Great home-owner tool to have around!
This drain cleaner is super simple to use. I watched a 3 minute youtube video to figure it all out, and I was cleaning drains within five total minutes. The 75' snake is helpful to get all the way out to the sewer from the basement cleanout! The motor isn't too loud, but it's certainly strong! The auto-feed feature is so handy! As long as you don't try to shove your hand into moving parts, the drain cleaner is fairly safe. I told my kids that if you have a level of respect for the tool, it won't hurt you. And honestly, as long as I don't go poking my hands into the wrong spaces, this isn't going to hurt anybody. It cleaned out my main drain within about 20 minutes, and now the drains are all working much faster! Super effective. The drain cleaner is to big to store in a cupboard in the house, but I found a corner in the garage that works to store this. Hiring a roto-rooter company would run you at least the price of this drain cleaner. This will immediately pay for itself, and is worth the price!

I got tired of renting the machine from Home Depot so I purchased this and it did the job at a great price. 75 ft cable, multiple attachments I guess the machine I rented was higher quality but I don't see the difference in performance I like the lever for forward and backward auto feed very simple foot pedal to power. Great satisfaction when I broke that clog I highly recommend this product

I purchased this machine because I had grown tired of the cost and the add-on sales pitches from the available sewer line cleaning companies. Between buying this machine and a 100' sewer camera, I can now do my own inspections and clean out of the sewer lines when the need arises. Drain and sewer professional and working with a large company, and it's been doing great work. Not meant for your main line sewer, so no toilet or mains, but kitchen sinks, laundry lines, tubs, vanities, and floor drains, it's fantastic.nits just as good as the rigid for less than half the price. And thats excluding the power feed that costs more than this machine costs.
Cheap and works great
Works fine, sometimes you have to self feed it for stubborn clogs but other than that the machine does the job, buy your own gloves DO NOT USE THE ONES IT COMES WITH, I almost lost my hand! But super cheap and worth every penny, I’m not too thrilled about the cable quality but again…. It does the job!
Completely cleared plugged pipes
This works fantastic. The cable is so sturdy that it easily transmits the torque to the end and easily cleared our plugged sink drain pipes. The water drains better than it did after I had a professional clear my pipes. If I use it one more time it will pay for itself.

Excellent machine, will pay for itself in a couple years as we have root problems in the drain and get it snaked once a year as preventive maintenance. The user instruction booklet leaves something to be desired, a few things were lost in the translation, but very easy to use with no issues

This is a good value drain machine but please know it is not your "forever" machine. meaning if you use it a lot and for tough jobs it won't last forever. But at this price it easily pays for itself, and you can always purchase a replacement and still not have spent the big bucks larger models cost.

Exactly as expected. Needed a 1/2" auger to clear a house drain. Didn't want to keep paying plumber $100s to do it. This has already paid for itself. Perfect? No. But for the price and functionality, it meets my needs. Very good product and would recommend. Easy to setup and use. Came with gloves (kind of low grade, but useful) and a double set of bits.

Works great
Lightweight and portable, but yet rugged enough to do the job. Not unique to this item, but be sure to manually reload snake cable. Using drums reverse mode will most probably result in a twisted snake - it did for me. Recommend for price and quality.
