Mr
great product, easy instalation, all work great
Meets expectations and product description
The gate works well, the basic installation was easy but: the instruction manual is incomplete. For example, on page 7 the picture shows an older circuit board. On page 9 the - and + in the electrical diagram are reversed. The instruction manual does not provide any information about the open, close, stop physical push buttons and their logic at all. The wifi remote access does not allow, for example, the creation of home/away modes or the locking of all gate functions.
Mr
Good product, just fitted last week and works as it should be. Looking forward to seeing how this will last over time and weather

Technical customer service does not read mails and replies with standard mails. The proposed troubleshooting is hazardous for the life and against all good practices. Commercial CS proposes refund not in line with European law. Over all a worst case scenario. Refund has arrived after some weeks.

I was so surprised when, instead of the Sliding gate opener, I've received a cheap clothes hanger... Nothing to say because I've get a full refound - and I can say: thank you, I get the trust back in you!

I recently purchased the Sliding Gate Opener Automatic Sliding Gate 1800 KG with 4 Remote & APP Control, and overall, I’m very satisfied with the product. It’s a great buy with multiple features, and everything included seems to be of good quality and decent in use. The gate opener works smoothly, and installation, while not overly complicated, does require some patience. The main drawback I found is with the installation guides. Instead of a single, well-structured manual, there are 4–5 separate flyers, which can be confusing—especially for beginners. It would be much more practical if everything was combined into one booklet with clear, ordered instructions, making the installation process faster and easier. Another minor issue is that 4 out of the 6 batteries for the remote controls were not working, which was a bit disappointing, but not a major setback. That said, once installed, the system works very well, and considering the features, build quality, and price, I believe this is a very good value purchase.
Mr
Prompt delivery, nicely packed , everything is included. Works fine up to now in accordance with specs. Only negative comment is about the installation manual which is poorly translated from Chinise and it doesnt make sense in English at times.
Easy to install, seems to be high quality.
Installed very quickly with very little effort. I didn't expect both infrared sensors to require a wire but this wasn't a major issue. 4 remotes pre programmed and keypad worked out of the box. Hardware provided is good quality but the ground anchors were not suitable, the thread was not long enough to reach through the base plate and the motor mounting holes. They also spun in the hole under pressure while tightening. Overall I am very happy with the product and will update my review in 6 months and 12 months to see how it survives the harsh wet Irish weather.
