Works good, easy install
Easy install and this unit mounted on one side was plenty of assist. My trailer tailgate weighs over 100 lbs too. We're gonna put them on our work trailers now.

Tämä peräkärryn avustin on suunniteltu helpottamaan lavakärryjen päivittäistä käyttöä poistamalla takalaidan nostamiseen ja laskemiseen tarvittavan fyysisen rasituksen. Erikoisjousijärjestelmän ja 1,47 m jatkovaijerin ansiosta ramppia voidaan liikuttaa kevyesti yhdellä kädellä, mikä tekee kuorman lastaamisesta ja purkamisesta huomattavasti tehokkaampaa ja vaivattomampaa.
Tärkeimmät ominaisuudet

Käyttö ja asennus
Järjestelmän asennus on helppoa ja onnistuu itsenäisesti tavanomaisilla poraustyökaluilla ilman ammattilaisen apua. Sarja sisältää eripituisia pultteja (pitkiä ja lyhyitä) asennuksen helpottamiseksi. Pakkaus on täydellinen ja sisältää käyttöohjeen, POM-rullat, jouset, jatkovaijerin, lukitusrenkaan, S-koukun, jousisokat, pultit, mutterit ja aluslevyt.
Ihanteellinen käyttö
Tämä varuste sopii erinomaisesti useimpiin avoimiin peräkärryihin. Se on yhteensopiva sivulaidan korkeuksien 25,4–61 cm tai rampin/takalaidan korkeuksien 1,22–1,83 m kanssa. Täydellinen ratkaisu kaikille, jotka etsivät takalaidan nostinta tai kuormausrampin kevennysjärjestelmää.

Less stress on me lowering and raising the tailgate.
Had to install the lift assist on both sides of tailgate. One was not enough. Sure masked lowering and raising much easier. Recommend this product.
Not as helpful as I hoped but still helpful
I bought it to help me live the tailgate on the trailer, it doesn't work like I thought it would it's still crashes down to the ground but it's a little better than without it

My gate is over a hundred pounds and I can lift it with ease. Cheaper than Gorilla Lift and just as good.

this product helps lifting up the trailer ramp when you have a bad back so you don’t have to put a strain on your back and it lifts up a whole lot easier. I should’ve bought the dual pack instead of the single pack because now I had to go back and buy the other one to even out the trailer just to make it easier to go up and down. I thought I’d save money, but it was easier just to buy a dual pack but my loss it’s better to buy the dual pack. It makes it look better and it’s easier on your back. It doesn’t slam down to the ground your trailer ramp and then I’ll split like mine did that’s why I end up buying it plus when you have a bad back you don’t have to worry about stringing your back ever again. I sent it to all my friends so that they would buy it too.

I love these , just make sure you buy both sides, not just one. They were easy to install and work beautifully!
Buy 1 for each side.
I bought just one at first, but realized it wasn't quite enough. Wish I'd bought 2 to begin with. They are adjustable for lower force much easier than trying to adjust higher, it just doesn't work quite right, just get 2.
Helps Alot
As I got older the heavy tailgate on my utility trailer got harder to lift. The assist made the tailgate lift go from 60-70lbs to 4-5lbs. Helps alot, install took 3 hours.

The price and the quickness of install
I'm 80 years old and I needed assistance in lifting the tailgate on my trailer. I didn't have a lot of money but what a nice lift this was. I had installed another one in the past on a different trailer. Easy install I recommend it
A must have for your back.
Very well made with quality parts and hardware. Everything needed was in the box. Took me about 45 min to install with very dull drill bits, not fun. Highly recommend because I am 76 and needed some assistance and now not an issue to lift the 4 x 8 utility trailer gate. One side only required for my trailer.
Single side 6ft ramp
Installed on a 6ft all metal ramp. Could have used 2 but 1 does make it very light. Easily a 1 person job now.
100% worth the Buy

I bought these to help in the ad of lifting my tailgate of my trailer since the normal spring on the side of the trailer failed. The install was great and easy to follow and the system works really well. I bought 2 of these but after only installing 1 of them I figured installing the second one might be a little overkill as the single one works pretty good lifting the gate by its self with 2 fingers. Only con that I could give this is that it should come with all the required hardware for 2 inch round railed tubing topped trailers and having to run to the hardware store for longer bolts was a pain but didn't impact the overall rating of the item in question. If your thinking about it go for it, you won't be disappointed.
