Highly recommend and it can take Quaters instead!
I did just get it , and it works very well. There was a small issue when I did get it where one side of the wheels of the claw part that is supposed to be on the bar wasn’t, but I was able to get it back on by removing two screws in the corner at the top then the screw that goes into the bar to put the wheels on fully. It works very well now. I was able to get it to take quarters instead of the tokens by where you would put the coins in it goes off a coin put into a specific spot inside it as a reference which shows this on their website for this when you scan the QR code on the claw machine itself, my reference token wasn’t in it so it wasn’t taking any coins so I tried it with the token reference and also tried it as a quarter reference. It will take only what it has as a reference, so if you have a token, it will only take tokens, but if it is a quarter, it will only take quarters. It has no issue with either. You can also adjust the music in the settings and even turn off the background music by holding the button on the inside of the panel where you put quarters in for a about 2 sec and the settings menu will show up on the panel with the joystick. Toller Service
Ein toller Kundenservice. Sie kamen mir sehr entgegen. Ich hatte am Anfang ein Problem mit dem Gerät, welches gut eingeordnet wurde und man kam mir vom Service entgegen. Mittlerweile kann ich damit leben. Also die Marke ist super! Das Gerät ist auch super und macht sehr viel Freude zu benutzen. Und die Marke hat mir weiterhin angeboten auf einzelne Teile falls etwas sein sollte mich melden zu dürfen.

Ik had niet zoveel kwaliteit verwacht voor deze prijs. Stalen frame, dik acrylglas en nauwkeurige joystick. De bijgeleverde sleutels maken bijvullen makkelijk. Een echte blikvanger op feestjes.

Surprisingly Premium Build
Wasn't expecting this level of quality for the price. Carbon steel frame feels solid, acrylic window is thick, and the joystick is responsive. Easy to load with the included keys. I'm using it for parties and it's always the center of attention.
Kids Are Absolutely Obsessed
Set it up in the game room and my kids haven't left it alone since. The lights and sounds are pure nostalgia—takes me back to the arcade in the '90s. Claw grip is adjustable so I can tune it for different toy sizes. Total hit with the family.

Great indoor activity for parties
Highly suggest to watch the youtube video to understand the settings and input your preferences. Manual is not helpful ( “Lets play Arcade” is the channel ) After reading all the reviews i decided to get one for my kids birthday. Surprisingly came in well assembled. All you have to do is screw some components together and turn it on. Some parts are hidden in compartments. The default settings was good enough and i only had to lower the volume. The claw has rubber tips and grabs easily and video was a first try test and it worked. My 5 year old and her cousins had fun playing it. You do have to buy the little toys to put in. 2-3 inch size works great.

This was our daughter's "Santa" gift this year. We like it pretty well, but the instructions to build were not clear and I had to do a lot of Googling and Reddit searching to find the right settings so the claw would not automatically drop the prizes. It took a really long time to get the settings right so she could enjoy it.
