Gut mit Verbesserungspotential

Leicht laufende Schienen. Die Schienen sind leider nicht absolut plan. Zwischen den Enden der Schienen in Bezug zur Mitte gibt es etwa 5 mm Differenz. Was noch fehlt: Ein Hinweis zum Bezug eines Schlitten zur Montage von Handkreissäge und/oder Oberfräse. Schade. Versand und Lieferung waren perfekt.

Linearführung

Einwandfrei, gut das man die Lager nachstellen kann. Dadurch kein Spiel.

Werkzeug

läuft sehr gut, gute Montage, mit einem 2. Paar in Längs- und Breitrichtung verschiebbar, z.B. Oberfräsemontage

Rigtig fint produkt. Jeg er rigtig glad for mit køb. Kvaliteten er god og prisen er fair...... Kan godt anbefales til andre. Den er dog lidt tung. vægten at arbejde med.

Super Schiene für kleines Geld

Benutze die Schienen als selbstgebaute Abrichte und Dickenhobelmaschine in der Holzverarbeitung. Die Schienen sind absolut leichtgängig und gut verarbeitet. Die Maßhaltigkeit passt auch!

Se arrivano un po’ inarcate è per via della differente dilatazione termica della barra (in acciaio) e del supporto (in alluminio). Basta allentare (e poi riavvitare) le viti che le tengono unite e tornano dritte. O almeno, io ho risolto così. Può succedere nei cambi di stagione per la natura intrinseca dei materiali

Great product.

Work very well after years of use. Used 2 sets to make a router mount for levelling large pieces of wood. These made it easy to determine if the set up was level because the router would glide to the low spots at 1/8" difference over 5'. The set up has sat in the garage (hanging on the wall when not in use) over 3 winters and humid summers. No corrosion or wear. The cross set did show limited flex with minimal force, but these were not intended to be unsupported, had I mounted them to even 1/8" steel, the flex would probably disappear.

Router Sled

The linear guide set SFC 20 1000mm and the linear guide set SBR16 1000mm are a good way to to DIY a router sled. The hardware and a way to combined them takes some finagling. It would be nice if an all in one package was available. Most router sleds run $250 on up to $800. I think I spent about $160 in all.

when you don't have a planer, but you do have a router

Solid, straight, heavy and sturdy. If the rails are supported at both ends and put under load, they will flex vertically a few mm in the middle. So, to state the obvious, they do need to be fastened to a flat , robust surface. Horizontal motion is near 0. The bearings are adequate, they move smoothly albeit with some noise. Time will tell how reliable the bearings are. For the price these are very good quality and I am happy with the purchase.

Works great on my slab flattening jig

I used these to upgrade my slab flattening jig. It used to have small aluminum rails that rocked back and forth when you moved it across the slab. These things are rigid and don't wiggle at all.

Am achiziționat doua dimensiuni de Sina 1500 și 1000 mm cu diametrul 20 mm și am rămas surprins plăcut fiind la prima achiziție de acest fel. Au sosit sub termenul de livrare cu doua zile și sunt conforme cu realitatea prezentarea făcută de comerciant. Dimensiunile le-am ales prea mari și de aceea voi achiziționa din nou altele cu dimensiuni mai mici care se vor preta la alte proiecte cu dimensiuni mai reduse.

You won't be disappointed - these 20 mm rails are very sturdy and very smooth running, remember you can adjust the tightness of the fit. These will be permanently installed in a workshop, if you are thinking portability you should consider smaller size, 12mm, or a different system. With these rails you may reconsider your workshop setup. Repeatable high precision, cutting, ripping, planing, routing, drilling, sanding and polishing, screenprinting - and more. Wall mounting or tabletop mounted, the possibilities are many.

Perfect for DIY, good for that price.

I have used it for DIY project with load approx. 50kg and low speeds. It is relatively quit and perfect for my project. It is cheap and good value for that money. If you are looking for precision and low mechanical tolerances, I would consider something better (and more expensive).
