The continuous standing and swaying motion effectively tightens the core. When not in use, it can be conveniently stored on the rack, saving space. The surface is comfortable to the touch, and it shows no signs of wear or noise even after long-term use. Highly recommended.

I enjoy both yoga and surfing, and after comparing several balance boards, I chose the one.
