These are exactly what I was looking for. I've set them up in our finished basement so I can lift weights there. It helped me create a cushioned but hard surface on top of our plush carpet. It was super easy to set up. I recommend them.

Good floor mat for workout
Product feels premium. Slightly smaller then the floor mats I had before but it fits in the area I needed it.
High quality. Perfect thickness
I've tried several different versions of these from different brands, and the stiffer outer rubber coating on these makes all the difference. Without that rubberized layer, these are like yoga mats. I probably would choose the thickest option next time, but 0.56" is acceptable.
Interlocking foam mats
Good product for the price and what I was looking for. I like the softness of the mats with the durability of the top layer for use as gym mats. Would recommend this product if you are looking for a product that will last for a few years and is also budget friendly.

Great alternative to thick smelly rubber.
For my gym I have the thick all rubber mats but I recently added a pendulum squat so I had to kick the leg extension machine across the way and it needed its own mat but I didn’t want the strong smell of rubber again and the sharp corners so this is a great alternative.
These floor mats are great!
I haven't put these on my basement floor yet, but I can tell they are going to work very well. I plan to put them under an area rug in my craft room to help with long periods of standing while I work. It will be much better and more comfortable! I got the black with white flecks and I think they look cool. Super easy to clean, there's a firm rubber top coat that makes it easy to wipe up spills and protects the foam from constant use. The thickness is about 1/2 inch, which is good for providing stability without being a trip hazard. I recommend getting the edging if you can to keep from damaging the fitted pieces. They interlock tightly which means no slipping.

Home gym must have! Thick and durable
If I could give this 10 stars, I absolutely would. These gym flooring tiles exceeded every expectation I had. They’re thick, sturdy, and feel incredibly durable. The rubber top combined with the high-density foam gives the perfect balance of support and cushioning—great for workouts, weights, and even just protecting your floors. The interlocking design was super easy to put together, and once they’re in place, they stay put. No shifting or separating, which I really appreciate. They also look really clean and professional with the black and gray finish. My home gym instantly feels more put together. Overall, this is one of those purchases that just feels worth every penny. Love this gym mat flooring…
This gives such great buffering for noise as well as protection for my finished basement LVP floor. I am very happy with the thickness. These seem quite durable as they are already taking some serious workouts with barbells and weights being used on them. I got the black and gray mats. In the picture it does look like black and white but I supposed the white would be much brighter than this gray. I appreciate the texture it gives to the floor rather than being plain. They stay where you place them. There hasn’t been any shifting with these. I’m so glad to have these mats as I was previously just using a thin plastic chair mat which protected from scratching but not much else. These gym mats allow me to feel assured that my boys won’t damage my floors while lifting and working out. These are definitely worth their cost and the 12 tiles being 24” x 24” is a nice large size and can allow you to place a whole gym unit on top of it. Walking on it also gives cushioning for your feet. I am extremely satisfied with this set of gym floor mats.

The Setup Instead of a traditional square gym layout, I dialed these in as a 2' x 18' runway in the garage. This provides a dedicated lane for disc golf putting practice leading up to the basket. Material Quality and Performance These are a massive upgrade over standard EVA foam puzzle mats. Laying these directly over the garage concrete immediately saved my ankles and knees from the fatigue of standing and pivoting during long practice sessions. The rubber top is the difference maker. It is much more durable than eva foam, meaning it won’t pit or tear under repetitive footwork or equipment weight. The tiles interlock cleanly and stay put. There is no shifting or walking once the runway is laid down, even on a smooth concrete floor. The Nose Test Unlike many rubber products that off-gas heavy chemical odors, these were clean. There was a faint new car smell upon unboxing, but nothing that lingered or required airing out the garage. Nice quality, lightweight
This is a great soft yet firm product with a rubber surface. This was easy to piece together, is durable, comes in 2'x2' interlocking squares and feels great to stand on. For myself, it is like an anti-fatigue mat to keep your back and legs from getting sore if your standing in one place too long. It's also great on absorbing impacts from most things that accidentally get dropped. All in all, 5 star review.
