Trench Drain system excellent

Purchased in October, received very promptly. Very happy with the trench drain system, excellent quality & easy to install.

Channel the Water, let it run

Great product, price and quick delivery. The drains have been tested and work as expected. It was easy to cut and fit to meet our needs. I would recommend for use where there is foot traffic not heavy autos.

Best to use in a cool climate

Need to be in a neutral to cool climate would not suggest using them in Arizona Texas areas where it exceeds hundreds of degrees daily after day because they are wide and they will melt

Connection issues

The drain itself is perfect for what was needed. The issue with it is that none of the side or end pipe rings will fit a drainage pipe or any of the drainage fittings. Had to silicone the 3-inch elbow onto the end connection point in order to get the drainpipe to work for carrying the water away.

Dry garage

The way this weather ( summer of 26 ) was my shop stayed dry even though the driveway slants down to the garage love this

This was the perfect product to install along the retaining wall at the edge of our new paver patio. It was easy to put in at the correct slope, looks great, and works perfectly. I’ll purchase this product again to install at the edge of the driveway when the new retaining wall is completed.

Easy to install

I bought this drainage system 3 weeks ago because I need to solve a water issue in my backyard. Works great and was super easy to install for a senior citizen. I upgraded to the metal grater. It looks nicer and will last longer.

Not bad

I am very satisfied with the customer satisfaction it takes back and forth for the correspondence through email but still worth it. The product is not soft nor strong. Good for average drainage channel project!

Requires WOrk

It takes a lot of modification to get these to work. Doesn't fit a standard 3" PVC Sch 40, and it's hard to find 3" thin walled pipe. I had to dremel the inside of the drain pipe to get it to fit. Also, the joint at the end isn't secure at all and requires a lot of glue. It just sits in there. Other than that they look nice and seem strong!

Heavy Duty

Overall I like this drain system although I had to modify a tiny bit for my application. Water tight connection is the only reason for the 4 stars otherwise I would give it a 5 overall.

Design is wrong

I wish I had read the negative reviews before buying. There are a few problems with the design of this: 1) The pipe connections are metric. Good luck finding something that will fit. I had to glue a connector to a corrugated pipe 2) They do not connect to each other easily. When you put them end against end one always flexes. One has to hammer them together so there is less of a gap between units 3) The worst part, the length of the grate is wrong. If you put both end caps, the grates do not fit. I had to cut one grate in order to make it fit. All in all I wish I had gotten something else. The material seems to be good, I will have to see in time

Cheap, flimsy, poor quality

This is definitely not a good alternative to the options at big box stores. It’s flimsy and flexible rather than rigid and durable. There is no way it would hold up to vehicle traffic—it even flexes under my weight when I walk on it. The grates don't have enough openings, causing water to pool and bypass the channel when used alongside a driveway. To make matters worse, the pre-formed pipe connections aren't standard sizes, so I had to rig my own setup with extra fittings. I fully expect to replace this within a couple of years. Save your time and money.

Its Metric!

I saw them on tiktok, tiktok was spying on me because I get floods when it rains hard so they free recommended it to me. No videos on tiktok ever showed anyone installing it, it was just people who received it and had it in their hands showing it off. No measurements, nothing. I ordered them, they arrived, I went to the hardware store to find the pipe to put it all together. Nothing fits. Went to various hardware stores, nope! Finally called the brand to see WTF was going on with their product. They said: "Oh, its because its metric in size not standard " then why are you selling them then?! I can find any metric size pipe here. You'd think if a big company like the brand wants to sell their products all over the globe they would make one hole metric and the other one standard! Nope!! Both are metric. Its lame. Its a waste of my time. A hurricane is building up in the Gulf of America and I shojkd of had this finished and done by now! If it floods,im suing the brand for incompetence!

Very good for the price but not the quality

As the saying goes you get what you paid for. I'm not overly disappointed with the purchased but I think there's room for improvement in the quality department. The channel drain itself is well designed but it could stand to be a little bit more sturdier. The connections between the sections also could be a little bit more secure. I ended up having to put metal corner brackets between the sections because they kept on disconnecting and I also used silicone to waterproof the seams. Other reviews you may have read about the size of the outlet to connect PVC or corrugated drain pipe are accurate. I found no elbows for couplings that will snuggly fit the outlet on the bottom of this drain. I modified it to work with other fittings but it's not ideal.

Perfect for draining unwanted water

This worked perfect with draining unwanted standing water in my garden between raised garden beds. Only recommended change to the drains is having the drain holes easier to drill through to fit the pipe (either able to punch out or precut and plugged? Just a thought

The trench system appeared to be good quality. The problem was the sizing, they need to have a narrow size available. It is a pretty large trench grating at 5 1/2 inches wide. I was looking for more around 3 -4, so I did not use.

Easy to use, they slip together and the grate will slide to lock it into place. Only downside if you need to caulk/seal them

Great Drain System

I had a problem with rainwater washing away my backyard. I found these channel drains and after researching other options decided to purchase these and install them. I dug a 50' long trench and installed these into the trench. The ends hook on to each other, making it a little easier. However you do have to maintain a straight line and a gradual decline in order to keep them locked together. I ran a drain pipe from the end of the channel down into the woods. I filled the trench back with dirt, packed it down and added gravel above the trench to keep dirt out. I put down mulch below the trench and all around my garden beds. It rained hard a few days later and I went out to check it out. It worked absolutely great! These channel drains are made out of very hard plastic and should last a long time. I am completely satisfied with this product and highly recommend them.

Needed something to drain the water from a paver extension we just put in. Our paver crew put them in on Saturday. Have them up against a retaining wall. Look great with our charcoal border.

Sturdy and strong. Difficult to angle sections in anything but 90 degrees. Good quality for the price.

Nice drain

These drains look great. I actually ordered the wrong ones but if these were what I had needed, they look like they would have been just right.

Trench drain

I have not installed this yet as I am working on other projects that need to be done before installation of the drain, however the product is very sturdy and high quality and I can tell it is going to be easy to install.

Kind of hard to mount to something so concrete doesn’t push it around, but once I figured that out they came out looking really good after concrete was poured. Gonna use them again on another build!

Easy to install. Well made. Stainless steel grates look very nice. I expect these to last a very long time.

The products top does not fit tightly allowing it to easily be knocked out of place and as well the area between cover and the body of the part is where the liquid would flow along with and dabree ending up building up dirt etc . The products cover / lid is higher than the body of item making water flow incorrectly as stated above. Also it seem this company needs pictures etc in order to return due to not satisfied with products. Shouldn't have to jump through hoop to return merchandise!

What do you expect from china

Install is schecthy be prepared for more work then expected...simple but not easy 😕 this product will need to be concreted in\n Or it will float away, no feet on it to be secured. Undergroundand plastic is too thin to mount anything, too. You're going to need to fully concrete your unit in or it will float.... A couple mounting brackets to anchor a footing in the ground would have been very helpful.But like I said, what do you expect from China?\nSet your own risk also, you do not want to hit it very hard.Cheap chinese plastic

Drain Pro

You cannot beat the price. Quality of the stainless grate were goodz bonus they still had the film stainless comes with to prevent getting marked up, was nice to leave it on and peel after concrete. The plastic seems quality and strong but its not as rigid as you get from NDS but at a fraction of the cost, who cares. The way the 3 ft sections connect could be improved, the dont exactly lock together they join well enough for a flush connection as long as they are going down on a smooth flat base, so getting the base perfect is important. I put my 3" pipe up through the bottom of the channel and let the pipe sit about 1.5" from the bottom of channel to act as a sand trap and put a grate on the end of the pipe to stop any floatinh debris like leave. I would definitely recommend mixing a bag of crete and setting the drain so it doesn't move during the pour

Great value

Got this to put in the floor of our commercial kitchen that we are building before we poured the concrete. It is well made the only issue was finding the right plumbing parts to connect it to the drain pipe.
