Construcción sólida de hierro fundido: Balanza: 6-1/2"/168 mm. La cabeza divisora tiene un acabado rígido tipo espejo resistente al desgaste, una excelente opción para uso prolongado. Sus partes delicadas funcionan a la perfección, dividiendo matemáticamente los materiales a cortar.
Ajuste sencillo: La cabeza divisora para la fresadora puede inclinarse desde 10 grados bajo la horizontal hasta 90 grados vertical, permitiéndote trabajar con piezas de diferentes tamaños al cambiar su ángulo.
Placa de indexación de alta precisión: La cabeza divisora universal incluye una placa de indexación fija e intercambiable en la cabeza, además de dos placas intercambiables adicionales con diferentes números de orificios. Estas placas determinan la distancia exacta entre las clavijas.
Fuerte soporte para la pieza de trabajo: El paquete también incluye una contrapunta que proporciona un sólido apoyo a la barra metálica larga con la que trabajes, garantizando condiciones de trabajo más estables.

Relación calidad-precio, excepcional. Sólo encuentro a faltar las instrucciones en castellano y alguna tabla más simple, pero por google se puede encontrar. El cabezal es de 125mm, no de 160mm.

Di fattura non troppo curata esteticamente, con alcuni particolari da aggiustare (la mia aveva l'alidada bloccata) e con qualche dettaglio piuttosto economico (l'indicatore visivo della rotazione in gradi) ma perfettamente efficiente. Per il costo non si può pretendere nulla di meglio.

The Dividing Head Set is offered at a Great Price. I have had Success with the brand's Tools in the past so I went for the BS-0 Package for my Mill. The Dividing Head arrived, Securely Packaged with no Damage. All of the Accessories were in a Nicely protected Styrofoam & a Heavy Duty Box. There were Steel Chips and other Debris on the Outside of Almost Everything, Cleaning the Outside of the Tool & Deburring All Three of the Dividing Plates is a Must! I Did Not Disassemble the Headstock, The Rotary Action & Tilt Feature is Smooth & Extremely Accurate. I am very Happy with the New Addition to our Shop. We Also use our 4 Jaw Chuck when needed, Adding More Versatility to the Dividing Head. The brand has Always Had a Good Reputation of Honoring their Warranties, I Hope They Follow-up with their Suppliers, Overall Cleaning The Tool Took Very Little Time, Including Deburring the Indexing Plates. In All Honestly, This is a Very Nice Dividing Head -> Well Worth Every Dime.

Voelt heel goed aan, zware kwaliteit. Zeer precies, goede kwaliteit voor weinig geld. De kop houdt de positie goed vast tijdens het frezen en is netjes precies te verstellen. Ook is het formaat goed, ook voor wat grotere machines.

I bought this fully expecting to have to "tune it", but it's fine right out of the box. Well packed, and coated in oil to prevent rust in transit and storage. The instructions are available off the internet if the enclosed manual is a bit sparse. The box contained all the accessories shown in the images (including chuck jaws, screws, etc) and all appear to be taiwanese quality (that's quite good if you don't know) I wouldn't be surprised to find this made in the vertex factory based on fit and quality. I will still strip it down and clean it before serious use, but first impressions on unwrapping and checking is great.

bought to use the MT2 taper with a ER collet chuck. about +/-.002\\". not bad for the price and good enough for what im doing. there is tolerance stacking with the ER. so the head its self is proably around +/- .001.(measuring concentricity on MT2 bore to head roation)

De set werd binnen 2 dagen verstuurd met GLS. Het kwam goed verpakt aan, in dik piepschuim, in een stevige kartonnen doos, en goed in het vet. Optisch als mechanisch was de set dik in orde, niks op aan te merken, en voor een hobbyist / semi prof als ik met een kleine maar industriële freesbank is dit eigenlijk een ideale set. Houd er rekening mee dat het merk ook nog de 160mm uitvoering verkoopt, dus even goed opletten wanneer je welke gaat bestellen. Deze tafels worden onder allerlei merknamen verkocht, de bekendste zijn HBM, Vertex,Shars, maar misschien met uitzondering van een originele 70's Japanse Yuasa / NEWS set, is de kwaliteit van al die nieuwe merken eigenlijk hetzelfde. Dus onder de streep komt het er vooral op neer waar je de beste deal kunt doen. Al met al is het merk BS-0 gewoon een schitterende verdeelset voor een super prijs, en ik kan hem dus ook 100% aanbevelen.

Cercavo un'attrezzatura che fungesse da posizionatore per forature e lavorazioni di fresatura in angolazioni difficili da realizzare con supporti generici. Quando ho incrociato su internet questa offerta, ho valutato a colpo d'occhio il grado di finitura e lavorazione di questo divisore e sono passato subito all'acquisto. Non mi ero sbagliato: il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo, forse il mandrino è di fattura più modesta ma valido comunque. Io poi ho realizzato un supporto morsa (come dalla foto), che si avvitasse al posto del mandrino per ottenere la possibilità di fissare pezzi non solo cilindrici. Alla fine si è in grado di posizionare un elemento variando la sua posizione su tre assi. MOLTO SODDISFATTO
