Ein robustes Teil mit anständig großem Drehteller

Ein robustes Teil mit anständig großem Drehteller (150 mm) für kleines Geld. Eine Umdrehung am Handrad dreht den Teller genau um 4 Grad. Das Handrad ist zwischen den Gradwerten (0, 1, 2 und 3) jeweils in 60 Minuten unterteilt, wobei die Skala eine Granularität von 2 Minuten aufweist und die 30 Minuten (0,5 Grad) extra hervorgehoben sind. Man kann Spannpratzen mit M12/14-Klemmschuhen auf dem Teller verwenden. Ebenso lässt sich in den zentralen MK2-Konus z.B.ein Bohrfutter einspannen. Auch lässt sich ein Maschinenschraubstock, z.B. selbstzentrisch spannend, auf dem Teller montieren. Um das Teil ordentlich zu befestigen habe ich einen 10 mm Aufspannwinkel aus einem Winkelstahl gefräst (siehe Bilder). Außerdem musste das Teil an einigen Stellen entgratet werden. Das hält mich aber nicht davon ab hier 5 Sterne zu vergeben, da man das für den Preis locker wegstecken kann.

Trennscheibe???

Sehr gute Qualität, Spiel ok, Preis sehr gut, Lieferung und Service von der Marke sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert. Aber warum heißt das Ding Trennscheibe??Alle anderen Größen haben richtige Bezeichnung. Wird deshalb bei Suche schwerer gefunden, keiner würde das unter dem Namen Trennscheibe suchen? Und das genau bei der Grösse die von Heimwerkern am ehesten verwendet wird. Wurde von mir auch nur durch Zufall entdeckt. Bitte ändern!

bon comme tous les produits vévor on en a pour son argent la qualité est là, mais la finition est absente, et ça peut vraiment vous gâcher expérience 3 bavures et deux copeaux et rien ne marche comme ça devrais alors avec vévor tu te fais fort de démonter nettoyer ébavuré et graisser et heureux enfin tu constatera que tous fonctionne au poil.

I got just what i was expecting ... being new to this type of tool, i have to learn how i can properly use it, and - first of all - i have to find exactly how can i fix it to my mini-mill and see what kind of accessories i need to work with it ... La tavola che è stata consegnata presentava delle tolleranze superiori a quelle dichiarate e che non rispecchiavano la qualità, sia nella rotazione che nell'accoppiamento della vite senza fine. Ho interpellato il servizio clienti che dopo alcune mail di verifica, ha provveduto ad inviarmi una nuova tavola già registrata e aggiornata con il nuovo sistema di regolazione. Bisogna mettere in conto qualche piccola operazione di aggiustaggio per togliere le bave di lavorazione. Nel mio caso, inoltre, è stato necessario fresare leggermente i quattro dadi a T forniti per farli entrare nelle cave della mia fresatrice BF20 ed inserire uno spessore nella vite che fissa la manovella al volantino. Sono molto soddisfatto del prodotto.

Réception très rapide, tres bien emballée. Semble conforme aux spécifications. Le vernier ne tourne pas complètement rond et il y a un petit point dur dans la rotation mais qui n'empêche en rien l'utilisation de la table. Reste à tester maintenant en usinage. Satisfait de ma première commande chez la marque.

Molto solida e pesante. Ottima la scala graduata, molto visibile. Presenta qualche indurimento nella manopola di rotazione, penso per la presenza di scarti di lavorazione ma non sono un problema importante.

Ottimo prodotto, dal punto di vista qualità/prezzo. Consigliato per un uso hobbistico e anche semi professionale, soprattutto se viene utilizzato in abbinata ai dischi forati per divisioni di precisione.

Überraschend präzise u. tadellose Verarbeitung

Nachdem ich mir 2006 einen Drehtisch für,meine BF 20 Fräsmaschine von 110 mm mit 3 Spannnuten habe aufschwatzen lassen, musste ich erkennen, dass dieser für meine Projekte die ich ins Auge gefasst hatte, im Grunde zu nichts zu gebrauchen ist. Also musste ein größerer her auf dem ich meine 125 mm Drehfutter auch aufspannen konnte. Der Drehtisch ist, nachdem ich ihn vermessen habe absolut präzise, die Angaben der Ungenauigkeit von 0,04 mm werden bei weitem übertroffen. Die Rundlaufgenauigkeit beträgt allenfalls 0,012 mm. die Planebenheit beträgt weniger als 0,005 mm und im Rundlauf der Planfläche weniger als 0,01 mm. Da kommt einem schon ein breites Grinsen im Gesicht. Die Spindelführung ist so gut, dass selbst bei unzähligen Ausschnitten in halbharten 6 mm Aluminium mit einem Fräser mit 2 Schneiden und ordentlichem Vorschub kein Rattern oder Eigenleben des Drehtisches zu vernehmen ist. Die Gradeinteilung stimmt absolut präzise mit der Handradskala überein. Insgesamt betrachtet kann der von mir erworbene Drehtisch mit denen namhafter Hersteller zweifelsfrei konkurrieren. Auch wenn der Preis Skepsis aufkommen lässt, erhält man aus meiner heutigen Sicht kein billig und schluderh…

Ein guter Kauf!

Der 150 mm Teilapparat ist sehr stabil. Ich habe ein 160 mm Vierbackenfutter 3 x von vorn mit D 8,5 mm durchgebohrt und in den Teilkopf-Aufspannteller 3 Gewinde M8 geschnitten. Zum Zentrieren habe ich einen Zentrierring gedreht, der auf einer Seite in das 36 mm Mittelloch der Aufspannscheibe und auf der anderen Seite in die rückseitige Öffung des Vierbackenfuttes passt. Damit ist das Futter bereits beim Durchbohren weitgehend zentriert. In den Zentrierring habe ich eine 30 mm Durchgangsbohrung gedreht, sodass Werkstücke bis 30 mm tiefer in des Futter gesteckt werden können. Der Teilkopf mit dem Vierbackenfutter hält die Werkstücke perfekt.

Un buon divisore indispensabile per chi ha una fresatrice, solo che i divisori professionali talvolta costano pi delle frese stesse di noi hobbisti.Ma passiamo a questo, arrivato ben imballato, avvolto dal suo polistirolo e con tutti gli accessori inclusi, bello solido, gi a vista si capisce che cinese, ma non la solita cinesata! Ben curato e oliato.Dov' la fregatura a sto punto?? Non c'! Controllato tutti i giochi con strumenti di precisione professionali, parliamo di errori di 0.02 - 0.03 mm, assolutamente accettabili! Okay, lo monto, prendo il foglio con le indicazioni delle divisioni e mi accorgo che c' pure un certificato di controllo dello stesso, e i risultati riportati sono effettivamente quelli da me riscontrati! La morale di tutto ci? 5 stelle se le merita, per il prezzo e per la qualit generale!

la prima cosa che si nota la solidit dell'attrezzo, sia che lo si usi in piano, sotto il trapano, che in verticale con la fresa, altro pregio la totale assenza di gioco sulla vite senza fine, il che significa precisione assoluta sul nonio della manopola, nei due sensi, e per ultimo la possibilit di mettere in posizione folle l'albero della tavola girevole in modo da poterlo muovere liberamente senza usare la manopola

Nice unit. Did have some issue with worm shaft. Heavy chatter caused it to hang up in one spot when cranking it. Costomer serviceworked with me and sent a new better worm shaft. Works good now. Cut 11 gears with it so far.

I unboxed it and made sure that everything was present and accounted for, and all the parts detailed in the add were included.Everything seems very well machined.
