I purchased this 4 kW ER25 spindle to upgrade my CNC machine used mainly for hardwood carving and woodworking projects. After installation and testing, I am very satisfied with its performance. The spindle runs smoothly, with low vibration and good torque throughout the speed range. It maintains stable RPM under load and performs much better than my previous spindle, especially during roughing operations with larger cutters. The spindle was configured to run at 300 Hz (18,000 RPM) and is controlled directly from Mach3 through a VFD. Speed control is accurate and reliable. Pros: Powerful 4 kW motor ER25 collet system Smooth and quiet operation Stable speed under load Excellent value for the price I would definitely recommend it for CNC woodworking, hardwood carving, and other demanding applications.

Super Spindel für Fräslift in einem Frästisch
Ich verwende die Spindel in einem Fräslift für meinen selbstgebauten Frästisch. Eine extrem günstige variante für einen wirklich starken frästisch. Eine starke oberfräse würde hier etwa das drei bis vierfache kosten, und da die Spindel sowieso dauerhaft verbaut ist eine perfekte alternative für den Frästisch. Die Laufruhe und Geräuschentwicklung ist ausserdem auch viel geringer als bei einer Qualitativ hochwertigen Oberfräse

Die Spindel ist mit ihren 0.8 KW sicher ausreichend für Frasen von Aluminium mit 3mm Fräser. Mehr Leistung nützt gar nicht, weil der Fräse die maximale Geschwindigkeit halten kann. Wahrscheinlich würde auch mehr gehen. Der Vorteil gegenüber wassergekühlten Spindeln ist, dass die Kühlung nicht verstopfen kann. Der Lärm ist vernachlässigbar gegenüber dem Lärm des Fräsers.

Spindel mit 800 Watt ausreichend im Dauerbetrieb
Verwende die Spindel mit dem Frequenzumrichter. Mit der Einstellung des Frequenzumrichter braucht die Spindel fast eine Minute, um auf 20000 U/min zu kommen. Eine Spindel kann auch nur zwischen 10 und 20 Tausend U/min betrieben werden. Vielleicht könnte man den Frequenzumrichter noch etwas aggressiver einstellen. Der Vorteil gegenüber den wassergekühlten ist die Tatsache, dass sie nicht verstopfen kann. Der Lärm ist vernachlässigbar gegenüber dem Lärm des Fräsers.
Backupspindel
Ich setze bereits den selben 0,8kW Fräsmotor von der Marke in meiner CNC Fräse im Hobbybereich ein und bin nach wie vor begeistert von der Laufruhe und Präzision des Motors. Auch bei längerem Dauerbetrieb ist beim Fräsen in Holz, gefühlt praktisch keine Erwärmung feststellbar, nur mit einem Infrarot Thermometer war eine geringe Erwärmung messbar. Ich habe mir diesen 2. Spindelmotor als Backup auf Lager gelegt, auch wenn der 1. Spindelmotor voraussichtlich sehr lange gute Dienste leisten wird.
Easy G-code Integration
Installed this on my CNC and was able to control it directly through G-code. Most parameters were already set from the factory, so setup was minimal. Had a couple of questions early on and support responded quickly.

Die Spindel wurde schnell und gut verpackt geliefert. Die Installation war sehr einfach. Wovon ich sehr überrascht war, ist die extreme Laufruhe der Spindel. Selbst bei der Höchstdrehzahl von 24000 Umin sind keine Vibrationen spürbar. Wie sie sich beim fräsen schlägt, wird sich noch zeigen. Ich kann sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

todo correcto a día de hoy funciona muy bien. Me llego en poco tiempo. Es robusto y se adapto bien a mi fresadora, corta el PVC muy rápido y pule los canto. Recomendado.
Tolle Spindel
Bei meinen ersten Gehversuchen mit einer kleinen CNC-Fräsmaschine stellte ich schnell fest, dass die originale 300W Spindel unterdimensoniert war und eine \\"anständige\\" Spindel her musste. Also bestellte ich diese 1,5KW Spindel, Unterverteiler, FI, Not-Aus usw. und einen 2,2 KW Frequenzumrichter. Als Anschlusskabel habe ich ein Ölflex-Lapp-Kabel verwendet, 1,5 mm2, aber mit Innenschirmgeflecht (nicht das mit der transparenten Ummantelung). Dieses Kabel ist viel weicher und passt auch durch die Zugentlastung am Stecker. Dazu habe ich noch einen Knickschutz konstruiert und auf dem 3D-Drucker ausgedruckt. Die Parametrierung am Frequenzumrichter war hier die größere Herausforderung, aber mit den richtigen Werten schnell eingestellt. Danach habe ich die Spindel ca. 1 Stunde \\"einlaufen\\" lassen ohne Last, damit sich die Lager und die Schmierung richtig einstellen. Angefangen mit 12.000 U/min und nach und nach auf 24.000 U/min hochgefahren. Keine Sorgen, wenn die Spindel dabei etwas wärmer wird als erwartet, denn die Lager müssen sich erst setzen... aber solange sie nicht heiß wird >50°C, ist alles im grünen Bereich. Nach dem Abkühlen der Spindel habe ich mit den ersten Fräsun…

Must say !. JUST BAUGHT A SHAPEOKO CNC AND WAS ABOUTH TO PUT ON A HAND ROUTER, AND DECIDED TO BUY THIS ROUTER, AND WHAT A LUCK, I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT BUILDING AND THE NOISE FROM THE SPINDLE IS NOT EXCISTING. AND THE PRICE IS JUST A LITTLE HIGHER THAN A TRIM ROUTER. SO TOP GRADE TO THIS. I WIL MAKE A VIDEO LATER ON. i must also say that the manual instruction on connecting was wrong, and the support took days to come back, and since i wanted it to run i had to figure out my self howto connect it that was not ok, so support is way to slow.

Not tested yet, ….looking good, only sticker upside down. I chose this 3Kw for temporary use. More power could cause the circuit breaker to flip at the location where this motor is used.

Great spindle
Super price, fast delivery. I used it for bad invertor, so it started to be hot early, but after using correct invertor spindle is running great. Need to set up run-in speed for every start of machining (5 - 10 min in 15 - 17k speed). For my project it´s perfect, I need to try water cooled spindle in same power category.

Very good product
I used it for the last 2 months, about 20hours in total. Worked very good but you will need to have a decent room temperature or make some extra cooling for it (in my opinion, which is far from expert) as it gets pretty worm after 20 mins of running.

Awesome Spindle
Firstly, this comes earthed, so no need to mess with the internals. I wanted spindle for my Frankenstein homemade CNC / Laser unit, and didn't want to spend a fortune. Well this thing is a beast. This is my first CNC so I don't have anything to compare it with, but it cuts hardwood, softwood and multiply with ease. 3D printed a very basic dust shoe to suite a 25mm hose I had, works a treat, also got the VFD to control this spindle, wired it to the 5v output from my control boards. It only actually outputs 4.5 volts so I am running at a max of 21900 rpm so 90% power, and i cuts great

Die gelieferte Spindel sieht sehr gut verarbeitet aus. Keine scharfen Kanten etc. Die Funktion habe ich noch nicht getestet, da meine Maschinen noch nicht fertig. Ich bin zufrieden.

Kann mir jemand von läute wo der Motor läuft die Parmeter für den FU geben. Bei mir läuft der motor nur an und wird von der FU sofort mit dem Fehler Err 6 abgewürgt. Parameterlist der FU im Anhang. Vielen Dank im Voraus Zeljko
High quality wrk priced VFD
I_ giving this spindle 5 stars based on performance, the spindle came with the earth connected the support from the brand was fantastic when DPD misplaced the item. Full disclosure, like all VFDs it required soldering the cable socket (supplied loose) and this is a tricky job but the performance is way beyond my expectations, can cut MDF at 18mm in one pass.....

Beautiful bit of kit
this is one solid bit of kit. so many negative reviews though and only think they either have had bad luck or simply have no idea on how to set them up or to use it.mine is use on a daily basis and ok they get a bit warm but never had a problem. Two of my colleagues loved my upgrade so they asked me to install the same setup on their machines. Love it

Va muy bien, no se calienta practicamente nada en funcionamiento y vibra muy poco por tanto es muy silencioso, es grande porque tiene 1,5 Kw y tension 220 trifasica. Se puede usar con un inverter VDF de la misma marca Spain que se ve en la foto. Llego en poco tiempo perfectamente embalado.
Bueno pero mejorable
Se calienta mucho y la toma de tierra no viene conectada internamente.

Dieser Motor bringt etwa 2,4 Kg auf die Waage. Die Z-Achse muss dieses Gewicht also bew?ltigen k?nnen. Leise ist er bis ca. 18000 U/min. Im direkten Vergleich zu einem Wechselstrom-Fr?smotor wie Kre oder Suhn. ist der Unterschied sehr deutlich. Leiser sind wohl nur die Spindeln mit Wasserk_lung. Der Rundlauf geht in Ordnung, wenn auch die angegebenen 0,005 mm nicht erreicht werden. Der Hersteller hat hier wohl eine 0 zufiel hinters Komma gesetzt. Mit meine Messuhr 0,03 mm.Die Spannzangenaufnahme ist ER11, also bis maximal 7 mm. Es gab bez_lich der Spannzangen hier ein kleines Problem. Im Angebot wurde der Lieferumfang mit 3,175 mm / 4,00 mm/ 6,00 beschrieben. Es gab hier eine recht z_ige Kommunikation mit dem H?ndler, in der sich das Problem l?sen lies.Der Anschluss der Spindel ist mit einer 3-Polige Steckverbindung ausgef_rt. Dadurch hat man ein Problem. Deshalb hier ein Stern Abzug. Der Schutzleiter MUSS irgendwie angeschlossen werden. Im Internet gibt es Anleitungen, die den Umbau auf eine 4-Polige Steckverbindung beschreiben, nat_lich unter Verlust der Garantie. Ich habe mich allerding f_ eine andere L?sung entschieden. Sch?ne Spindel leider ein bisschen schwer . Der L_ter ist im hohen Drehzahlbereich sehr laut aber das ?ndere ich noch.
Great quality, very quiet
I originally purchase an air-cooled 1.5KW spindle, however it was incredibly noisy and so I ended up getting this one to try and avoid having to wear hearing protection around it. It seems very well-made and the noise it generates is a fraction of the air-cooled spindle; it's not silent or close to it, but the noise it generates is so much less than an air-cooled spindle so I'm happy with it. It comes with two ER11 collets-- a 1/8" and another that I haven't looked at, as all my bits are 1/8".Very reasonable price and performance.
