Great to use for shipping small to medium size packages
I have used the weight now for some time and it seems to be accurate. It is very easy to use and I really like the fact you have both a battery and outlet plug that can be used for the weight. I looked at other shipping weights and they were 4 times more expensive than this one that seems to to the job!

Einfache Handhabung bei absoluter Genauigkeit
Die absolute Genauigkeit überraschte mich, selbst in den niedrigsten Gewichtsklassen. Aber auch die problemlose Handhabung: Auspacken, anschließen und einschalten! Der Rest geschah automatisch. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und möchte sie nicht mehr missen.

Just a week or two after I bought it, the price dropped about € 15,- so I could have bought it at a lower price... But other than that it works great. It's nice that the monitor is on a wire. When you have a big package to weigh, you can still read the scale.
Bonne balance après plusieurs mois d’utilisation régulière
Ça fait maintenant un peu plus de 4 mois que j’utilise cette balance pour mes envois de colis, et dans l’ensemble j’en suis content. Je m’en sers plusieurs fois par semaine, aussi bien pour des petits paquets que pour des colis assez lourds, et jusqu’ici elle tient bien la route. Côté précision, rien de particulier à signaler. Les mesures restent stables dans le temps. J’ai fait des pesées avec différents types de colis, du léger jusqu’à environ 40 kg, et je n’ai pas remarqué d’écart inquiétant. L’écran déporté est vraiment pratique au quotidien. Je pensais que ce serait un détail, mais en fait pas du tout: dès qu’on pose un carton un peu volumineux, ça évite de devoir le déplacer pour lire le poids. L’affichage reste lisible, même quand la lumière est moyenne. Je l’utilise principalement sur secteur, mais le fait de pouvoir mettre des piles est un vrai plus. Ça permet de la déplacer facilement sans avoir à chercher une prise. La fonction tare est simple à utiliser, elle réagit bien et c’est pratique quand on enchaîne plusieurs pesées. Petit point à noter: le plateau se raye assez facilement avec le temps, surtout avec les cartons ou objets un peu rigides. Ça reste superfic…

Doesn't have the cheap feel of some of the other scales I've used. Feels heavy and well made. Works great so far. Easy to read display. Nice size platform. And, it's packaged like they actually care about their product, not just a flimsy unpadded cardboard box. I'm guessing this will be the last scale I need.
Mobil und stationär praktisch einsetztbar
Ich habe die Waage SF-808 für max. 200 kg bei 50 g Teilung gewählt und war nach der "Dekartonage" (dem sog. "Unboxing") der guten Verpackung positiv überrascht; es wirkte auf mich als hätte ich etwas teureres bestellt. Verarbeitung und Robustheit übertrafen meine Erwartungen. Zwar ist die Anleitung nicht zu gebrauchen (bzw. findet man in ihr einen Link zur deutschsprachigen Herstellerwebseite), was aber bei dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis (29,90 €) nicht überrascht. Ebenso sollte man sich bewusst sein, das bei der Messung die Genauigkeit nachlässt je weiter der Schwerpunkt von der Mitte der Waage entfernt ist. Die Messergebnisse konnte ich bisher nicht auf Herz & Nieren prüfen, sie erscheinen mir aber plausibel. Evtl. trage ich weitere Infos dazu nach, ebenso zur Langlebigkeit...
