Custom Pool Cue Maker

Seems like good quality, would be nice to indicate the screw or bolt size that fits these threads to be able to hold something to the trains Other then that these are well made and as advertised. I'm specifically using this for y 4th axis to be incredibly accurate for turning my custom pool cues. The tailstock stays in line perfectly now with the headstock.

Yes it has x2 rail's incase your wondering

I was a little unsure if this kit did infact have X2 1500mm rails...why? because dispite the discription and pictures showing x2 rail the package content box lower down the page states it only inc's x1 1500mm rail... I contacted the brand's support (but placed an order before they replied becuase i need x2 750mm rail's any how so this would work for those) and their staff confirm that the package would only have x1 rail.....seems they where wrong becuase my order arrived today and im happy to say that it does infact contain X2 rail 1500mm & X4 carriges. Railes are stright and carriges seem to move feely (you can never tell until they are fully cleaned and reoil'ed) and everything seems to be high quality, i'll see if i can update this review once they are fitted to my CNC. Thx Packing could be better as these not much inside holding the rails to stop them moving about.

Finally arrived after a rather long wait

Product came very well packed & received it undamaged. Bearings are a tad stiff but assembled in a rush to get first impression. Will do some adjustments later. Am pretty confident all is indeed as advertised & of high quality. Overall I am delighted with this purchase. I only wish other sizes such as 500 or 600 mm were available. Would highly recommend them for value for money to anyone contemplating doing motion control.

Quality rails

These were bought to upgrade a home made CNC machine, and they sure do a nice job of being smooth and quiet. I will be upgrading other axis on my machine with more of these as my other rails wear, for the money I don't think you'll find a better linear movement rail.

Am Mittwoch bestellt und Ware am Sonnabend in Empfang genommen, f_ mich eine schnelle Lieferung. Es kam nicht in einer "Schmuckschatulle mit Schleife und Sektflasche" und "Gl_kwunschkarte zum gelungenen Kauf", daf_ in einer ausreichend guten und ordentlichen Verpakung bei mir an. They were a little warped and it took some bending here and there to get them to work smoothly. Not sure if was shipping that caused it.

Good economy set.

Using these as an upgrade from v groove bearings on my cnc plasma table. I have a little experience with hiwin, and the best way to describe these would be the lowest grade hiwin but at a fraction of the cost. In fact these are interchangeable with hiwin, I'm ordering a second set soon. Just wish they offered a 1600mm set.

As expected. It would be nice if there were more specs in the product description, but other than that, it is made well and works like it_ supposed to.

Using for CNC Router. The tolerances are very tight with no play in any direction. They are pretty loaded, so you_l need a motor to drive them smooth.

Self assembly for the carriage blocks to the rails

The parts were well packaged to avoid damage in transit.The carriages were packaged separate from the rails.Thankfully, the carriages from this batch run smoothly on the rails.It seems to be a bit of a lottery with cheap Chinese bearings.In another order, one of the carriages is very lumpy and will need either new bearings or will require returning to the vender.

Profile Rail for a Decent Price??

Honestly quite surprised with the quality/price. Purchased for a low budget prototype seeing intermittent use and I am quite happy with the results. Threads in the bearing blocks are clean and tight (M4) and the mounting holes for the rails are clearanced ~1mm (Again M4) for alignment I'm guessing. Overall length varied in my two rails by about 2mm but I really can't complain about that.

High quality

I purchased these parts for the Z axis of my CNC router. The parts were well packaged in sealed plastic bags and cushioned from shipping damage. All the parts were there and the quality seems exceptional. The wiping seals on the carriages add some friction when the carriages move but the ball drive and stepper should have no trouble overcoming this force.I am very pleased with the fit and function of these rails.

Great Lineal Rails, Packaging could be better

Very happy with these rails (bought 2 pair) , the blocks are extremely tight and run smooth across the rail. I am using these on a 1500mm x 1000mm CNC and am still in the process of making mounting blocks. I am very pleased with the construction of these rails.But, the only gripe I have is with how these are shipped. both rails are shipped in a single plastic package with 2 rails inside with blocks already attached. Packaged like this made scratches on the rails in a few spots that I had to polish, hence the 1 star downgrade.I would like to see the company wrap the rails seperately, as well as the blocks. but I suppose they can't trust consumers to put them on the rail properly.

Very tight and consistant rails!

So far so good. These are super tight. I am amazed at the amount of tourqe thees things can handle. I thought these would be kinda sloppy but they are great.These are a bit rough when sliding and feel like the balls are a little too tight but I need to align the two rails to be more parallel. Worth the money so far!

When buying bolts for the carriages, just remember they are METRIC.Some English bolts can fool you.

This works really well and I will order it again for another project. Very strong. Very smooth action. Careful when putting carriages on and off of rails (which I will never have to do again, now that the project is complete). That's because I didn't realize I could knock ball bearings out if I was sloppy doing that (only 2 or 3, not an avalanche). They went right back in ... once I *found* them!
