Works better then advertised.
This chair is awesome and is very nice, I o to other stores and try their chairs only to be disappointed. The 4D Zero-Gravity Massage chair is a honest well made product. When it was delivered and I opened the box, this chair was basically ready to use. I am going to order another chair for the house.
Excellent
Update the LCD, or send an upgrade out
Overall a decent massage chair, but a few CRITICAL upgrades would be nice. Make the LCD screen and ALL buttons on the LCD viewable! With the way the screen is, you have to get out a flashlight or cell phone light to see what they say. Even then, what their function is, is a guess. It comes down to just pushing buttons and hope that the chair does things that feel good. The mid back area is very light pressure while the butt and low back is high. Other than those things, overall a relaxing experience. I just wish I wasn't frustrated with the LCD and buttons every time I sit down.
Experiencia totalmente satisfactoria
Massage Chair, 4D Full Body Zero Gravity
The chair is very good andworth 5 stars for the price, probably the best massage chair on the market for the price. It carries persons up to 160kg. I guess it is a sign of quality compared to the competitions that are way more expensice and carry up to 110kg persons. The functions are perfect and all as expected. easy to use. However the AI talking part is not as easy as pressing the buttons. Anyway not important. Shipping took 2 weeks instead of 1 week as advertived and DHLs estimated delevery day is like a random roulette. Guess that is not fault, but still the brand that chose them for the shipping. Chair arrived unharmed and fine so all good. Conclution: If there will be no problems with warrenty if needed and spareparts later on. I will anytime recomend buying this char insted of a 10.000€ chair with 5 years of warrenty.
Massagestol
Gute Ware
Danke. schnelle Lieferung, gute Ware, sehr gerne wieder
Really good Massage chair
Amazing massage chair. We use it everyday and still going good.
not as good as expected
decent chair and does massage the back and buttocks and back of thighs but does not even reach the shoulders or neck which is what I really wanted. also massages very hard even when you turn down massage level is still very hard on the back.
Wonderful chair
This chair is absolutely fabulous. We use it daily, really powerful massage, fully adjustable for the individual. Absolutely love the foot massager and the heat option
It works
The shipping was good. Very little noise when it was working . Solid build and quality is above average at the same price point. The control panel should lit up all the buttons, but not. The manual is not clear and the voice instruction is not correct in English. The Bluetooth speaker should be always on.
No joke, great value
Works amazing, it does a better job than the Osaki massage chairs I have used. The 4d really digs into. Some people might find it too aggressive on modes past level 1. I can’t speak for reliability since we have only had it a month. It feels solid and operates like it should last a long time for home use. The Voice command is the only thing that I could complain about. Voice command works but it’s not a reliable way to control the chair. The touch panel works great and so do the armrest controls. I’m 6ft tall and fit comfortably in the chair.
Dr
Great chair
Great chair, fast shipping and great service
Mr
Worked really hard the last few months and wanted to treat myself to something and was very disappointed in this purchase. I love the brand's products but this massage chair is the lower end of the line but that definitely not worth $1,000 with tax and the protection plan which is a good idea for something with so many moving parts. It was easy to set up I didn't really need the instructions to plug it all in and hook it all up, the controller is confusing and it can't really do everything all at the same time. One thing I noticed was the fact that I'm five six and the neck massaging part is in the middle of my head unless I sit on two pillows and then the foot massaging part is not getting the bottom of my feet. I'd sat in a friend's massage chair prior to buying this one and I was able to push my feet down to apply more pressure to the rollers this one because it's self-adjusts is on like a spring so you can never really push down into it I was hoping to have a full body massage but this is definitely not the one if you are someone on the shorter stature. I know it's the economy version but I didn't even get the Bluetooth to work it just will never connect on two different phones. Hope…
tres tres bon achat
Massage chair
This is a great product, I use it almost every day,
Mr
Good quality chair, pretty heavy to lift in and out. The features are somewhat confusing. The rollers are painful and speakers quality is not good. Other than that, the materials and design are very elegant.
Best chair
Best chair to have for a massage The only thing as it's not easy to get in or out Multi functions works great.. easy to operate
Mrs
DO NOT order from this site. We paid $3200 for this chair and received nothing. The only time we got an actual response from the brand was once we opened a dispute thru Mastercard. Run far away to another site
Hr
na
Great product for the price! Similar features to high-end chairs, but you don't overpay just for the looks.
Mr
Amazing chair. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Highly recommended
I’m really happy with this purchase. It is comfortable to sit on and all functions work perfectly. You can choose different ways to control it. The footrest is practical and makes resting more enjoyable.
ok
alles Bestens, service erste Klasse.
PLUS: - Uitgebreide keuze in automatische programma's. - Fijne massagevoorzieningen. ❤❤❤ THAI massage!! - Goede mechaniek. - Stijlvolle aanwinst in de werkkamer. - Goede prijs/kwalitietverhouding. MIN: - Slechte kwaliteit luidsprekers. Blikkerig geluid.
Mr
Worse part was getting in house good chairmr
Massage chair
It looks good, and my first experience with it was positive. The on-screen menu isn't very informative.
fauteuil massage
Easy to use and relaxing
The chair runs smoothly and provides great relaxation. I like having different ways to control it. The massage and stretch work really well together. The footrest makes every session much more enjoyable.
Hungary
It was a perfect choice. This massage chair provides an unparalleled experience for every member of the family. At first I was worried about the order and delivery. But everything went smoothly. Fast, punctual delivery, careful packaging! Thank you.
Great chair for home use
This massage chair helps me relax a lot after a busy day. The massage and stretching functions are very pleasant. Operating it via voice, screen or buttons is effortless. The footrest is sturdy and comfortable.
Sehr guter Service
Purchaser
The brand asked me to do a write up review on this chair. But I still haven’t gotten the fuckin thing yet. So as of now the chair sucks, but it takes no room in my house. Almost like it’s invisible Here is a picture of it See it?? It’s nothing? No pic no chair
Massagesessel
Preis Leistung prima 😁. Scanner Last zu wünschen.... Bedienung sollte überarbeitet werden... Sprache Einstellung währe wünschenswert.
Massage chair
I bought this after trying a friend's $8,000 massage chair it has several key words in the description that match so I decided to try this one. Outside of the cover material on his chair I can't tell a difference. We have had it almost a year and use it daily it still works perfect. Highly recommend.
Herr
Massage chair
I don't like that the tablet doesn't have proper backlighting; if the room is dark, I can't see the buttons on the tablet. Also, the intensity or strength of the massage is not adjustable; sometimes it's painful, and I want to reduce the intensity, but there's no such option on the tablet.
Mr
Fantastic results , very comfortable so easy to set up Relax read the paper and let the world run by. .
Massagekapsel;)
beste Wahl zwischen vielen. Bin happy seit Minute eins!
Good massage chair
Good massage chair—no phone holder and the screen isn’t lit at night, but it gives a great massage and is worth the money.
.
My Body 4ever Loves You!
My life has never been better & my body thanks everyday for this massage chair. I don’t use it every day but when I do, WOW! I love using it before bed. I love using it first thing in the morning. And all my visitors love to use it when they visit!no complaints. All I Hope & pray that it doesn’t stop working! I need you in my life massage chair! Unfortunately my photos won’t upload!
So good we bought 2
This is definitely worth the money. I have this in my office and it was so good I gifted one to a friend and they love it
Nice Chair, Good Price, Too Small
The chair is impressive at this price point and was delivered on time. I was excited to try it and take advantage of its many features. Everything seemed fine at first and then I realized that I was too big for it to be useful. I am 6’ tall and 185 pounds so I never expected a problem fitting in the chair but it is way to short for my neck, too narrow at my shoulders and a snug fit on my hips. The leg features were the only ones that fit and they worked great. The product description indicated that the chair could accept a person 6’ 3” and 250 pounds but I argue that 5, 8” and 160 are the max for this chair. I will keep you posted as to the return process. I am a monthly customer so I have high expectations.
High quality of the product and professional delivery!!!
Wow!! 🥰🙂 What a pleasure and a awesome experience with this chair, high quality, everything is fit with the producer description and the delivery was a wonderful dream🙂. I have to admit i had a lot of fear about delivery… but Geodis did perfectly timing!!! Congratulations for the great product and for the perfect and enjoyable delivery!!! I will return with a review about massage therapy.
