Orders
Do I need to create an account to buy?
No. All you need is your e-mail, the delivery address and a phone number. With an account, you keep your order history and your wish list.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, by e-mail, straight after payment. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched: write to essenza@myessenza.eu with the order number. Canvas prints can only be cancelled before they go into production.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, with the VAT of the delivery country. For an invoice in a company's name, send us the VAT number before dispatch.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna; in Portugal also MB WAY and Multibanco. See Payment methods.
Can I pay in instalments?
In several countries Klarna lets you pay in 3 interest-free instalments, subject to approval by Klarna.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free from €150 in mainland Portugal and in the other EU countries; below that, €7.90. In the Azores, Madeira, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, shipping is always charged and calculated by weight.
How long does it take?
In mainland Portugal and mainland Spain 2 to 6 working days; in the other EU countries and on the islands 5 to 12 working days. Canvas prints take 2 to 4 days of production plus transport. Full table in Shipping and delivery times.
How do I track my order?
With the tracking number we send you by e-mail, or in Track your order.
Does the furniture arrive assembled?
As a rule, no: it arrives packed, with instructions and fittings. See the assembly guide.
Returns and guarantee
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason; return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Exception: the personalised canvas print. See Returns and exchanges.
What if it arrives damaged or a part is missing?
Send us photographs of the item and the packaging with the order number. We send the part, replace the item or refund you, at no cost to you.
What guarantee do the items have?
A 3-year legal guarantee of conformity (Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021). See Guarantee.
Luna Art canvas prints
Are they ready to hang?
Yes, with a hanging kit. The image wraps around the sides of the frame, so no additional frame is needed.
Where are they made?
In a partner workshop in the European Union, the one closest to your address, only after you order.
2 cm or 4 cm frame?
2 cm is light and modern; 4 cm has more presence, with a gallery effect.
