Extremely Kind and Thoughtful Response from the brand
Our raised toilet seat arrived on time (as promised) however it was not what we had expected. There was no toilet seat so before installing it, I had my husband sit on it (on a chair) and he was not able to maintain his balance (he is a big man so a toilet seat was really necessary for him). When I sat on it, I fell into the opening, so it didn't work for me either. I contacted the brand and sent photos of the seat (still in it's packing materials) and the were EXTREMLY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL. They refunded my purchase and even told me to keep the product. I was very grateful to them for their kindness. I have donated the seat to a local accessible items outlet in our town that give other disabled people products when they cannot afford to purchase them. Because of the brand's generosity & kindness, if a raised seat, with a toilet seat, is available from the brand, I will order it from them. They are a wonderful company. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS FOR BEING SO KIND AND THOUGHTFUL. YOU CANNOT KNOW HOW MUCH THAT HAS MEANT TO US.

Highly recommend this raised toilet seat!! Oddly comfortable, and best part was ease of installation due to these rectangular screw extenders, that made putting the screw cap on underneath and taking it off a breeze!! Wish all toilet seats had them!

This is an incredible resource especially for arthritis sufferers. I got it for my 85 year old mother - she has 2 forms of arthritis so she has much difficulty sitting & rising. This raised toilet has allowed her to use the regular bathroom on her own instead of always needing help or having to use a commode. This item is solid - once installed it does not move it is like part of the toilet itself. She loves the freedom she has gained & no more embarrassing commode buckets.

I was housesitting for a young lady whose toilet was very low. Due to age and injuries I found it difficult to get off the toilet. I quickly searched online and came across the brand. I ordered the one I liked. Very reasonable price, under $40. It arrived very quickly. I was able to set it up and use it easily. When I left i took it off, packed it back in the box ready for next time I need it.
