Utilização e montagem
A instalação deste equipamento é simples e rápida. Para fixar o gancho, basta deslizá-lo sobre os garfos da empilhadeira através dos bolsos previstos. Very well made attachment at very reasonable price.
Very well made and seems fit for purpose. My forklift can lift 2000kg so this adapter well inside its capacity. It’s rated for 3000kg. I did a static pull of 1800kg on it and absolutely no problems. No reason to think it could not easily handle max load with ease. A useful addition and capability for a very reasonable price. Now forklift a handy little workshop crane. Very useful.
Works great on a Lull
Used it on a Lull to set trusses over July 4th weekend, it worked great to fasten hooks to lift 30ft trusses.

Działa świetnie, używałem go do ustawiania betonowych bloków o wadze 2000 kg i trzymał się świetnie. Musiałem wprowadzić kilka modyfikacji: śruby na dole są zdecydowanie za długie, więc je skróciłem, żeby nie wystawały tak daleko, i dodałem łańcuch, żeby hak był trochę niżej, ale naprawdę wart swojej ceny!

Werkt perfect, ik heb hem gebruikt om betonblokken van 2040 kg te plaatsen en hij hield het prima. Ik moest wel een paar aanpassingen doen: de bouten aan de onderkant waren veel te lang, dus ik heb ze ingekort zodat ze niet zo ver uitsteken, en ik heb een ketting toegevoegd om de haak iets lager te krijgen. Maar het is zijn geld absoluut waard!

Funziona benissimo, l'ho usato per posare blocchi di cemento da 2.000 kg e ha retto benissimo. Ho dovuto apportare un paio di modifiche: i bulloni nella parte inferiore sono troppo lunghi, quindi li ho accorciati in modo che non sporgano troppo, e ho aggiunto una catena per abbassare un po' il gancio, ma ne vale davvero la pena!

Funciona de maravilla. Lo usé para colocar bloques de hormigón de 2047 kg y aguantó de maravilla. Tuve que hacerle un par de modificaciones: los pernos de la base son demasiado largos, así que los acorté para que no sobresalieran tanto, y le añadí una cadena para bajar un poco el gancho. ¡Pero realmente valió la pena!

Fonctionne à merveille ! Je l'ai utilisé pour poser des blocs de béton de 2 tonnes et il a parfaitement tenu le coup. J'ai dû faire quelques modifications : les boulons du bas étaient beaucoup trop longs, je les ai donc raccourcis pour qu'ils ne dépassent pas autant, et j'ai ajouté une chaîne pour abaisser un peu le crochet. Mais ça vaut vraiment le coup !

Funktioniert super! Ich habe damit 2041 kg schwere Betonblöcke gesetzt und es hat einwandfrei gehalten. Ich musste allerdings ein paar Anpassungen vornehmen: Die Bolzen unten waren viel zu lang, deshalb habe ich sie gekürzt, damit sie nicht so weit herausragen. Außerdem habe ich eine Kette angebracht, um den Haken etwas tiefer zu hängen. Aber es hat sich wirklich gelohnt!

Works great, used it to set 4,500lb concrete blocks and it held up great. I did have to make a couple modifications, the bolts in the bottom are way too long so I shortened them so they arent sticking out so far, and I added a chain to get the hook a little lower, but really worth the money!

Forklift Hook
This hook setup is handy and reasonably priced, I'm using it with the 4-chain sling and 6600 lb scale when I need to weigh something. A complaint I have is with the quality of workmanship/fixturing when the unit was welded together - the two tubes that slide over the forks are parallel with each other, but about 1/2" offset front to back. This doesn't affect function, but I've decided to add a hitch receiver to the unit so that i can install a hitch and use it for jockeying trailers around the yard. The offset between the tubes made that a little more challenging, but not a big deal.
