Inutilisable

Very happy customer

I bought it last month for a party in August and it was also intended as a gift for my 3 children who were alway borrowing the one that I bought about 15 years ago whch was on it's last mile. This food warmer was perfect. The food was kept warm. It's very sturdy so it will last a long time. Very happy with my purchase and my children also.

Catering needs

Works well for our cafe when we are doing catering. Wish the cord is longer.

Not all pieces came with it or attached to it.

The little drain faucet knob didn't come on our warmer. The thing that controls the drain.

Rusted eas6

Very bad quality. It has been rusted after less than 2 months of usage. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Doesn't dry out food

I use this to serve lunch one day a week at a community store. It does not dry out food which is why it's so great!!! It keeps the food at good quality.

Do not recommend - Poor Warranty Service

0 stars - they refuse to warranty their items, have tried for weeks to have two items replaced as I have paid for the extended warranty and they refuse to acknowledge and ship the replacement items to me. I am so disappointed in this company, they have good products just are very poor for following up when something goes wrong. There is no phone number to contact them and speak to a real person, only email communication. My business requires these items and they are basically refusing to ship the items at this point due to lack of communication.

resp acquisti

Great for keeping food warm

Easy to set up, comes with pans and great to keep food warm and stable

Bon achat

On utilise pour le travail. On est tres satisfaite de l'achat. Marché tres bien comme bain marie

Prima in orde

Fast delivery

Arrived two days earlier than estimated. Great for takeaway holding, throughput is way up. Money well spent.

You have to leave the little rubber piece sticking out to avoid the crater draining.

Love it. Bigger than anticipated but worked great.

Makes everything so much easier

I’ve bought 2 of these already, because we expanded our restaurant not bc they don’t work, and I love them, it makes everything so much easier.

Do not buy

Bought this and it stopped heating up. Tried to get an exchange and was offered $20. I will never shop with this product again Very disappointed

Perfect for daily use

Bought it for my parents' shop, they get on with it well. Six third-size pans hold different dishes, steady heat all day.

Safety Feature Gives Me Peace of Mind

I once forgot to check the water level during a busy rush, and the unit automatically shut off to prevent overheating. After adding water and pressing the reset, it started right up again. This auto‑stop function is a real safety net – I don’t worry about damage or accidents even when I’m distracted.

foarte bun

raport calitate pret foarte bun, livrare destul e rapida

Formidable

Managing Partner

Works well came ready for action - no looking for pans etc - super!

Five stars

Easy to assemble, the manual is clear. The well heats up quickly and keeps the soup piping hot. The whole family agrees it's a great buy.

Well made

First time buying this brand, not disappointed. Easy to clean, the pans lift right out.

Easy to use

This is the second unit I've bought for the shop. Runs all day without racking up the electric bill. In daily use at the shop, holding up well.

Ms

This Heather stopped working suddenly. Is the second item that I bought from you that is wrong I need it . Is my busy season at my food truck and This stoped working . What a dissatisfaction. I don’t want money I need a new one asap . Heather suddenly stopped working. Is the second item I bought from you the one that’s broken? I need it. My busy food truck season has started, and this stop has stopped working. What a disappointment! I don’t want money half of the money ; I need a new one as soon as possible. I can sent it back .

Cafe owner

This is a great product Easy to use Easy to clean Basic steam table Only problem is it needs to heat often so does use more power than my old one due to having slightly less insulation. Would buy again pricing was really good

LLC

Lord

Im sure they are great, but my seem to have shit itself straight away. Possibly my fault, I have bought another one and we will see how it goes.

LEPASTE

LA SPEDIZIONE ERA INCOMPLETA E NONOSTANTE I DIVERSI SOLLECITI NON MI AVETE ANCORA INVIATO GLI ACCESSORI MANCANTI!

Owner

The price was great, the look is ok the cord is to short. But the main defect is it leaks terribly

Restaurant

It is sooo easy and stress free to work with.. highly recommended..

Mr

Chauffe-plat Électrique à Vapeur 1500 W

bonjour belle apareil bin fini facil a utiliser

Mr

Delivery was very quick Great product Great value for money

Great kitchen addition

Bought it on sale, great deal. The deep pans hold a serious amount of food. Happy customer, five stars.

Owner

Used 3 times and it actually blew up and was on fire in my food truck. Garbage!

Poor quality. Rusted after 1.st time use

This bain marie rusted in the velding seems after first time use. This will defintly be a leak problem in a short while. Its the same with a heater i bought. Its also rusted sheep and poor metal work.

Bad quality

The brand IS SCAM, they make you order products with return policy policy but in actual there is no return policy.

Business owener

Very good machine fast delivrery. Excelent service. Very relible custumer service.

Food Warmer

Does not work. Plugged it in, the red light comes on showing that it's hearing and then goes out. There's a short or something in it. Not sure I expected much for the price though. Usually very happy with my purchases...this one not so much!

RLFC

The Bain Marie is perfect for our sports club. The 4 pan makes it so much more convenient to store cooked food ready to serve, the deep pans are a bonus! Super easy to assemble, highly recommend

Mr

ceo

love the item just had to repair one of the feet.

Sturdy and reliable

Welded construction is solid, holds up to commercial use. Saves time and effort, worth the money.

Kitchen Coordinator

We ordered this to use in our new building (fellowship hall and kitchen). We are very pleased with our purchase. We were able to serve plenty of barbeque using our new cabinet top warmer! Thank you for getting this to us very quickly and making it affordable!

Worked for a month

It only worked for a month. The warmer turns on and the lights work, however, it no longer heats up.

Mrs

Love this warmer! Made our event so much easier!! Highly recommend if having a large event where food needs to be hot for guests.

Truthfully don’t know if the carrier or manufacturer caused damage

Box came in decent shape, a little dents here and there but cosmetically the item looks good. However, the power cuts out completely. Unreliable. And the shipping time estimated is also unreliable, the item came days after I needed it for a big event but didn’t work either way.

Damaged pans

Two of the pans are warped. Please advice

Activity Board Member

Unhappy with this food warmer, the stand by light does not work, the food is warmer at the end where the heating element is, when slow we move food pans around to make sure food is evenly warm. WE WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THIS WARMER.
