I have been using trailer jacks for 14 years. I finally decided to get an electric one when my latest manual Jack required extensive manual labor to go up and down. I looked at the electric jacks that connect to a dedicated battery but since my 16 ft enclosed motorcycle trailer has a small brake battery I didn't think that would be enough. I saw this Jack that just plugs into your round receptacle on your trailer vehicle. I was worried that maybe it might use too much power. Guess what, this thing is fantastic. Lifted and lowered my trailer with no problem plus it's got lights what a pleasure. I've only used it once or I should say twice my motorhome is now hooked up to my 16 ft enclosed trailer dual axle pretty big trailer and it was so simple just press a button. Some people say it's slow but it's faster than manually cranking let me tell you that. I hope this thing lasts a long time for the price my God if I would have known about this 14 years ago I would have got something like this I highly recommend.

Best trailer tongue jack I've seen!

This thing is awesome! The memory function where it auto stops is amazing! I also liked being able to turn it 90 degrees on the trailer tongue so I have enough room to drop my tailgate.

Very quiet and sturdy

Works great and very quiet. I love the drop leg part. It comes in handy letting it up, and it not having to run so long to get it to lift up high enough to get the tongue of the trailer off of the ball on the truck.

Installed this electric jack on my 30ft bumper pull camper. The 7 way plug is perfect length to plug into the vehicle for power. It has plenty of lift power to easily load/unload from the hitch. The adjustable foot is very helpful as well. Easy install in less that 10 mins. Also comes with a nice protective cover with drawstring.

The jack seems to work well. One thing I wish is that it was a bit faster up and down, but so far it work as advertised.

Worked one time, then wouldn't work and what a pain trying to change it out while under weight. Really lowered one time then never worked again. Terrible product.

Doesn’t come with mounting bolts.

It doesn’t come with mounting bolts. What a pain in the ass!! After finding the proper bolts to mount the jack. I used it twice and the 7 point plug quit working. It has loose wires in the plug because if you pinch the wires just right behind the plug it will work. I have been happy with most items but not this Jack. Here comes the 50 AI generated emails asking for pictures of the packaging and crap that has nothing to do with not supplying bolts or the plug being bad from the start…..and no I am not tearing it off and sending it back. It will be easier to replace the plug and move on from the brand.

Great unit, LED lights are terrible

I love everything about this Jack with the exception of the LED lights, I’ll get to that in a minute. The Jack comes with a nice round plate and a secure latch pin that is great. Operational speed is also really good especially with a load on the trailer. The alternate mounting holes to angle the jack are excellent and prevent the truck bed from slamming down onto it. The on-board and wireless operation are fantastic, although the wireless isn’t really needed. Now, the LED lights… those are just downright terrible. Very dimly lit and not really useable at night. If it had brighter lights it would have gotten 5 stars.

The box arrived with gouges in it from the shipping. I installed the jack on my trailer and it was a perfect fit. I hooked it to a battery and it worked perfectly. When I took the top cover off to check the manual operation I noticed a Crack in the plastic housing. While it didn't affect the operation, it was still a defect in a new unit! I contacted the company and very quickly we arrived at a compromise regarding the damage. They were very easy to deal with and promot! Not only is the jack a great deal, their customer service is great as well!

The jack slaps

This jack slaps. I’ve just now after a decade of yanking a bumper pull holiday trailer around upgraded to the big leagues, an electric jack. This slapper showed up in 3 days just in time for my families next camp trip. The boys and I installed it on site. It took less than a beer to get my old rickety hand crank back breaker off, and the new unit on. No more cursing a hung over pack up and hook up day camping. Thanks for the quality unit at an amazing price.

Works great. Bought as a present for my daughter. Was put on her trailer . Having the option of turning it sideways still allows truck tailgate to open fully. Smaller camping trailer, the extra lifting power makes adjustments effortlessly. Very reasonable price.

Good value and works great

Replaced a HF electric jack that made it about three years. This is quieter, seems sturdier and more weathertight. Includes a nice cover for additional protection. Highly recommend.

No wiring change on plug worked as it came!

Works great plugged up to pickup and raised trailer tongue up or down with push of button no more hand crank. Nissan titan it plugged right in to trailer plug adapter on truck and went to work.

Incorrect wiring

The unit came out wired incorrectly… I had to take apart the 7pin connector and move wires around… so far I have it so my headlights need to be on in order for it to operate, but it’s better than nothing when I first plugged it in. Also, yes it’s slow, not a big deal…. But the throw on the isn’t very far. So when I put it on my truck’s receiver hitch, after getting the stand off the ground with the motor, I need to pull the pin to raise up the stand before I drive, I can’t just raise it all the way up with the motor. CHINA

Great upgrade to my trailer. Was a little sceptical at first, but after installing it and using it, the thing is awesome. Might not be the fastest on the market but it sure gets the job done.

Works so good. Three bolts to install it, I soldered on two eye connectors to hook to the battery. You do not know what your missing until you use it.

Found this jack works as it should. Seems to have enough power. Only issue is that it is very slow. About half the speed of my old Parker jack. Guess i must learn patience. Seems like its good for the price.

I ordered this exact jack, one that was compatible with a 7 pin plug. What ordered was the the direct 12v version so I had to wire it directly to my battery. It certainly wasn’t what I bought or wanted but I guess the jack is okay.

I read the bad reviews; first off I covered the top with a heavy duty plastic bag, then put the bag that came with it over the plastic bag so as no water would enter any part of the switches (read reviews switch goes bad) I only use the remote which is awesome, I hold the button up or down and at the same time hook up lights, safety chains, etc,.... It is not slow like folks are saying. If you watch the video obviously it is speed up so it looks fast but good gosh how fast do you need this to go up and down. It is not any slower than my other electric hitches, The best thing is the Remote, this is what saves you time. I am super happy with mine, purchased a few months ago and I hitch up 5x a week.

Great jack, great price, but the packaging needs work. There are 3 screws holding the top plastic in place. When I got mine, all 3 screws broke through the plastic causing the rubber gromet on top to push out. The fix was to simply pull the top off and put some washers around the screws. The light doesn't work which I'm assuming is for the same reason but I haven't bothered to investigate it. My guess is that someone dropped it upside down in transit. figure out better packaging and it would be 5 stars all the way around.

Got this Jack & had it installed by a friend. It didn’t work at all, checked fuse & changed fuse without results. Sent several emails & pictures to the brand, plus a video using their app Swiss tech or whatever due to size. Getting a replacement or refund has been a pain in butt.. purchased another from different company & received it while still waiting on the brand results. Not sure where their system has failed but it definitely has on this item & me as a customer this time!!!
