). Donc cela risque de mal donner en simplex. Pour le montage, la tige centrale est un peu délicate la première fois, mais l'appareil est conçu pour être démonté et nettoyé souvent et facilement. Je recommande de le démonter à la réception, ne fut ce que pour placer la vanne. On enlève le couvercle moteur, le panier, nettoyer et replacer la tige du panier dans son…

Great extractor

My husband is new to the bee world but wanted something to help get the honey out and this extractor worked great. He has used it once and did not complain about any part of it. I'd say that's a win for me!

Good for price

Brought this extractor few months back. For the price it's worth it especially for beginners. If you have a lot of hives better off getting something bigger. It did its job and works well. The legs are sharp, cut along my fingers trying to pick it up. The lids didn't really match the curve of the barrel but didn't make much difference anyway. Overall worth getting if you are on a budget or a small beekeeper.

Great bit of kit at a fantastic price. Most electric honey extractors I found were €400+ so when I came across this I thought it might be too good to be true, although the reviews looked very positive. I decided to go for it and it was delivered to Ireland in just over a week, was very straightforward to put together and worked a treat to extract the honey. A friend has already asked to borrow it. The support team are excellent as well, confirmed my address before sending and responded quickly to queries. Would definitely recommend

WORTHY BUT It is very difficult to collect the honey that remains at the end as the bucket has no corner to collect the honey and because it has to be screwed, this made it impossible.

Good product

Some details, like lids, are not very precisely cut out and therefore lids does not close completely. It is minor problem. Otherwise it works perfectly. It was worth the money.

A good product if the buyer has one or two beehives.

It was easy to assemble. There is very little space between the revolving basket and the drum. National shallow frames have to be fixed in place or they lean and would prevent the machine from working. The internal reservoir is small so it is necessary to leave the tap open to enable the honey to drain into a bucket while it is being spun out. It makes a good job of emptying the combs as long as they are turned twice. Taking everything into account it offers very good value to a new beekeeper but they need slim hands to fix national frames into place.

The 3 arrived promptly and with no damage.It was very easy to put together and on testing it ran very smoothly and with sufficient speed.Consider the cost compared with other electric extractors ( around half the price) it is very good value.

Great to deal with!We ordered this honey extractor and unfortunately it arrived damaged - most likely in transit ( box broken and a dent in the side). We contacted the supplier who sent us a new one really quickly. They were great to deal with and the replacement looks sturdy and well made.
