Maintenance mechanic

I have bought four of these. They are excellent. Just make sure you tighten everything when you’re done.

Mr.

Mr

Perfect for decking or concrete. I had to buy different mounting bolts.

Mr.

Excellent product quality and service. Will definitely use the brand in future. Deserves full stars.

Ringhiera

Ottima e resistente e facile da installare

Good Handrail

Bouht this for my 80 yr old mother's house. She didn't have anything to hold onto going out her back door. This rail works perfect and stylish

matige kwaliteit

Herr

Preis/Leistung voll Okay. Die Montage sollte mit 2 Personen stattfinden.

Owner

These handrails were great. They were lightweight easy to install. All you need is a hammer drill for concrete stairs.

Ottimo materiale

Corrimani molto bello, robusto e ben fatto. Completo e ben imballato.

Hand railing missing part....was mailed to us...no charge!! Very Satisfied with the brand!!

We ordered 2 railings. We were told that the railings were "used" but "like new". One railing was like new but the other one had some nuts and screws missing. It looked like it had been assembled and then taken apart and returned. We were able to buy the missing screws and nuts by comparing it to the other complete rail. The only parts we weren't able to purchase was the blind flanges. By corresponding to the brand and explaining our predicament and by being patient, they sent the missing parts to us. Their agent whom I worked through...her name is Bunny..was very polite and patient with me. My husband and I are very satisfied with this company and its product. We will probably purchase two more railings after we install these two....if they are still available to us.

Lovely to look at and very sturdy.

This is a very nice and sturdy handrail. Looks very nice. Many of my older friends appreciate it when they come over. I would buy it again if I need another handrail. Worth the money.

The first set for our porch went up so easily. This is our second set of porch stairs. Nice quality!

Mr

Very poor instructions. A shingle oxygen with everything on it, no step by step instructions. Quality product, just not easy to figure out how to install it.

Great product

This product did exactly what I wanted. Was easy to assemble and looked great. Was not impressed when it started rusting after 3 weeks after installation. Overall a good product.

This Velor handrails has worked perfectly from our garage up 3 steps into the house! My husband was able to install them without too much effort. Now I feel safe walking through the garage and up the stairs because I have a railing to hold onto! Wonderful safety handrail for everyone, no matter their age.

Estetyczna, praktyczna, uniwersalna , solidnie wykonana i do tego w przystępnej cenie. Bardzo łatwy montaż. .

Arek

Polecam

The perfect solution

Found the 2 step handrail when searching for a solution to a dangerous walkway at my aging in-laws house. The last 2 steps to the street have always been used unsupported by anything, and can be a real hazard in winter. I was impressed at the durability, and even more amazed at the adaptability. Due to the adjustable design it works with any step height. Great product for a great price.

Home owner

Worked well inside our carport and was easy to install. The color and craftsmanship of the product is well made.

mme

Very sturdy

Instructions could be better but the handrail is very sturdy and attached well to the concrete. Base caps were difficult to get in place.

Great handrail, very pleased

We are extremely happy with this handrail. It is easy to put together and install. It is very sturdy and well-constructed. I would definitely buy another if needed. I feel very safe when going up and down the steps.

Produit correspondant parfaitement au besoin. Excellente qualité et mise en place facile. Qualité/prix nickel.

Super Sturdy. Look Great, and Easy to Install!

I can't recommend these enough if you're in need of super sturdy, do-it-your-self railings! As a 50+ year old female with only basic construction knowledge, I was able to install 2 of these myself. The kit has everything you need except for basic tools you probably already own and a 10mm drill bit. Drilling into concrete was the hardest part because I didn't want to buy a specialized drill for one job (used the cheap household one I already had), but with a quality drill bit & persistence, I was able to get all of the holes ready. At the landing, it was much easier because the material was Trex decking. Correct hole placement and sizing was key, and once that's done it's just a matter of getting all the bolts installed (a ratchet wrench helped for that). I get a lot of compliments and everyone thinks they must have been a lot more expensive because of how substantial and sturdy they are!

Great handrail solution.

These handrails are surprisingly strong and worked great for the steps at my church. The price was especially good, shipment was fast and quality was excellent. That is why I am back here now.

Mr

Great rail. I did have to purchase better concrete bolts that were easier to install than the ones supplied.

Ms.

Product was very well made, heavy-duty and strong enough to support a horse! My son installed it. He had to purchase a concrete drill but he’s quite handy and will use that in the future. He and his friend were impressed with the quality of the hand rail.

Owner

These railings are very good. I wish the directions had words on them however. I have purchased these several times and have kind of figured out how they work. I'm still left with eight screws at the end for some reason and I don't know what those are for. The directions are only diagrams so I have nothing to refer to. Plus the last two I purchased I had to trim and drill the railings on the side to make them fit. Overall a very good product except for those few items.

Homeowner

The rails installed very well and are very stable. They look nice at the front of our house. Did have to cut the height down to be at a comfortable height.

DIYer

Really beautiful finished product. Lots of compliments on how beautiful and sturdy it is. The most difficult part of this project is drilling mounting holes into concrete/masonry/brick. You absolutely need masonry bits, and while a hammer drill isn’t 100% necessary, it will help you drill the eight needed holes much more quickly/easily. I recommend purchasing a set of sleeve anchors separately; the kit comes with some, but I didn’t care for them at all; my Hillman sleeve anchors (costing less than $15 separately) works much, much better for me. Do not worry that most other sleeve anchors will protrude a tad more as you tighten them down. The finish cap will cover the anchors entirely. The included “instructions” are mostly a couple exploded diagrams showing what screw goes where; do not expect them to provide any guidance on what size masonry bit to use (3/8”). There will be a LOT of brick/concrete dust in the holes that needs to be blown out or vacuumed out. An N95 mask would be a good idea when blowing out or vacuuming the dust, as you do not want to inhale it. I recommend assembling (loosely) the balusters to the top and bottom rails, but let things swing freely so that it’s eas…

Guy

Bought these for my neighbor who is elderly and needed help with installing garage and front porch rails. There were cheaper options available but these are worth the extra money because they feel much more sturdy. The install was very easy, I did with the help of my 14 year old son. I won’t be buying any other handrails in the future as the need arises.

Mr

I managed to get our condo association to approve of only one railing and that was yours. To get them to approve of anything was an accomplishment. So, anyone wants a railing it will be yours. However, we had a problem with the shipment not including the nuts and bolts. This happened twice. I still do not have those bolts and nuts. The installer comes out but no bolts. Please have quality control check the boxes. Please, send me the nuts and bolts. They said 15 days, that has come and gone. Please send now, thank you

Excellent value!

Such a great value at this price point. Very satisfied with the item as a whole. Sturdy, well packaged and while it comes completely disassembled, it was very easy to assemble and install.

Deacon

Very steady for indoor and out use. No need for a Welder to manufacture which is much more expensive.. If you have a good hammer drill and drill bit you can install yourself. If drilling into 3000 psi concrete floor with rebar; I advise to use a SDS hammer drill with a bit that will drill into metal rebar in the concrete to ease the job.

Bear

I was very impressed when I received the hand railings I ordered. They were well made and heavy just like I wanted.

Mrs

The one complaint I have on this product, it would have been nice if the instructions would have indicated what size drill bit should be used when put the railing into concrete. When I called for help there was none. Very poor information.

Quality , and great price !

We purchased one of these handrails, …we are so very happy with our purchase…well constructed, quality material, powder coated to keep from rusting outdoors, and very beautiful…we ended up ordering another for the other side of the staircase near the pool upper deck…Thank you!

CBTRANS
