Le rail linéaire CNC SFC20 est la solution idéale pour ceux qui recherchent précision et stabilité dans les mouvements linéaires. Utilisation et montage
L’installation de cet ensemble de rails est facilitée par les trous de fixation précis présents à la fois sur la base en aluminium et sur les blocs de glissement. L’ensemble comprend deux axes linéaires de 1200 mm, quatre blocs de glissement SC20 et quatre supports de rail. Pour garantir une précision maximale, il est recommandé de fixer solidement les supports à la structure de la machine pour assurer un mouvement linéaire sans déviation ni vibration.

Work great for a router sled
I have used these rails for my DIY router sled for flattening my wood slabs or projects. The bearings work well and ride smoothly over the rails. Nice quality of the materials as well.
Router Sled
The linear guide set SFC 20 1000mm and the linear guide set SBR16 1000mm are a good way to to DIY a router sled. The hardware and a way to combined them takes some finagling. It would be nice if an all in one package was available. Most router sleds run $250 on up to $800. I think I spent about $160 in all.

These are standard 20mm 1200 mm (2 pieces 1200mm). When you calculate what length you need, remember to calculate that the tool does not go all the way to the end. You may prefer the type with and aluminum attachment the full length, as these rollers can be tightened, on these free rotating you do not have that option. The set comes without extra screws, you can use standard M6 thread. Orders from the brand are generally well packed and arrive as promised. After sales service is a negotiating situation, the brand may suggest compromises until a solution is found.
Works well
Made a router sled with them. Works well, slides smoothly and the "bars" or whatever tubes they are - stays straight even when the router is in the middle part of a 1200mm long sled. Totally worth the price. Gonna order longer ones for the same purpose 👌

Ideal für DIY-Planfräse – stabil und präzise
Ich habe das Linearführungsschienen-Set für den Bau einer Planfräse verwendet und bin wirklich zufrieden mit der Qualität. Die Schienen wirken stabil und ausreichend steif, auch bei längerer Ausführung. In Kombination mit den Gleitblöcken läuft alles sauber und gleichmäßig, ohne merkliches Spiel. Für Holzarbeiten und eine Planfräsen-Vorrichtung absolut ausreichend präzise. Die Montage war unkompliziert, und durch die mitgelieferten Komponenten konnte ich direkt loslegen. Nach dem Ausrichten läuft die Führung ruhig und zuverlässig. Natürlich ist es kein High-End-Industrieprodukt, aber für DIY-Projekte bekommt man hier ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für Hobby-Werkstatt und Eigenbau-Projekte eine klare Empfehlung!

Tja, was soll ich einen Review machen von einem bestellten Artikel der nie geliefert wurde. Versprochen wurde eine Lieferung in bis zu 6 Tagen. Nach einem Monat war immer noch keine Lieferung im Hause. Anbieter war kulant und hat den Bestellbetrag zurück vergütet aber das gewünschte produkt habe ich trotzdem nicht und muss es nun andersweitig beziehen.
