The tube quality is good. Soft than others

I bought 100ft of the 1/2" and was completely shocked by how bad the quality was since all of the reviews seemed to say the opposite. The 1/2 in line was paper thin, and would not bend without kinking, even with a high quality ratcheting bender. It was almost unusable because we had to press fit 90 degree elbows for every bend that we needed to make since the line would kink every time. The 1/4in line was fine and visibly thicker than the 1/2in. I installed this with my friend who is an HVAC tech with all the proper equipment, and we considered completely starting over with a different line set, but we eventually made it work with enough fittings and elbows to cut out the kinks. I am wondering if they just changed to a much thinner lower quality copper judging on the amount of positive reviews.

Bonjour, nous avons commandé ce tube en 1/2 vous nous avez livré du 3/4, Nous n'avons pas vérifié et nous l'avions installé et après de nombreux problèmes nous nous sommes rendu compte que ce n'est pas le bon diametre. Nous avons perdu le gaz et du tout arracher, installation à refaire.

Great product and exactly what I needed. The only downside is that the tube ends which are flared and blanked, are of equal length which means that either one end has to be cut to length, or as I have done, the tube insulation which joins both tubes together, must be cut, allowing each tube to be separated.

I recently purchased 3 of these items for my client at close to $1000, but was unable to use them because they did not meet my specifications. After several conversations with the brand attempting to return the product, they continued to reject my request each time stating that they had sent the correct product so I should use it. I had to purchase another product to fulfill my client's request so have no need for this item. They wouldn't even offer the option for me to pay for the return and restocking fee. This isn't just bad customer service, they're not adhering to their own return policy outlined on their site! The line sets are good quality. It would be nice if they came with a small plastic tube bender. Especially for the tubes 1/2" and bigger. Kinked one of the tubes and had to add a flared elbow to make the bend

Not sure of accurate diameters
Quality line set, but I am not sure if the 3/8 side of this line set was truly 3/8 as it slipped out of my flaringtool very easily. I ended up having to wrap some electrical tape around it so that I could get a new flare on it as I had to shorten it for my new mini split. Bottom line, I got it done with this line set. It is still running a month later.

Line set performed exactly as expected. Insulation around lines are slightly smaller in diameter then other factory manufactures oem line sets but this makes them easier to install through wall holes flexibility without work of kicking as long as you know what your doing.. this applies to all copper lines...

The line set seems to be of good quality. Pipe sizes not as nominal, but one bigger size what was actually needed. The ordering process was confusing, so I accidentally doubled my order, but they did not want to take it back. They ultimately offered me a 60% discount to keep the second line set. I was able to sell that to my AC guy, so that worked out.
