Review of the Racing Wheel Stand

I’ve been using the Racing Wheel Stand with my Logitech G923, and overall I’m satisfied with its performance. The stand has a solid, robust construction, built from thick steel tubing with firm welds that give it a stable, durable feel. Even during intense racing sessions, the structure remains steady and secure. The assembly process is straightforward, with clearly identifiable parts that make setup quick and uncomplicated. However, my experience wasn’t entirely positive. I was disappointed to find that two M8x40mm star‑head manual tightening screws (“clamping knobs”) were missing from the package. These components are listed in the product manual and should have been included in the correct quantity. Because they weren’t delivered, I had to improvise by adapting two regular M8 screws. While functional, this workaround does not leave a good impression of the brand's quality control, especially for a product that otherwise feels well built. They should pay closer attention when preparing shipments to ensure all parts described in the manual are included and counted correctly. There are also a few design improvements that would make the stand more user‑friendly. Due to its heavy w…

Pretty good wheel stand for this price.

For this price, it's a sturdy build. Everything fits and screws in properly. However, instructions are not perfect. You need to be mechanically savy to figure a few things out. I installed it with my G923 wheel unit with H shifter. You need 4 extra washers for the foot pedals. All the hardware to build this frame is there. Extra bolts are given for installing your wheel, pedals and shifter. However, there's not enough washers. You need to go to home depot to buy extra ones. Playing on the couch is not quite suitable. Ok at best. At 5ft 8", sitting on the counch, my feet is too close to the pedals even putting it far forward. Sacrifice the feet for the arm length. It's still playable. However, once I set on the chair instead of the couch, the feet distance is perfect as I had to raise the stand when sitting higher. The couch is way too low. Playing WRC 10, EA Sports WRC and Dirt Rally 2.0, this stand is stable. The frame floor pads are ok on hardwood flooring, however it still slips when pressing on the brake pedal. It's not perfect, but a great stand for this price point. Add a dollar or 2 extra for the home depot washers (4x) for the foot pedal mounting. Reconmemded if your budget…

Stojak na kierownice.

Bardzo dobry stojak stabilny, wytrzymały, masywny, dobrze wykonany, nie wygina sie podczas grania na bazie 5,5nm nic dodać i nic ujać.

Almost perfect

Nice quality and was fairly simple to assemble bought for turtle beach sim wheel and hole didn’t all line up but was still able to make it work with our hardware would definitely recommend to others

Amazing

Super comfy and amazing, make sure you get a steering wheel with a shifter so you can actually use it.

Solid rig

I wish it was a little smaller to travel with but overall a good rig if you need one to bring with you and don’t fly often.

Sturdy and cheap, best for beginners

Instructions are not to exact model, and is missing a few spots for when you need to fold and store it but other than that it's pretty sturdy and easy to put together when you figure out the Instructions.

Close to perfect

Works fantastically. Only reason it's 4 and not 5 stars is it could be packaged better. I received it with the box beat up a bit and the pedal/ foot plate was bent ink the mounting rail part; was easy enough to fix with basic tools

Solid piece of equipment

It's heavier than I thought and solid but not quite heavy enough. Stability wise it's a little top heavy with a wheel attached and could use more weight on the base to help stabilize it. Otherwise it's quite stable. I had to modify mine as they are over 22" deep in standard configuration. Think I have the bottom on backwards and I'm definitely using the brackets incorrectly. But it's not much deeper than a PC this way and sits a few inches off the ground making it low profile and a good foot stool too. For the price I'm not sure how they even cover shipping considering how heavy it is, over all a solid buy. Update: Had to order some locking wheels, as the chair rolls back pressing on the pedals and if you hold to tight on the wheel to counter the stand tries to tilt forward. Thinking of building a “triangle” wood box in the back area to add weight to help stabilize, add storage for usb cables etc. and hopefully make it more visually appealing.

Portable enough for LAN parties

Took this to a buddy's house. Folded it up, threw it in the trunk. Setup at his place in 2 minutes. Way better than lugging a full cockpit.

Makes gaming even more fun

This makes your driving games a lot more fun, and it is very stable. It makes it a lot easier to play the driving games, as you don't have to worry about your steering wheel sliding around on the table or your lap. It does take up a bit of space though.

Great value.

This stand is great for it’s price, although to support a Moza r5 I did have to reinforce the bottom plate, for my shifter I also had to make a custom reinforced bracket to eliminate any wobble. Great out of the box for something a bit less torqy. I was going to add pictures of my build but it won’t allow me to.
