Palla di Stabilità 66 cm 680 kg Bande Elastiche

ballon equilibre

Great value

I got this to keep my core strong. I am 66. I used one similar at the physical therapist. It definitely makes a huge difference. This one is very good. I love it

Highly recommend if you're having problems with balance

I had tore my Achilles and this is what my PT had recommended to do at home. It does help with strengthening your leg muscle and helps with balance. I would highly recommend

Good for daily training

I have been using this balance ball for 2 weeks for my martial arts studio. It works great for strengthening ankles and for balance training. I purchased during the prime day. The price was compatible. I like the accessories that come with the ball. I recommend it for daily use.

Good quality

Love this product! Durable and functions like the higher end brand ones. Definitely worth the purchase.

Great addition to my fitness routine

I routinely use a similar ball at the gym, but wanted one for home use to work on my balance and coordination. This is very nice quality and comes with everything you need to inflate it and use it.

Nice and sturdy.

Very good equipment to have. If you like to work out at home, it's a no-brainer.

Fantastic addition to my home gym!

This balance trainer is absolutely perfect for stabilizing core exercises, yoga, and routine strength training. The resistance bands that come with it add a whole new layer of versatility to my full-body workouts. It challenges my balance in all the right ways and has significantly upgraded my home fitness setup.

Great heavyweight exercise ball

Great - exercise ball gets a 5. Rated a 4 because the cheap pump provided didn’t work - had to use a pump from another product. Ball appears to be of high, durable quality. Solid, heavyweight.

Article comme sur la photo

Livraison au top avant la date prévue. En parfait état !! Super pour effectué different exercices de mobilité.

Happy

Works great. Material is good. Feels solid. Easy to use. I got knee surgery and been using this for my rehab.

Great balance ball!

This is equivalent to a Bosu ball but much cheaper. Easy to inflate and also let out a bit of air. It’s fun to use for balance.

Compra acertada

It must have in the gym

This exercise equipment really helps your core and your entire body. I recommend it to anyone that has the space for it because it is kind of big, but it is the perfect size instead of going too small.

Owner First Coast Personal Training

Easy to put together and top quality I use it in my gym.

High quality

Same quality as name brand at the gym but cost less. Buy it ..

Works perfect

It is perfect and would love to upgrade to a larger one

As expected

As expected, I don’t see a difference with more expensive ones

Hält was er verspricht. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Strengthen and stability are key

This piece of equipment does not look like much but let me tell you other wise. If you ever had a broken leg which I have or you think your legs are week. This ball trainer will get you in shape with in a few months. The exercises and strengthening routines using this is by far well worth the money. I have to get back to exercising.Buy 1 and see for yourself.Dont have weak legs anymore.

Great for daily movement

I use this at my standing desk to walk or bounce in place during virtual meetings and have been racking up a ton of steps this week!

Excellent and so much cheaper.

Needed to get this for PT at home and was thrilled to find a reasonable price half ball. My grandchildren also like using it as an interesting trampoline!

Well, man and durable

Great addition to my exercise routine. Seems very durable and well-made and perfect for improving my balance.

buena compra

Mrs

Good quality, maybe better quality than the ones they have at my local Revo gym. Easy to inflate, although the pump looks low quality. Very happy with the purchase. It comes with the hand straps but I won't be using them.

A

The round feet under the trainer are in the way of human feet. It should have been completely flat to make it easy to use.

Great value

My local YMCA gym had one of these, tough, well made, so I got one as well when I found out it was very competitively priced. No need to cough up $$$ to stay fit.

excellent - using it daily

Loved it - have recommended to friends at the gym.

Bosu

Great for heavy people

Box it came in was in pieces but it works great I’m 380 and it holds me

Feels really cheap and flimsy.

Feels pretty flimsy, I'll be surprised if it lasts. I should have went with the name brand.

Love the practicality and ease of this ball

Excellent for at home crunches! You can really do so many work outs at home with this and they’re actually incredibly intense.

Good but original brand name is better

This is good but not great, the materials are more prone to slipping than the brand name, there are knobs on the flat side which limits certain exercises. If I had to purchase again I would opt to pay a little more for the brand name.

Not good

Pump is not worth a penny Product arrived late few days

Really nice

Whether you are trying to build strength or just improve your balance, this simple device is just what you need. I keep it by my recliner where I watch TV. Time spent off the recliner on this little ball is time well spent.

Bad bumps

The bumps on the bottom make it hard to place feet when trying to squat. Wished I had looked closer at the picture.

Great value!!

Good quality! Way cheaper than in store and does the same job!

Okay

It works. But the plastic backing is flimsy - bends when standing on it.

Bosu Ball at a great price

Working on mastering balance on the ball. Need help improving my coordination and balance. Am getting the moves down. The Bosu ball is nice and sturdy. It takes a little bit of time to get the inflation correct. Easy to inflate and deflate.

Perfect size

Easy to inflate - perfect size for teens to balance and play volleyball on

Pumped it up and so far, so good

I liked the pump compared to the bosu ball pump, and this ball is holding air so far. I had purchased a Bosu ball and it leaked from day one. The ball came with everything as stated in the description. I pumped up the ball and I have used it once so far. I can't tell a difference between this model and the Bosu ball at the gym.

Great workout

I love it. This product is durable, stylish and easy to use.

Worth the buy

Great price and quality. I’ve used it for a month and it’s held up and looks brand new still

Love!!

Love this!! Working on my balance and it is awesome! And it’s fun and everyone wants to try it. It will definitely help with my balance goals.

Back slippery

The back side is very slippery which is not ideal for balancing squats, other than that, nice workout ball that comes with all that it says it does. Very easy to set up.

Work it out

This is a must, sturdy, high quality and hold air. Love it

Best tool if you’re building your home gym!

I have been searching for this for the longest time but who wants to spend $80 for half of a workout ball? Not me. This was a great price and I could pass it up. Great quality and durability. So many ways to use it in a workout. If you need a reclining bench, hell just place it flat side down and there’s your support. Its perfect. Now the pump? The pump sucks. You may as well just take the straw and blow air through it yourself instead of the hand or foot pump, whatever that is. You can use you’re on hot air without fear of passing out bc it doesn’t take much to fill it. Buy this.

Exercise ball

This was exactly as described. I use it daily and it works great with no issues.

Solid half ball

This is one solid, heavy half ball. It works great for me (more core training on the ball side, rather than balance board). The texture grips my carpet well. It is very tough and heavy duty. The training aids that came with it have yet to be used, but its nice to get a couple of add ons. It's kept pressure for months already. It is rather large, but I wanted that. There is no assembly other than inflating it.

Great quality

I got this one for our home gym and my kids and wife love it! It was easy to setup, has not lost any air (it's been several months) and they love that it comes with the elastic straps.

Well built and sturdy

This took forever to arrive, but when it did I was surprised and pleased by it. It is very sturdy. Better than the one in our gym.

Haven’t had it long, but I love it

I use a more expensive one of these at physical therapy, but I wanted to be able to do the exercises at home. I was very pleased with the price point, but was concerned that I was going to lose out on quality. I haven’t had it long, but I’m pretty impressed with how sturdy it seems. It does it’s job well. My kids begged to blow it up with the provided tool, so I let them try for fun, but it required our electric air pump to fully inflate it.
