Utilização e montagem
Para operar o equipamento, deve apertar a válvula de libertação e acionar a bomba para elevar a carga. Para a descida, basta girar o punho no sentido anti-horário, garantindo assim um movimento suave e controlado. O pedal de pé deve ser utilizado exclusivamente para o posicionamento do braço elevador antes de iniciar a subida, nunca devendo ser usado para levantar o veículo.

J'ai été particulièrement satisfait de ce cric hydraulique, dont l'ergonomie et la facilité d'utilisation en font un outil très pratique, notamment grâce à l'étui de rangement fourni. Comparé au cric triangulaire d'origine du véhicule, il s'avère nettement plus performant. Il répond pleinement à mes attentes et dépasse largement mes espérances. Internal failure on the raise and lower mechanism
Broke before I even used it, put in a claim almost a month ago they told me they’d ship the part to repair it within 10 days. I’ve got nothing but the run around since. It’s really unfortunate because I’ve spent a great deal of money with the brand but this product is flawed in my opinion
Handle design is junk
Item showed up damaged. Looked like it had already been returned? Just so you know this thing weighs a ton which could be why it was damaged? Outside of that the foot pump is handy but the handle design is crap
Flimsy
Junk. I’ve bought several tools from the brand and pleased with most of them but this one is very flimsy. Had back end of one ton jacked up. Jack folded over sideways. Base bent and dropped truck. Was obviously a bit uneven but if Jack can’t take that it’s a waste of money
Height and speed are mediocre
Doesn't raise very high, at max it barely raised my van's tire off the ground. And it's slow too. I would not recommend this for SUV or minivan.

It works
I required the jack to replace the brakes, and it functioned well. I appreciated the rubber attachments provided to safeguard the car frame. The jack handle is somewhat short, so an extended version would have improved the design.
Low profile?
It’s a good Jack but not what I would call “Low Profile” it really won’t go under anything but normal height cars or 4x4s

Wow. How do I review something I haven’t received? As far as today it was scheduled to be delivered today via UPS. Via email I was informed it was being returned to the brand due to an address concern. The address on file with the brand, confirmed by Yang, your chat line person. I’ve ordered from the brand before with no address issues! So why now?? I received no correspondence that there was a problem. Yang, the chat line person I dealt with was absolutely no help. He was all apologies but no help. No compensation for my concerns. Just a refund. I don’t want a refund I want what I ordered. Why has this happened? I’ve enjoyed the brand for my purchases but that ended today. Plenty of suppliers carry to same items with much better customer service. As you can tell I am upset. Really upset and if whoever is reading this then yourself in my position!! I await your response and just maybe if you have a better why of getting me what I ordered. Totally disappointed

The link I ordered the jack through stated in red that it would be delivered within 5 days. When I asked where it was a week later, a rep (who was rude) told me that even though it still hadn’t shipped yet, it was still in their acceptable time range for delivery. I ended the conversation with that rep and started another to tell them that I did not want their jack any more and to cancel my order and return my money. Within an hour I got an email saying that my order was cancelled, my money refunded and that they were still going to send me the jack for my trouble. I certainly never expected they would send the jack. I did get another email a day or two later telling me that I was responsible for returning the jack when it arrived. Not to worry, to this day the jack has not shipped so I can’t review it but I can tell you that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, even in a day when below par service is accepted.

Great jack for lifting a 44ft Rv, easy to use and very maneuverable. Combined with 22ton jack stands for safety.
Zag er prima krik uit, maar...
Het adapterstuk is er onmogelijk af te halen, ik twijfel zelf of die er wel af kan. Zit volledig vast! Hierdoor ben ik er niks mee aangezien het voor een lage auto is, en de adapter er op voorhand opzit.
Jack is fine case is junk
Had to pick up a replacement for one I had in my car. Haven’t used the jack but it’s comparable to my old 0ne which lasted for over 20 years. The case how ever is a complete joke. Won’t lock at all, stretch cord presently,,, should have waited for new jack to come in so I could have kept the old case

Zeer goede krik
Ik kocht twee van deze krikken om alle draagarmen van mijn Tesla model 3 Long Range tegelijk te kunnen vervangen zonder het risico te lopen op ernstige verwondingen door falende ondersteuning. Ik gebruikte beide krikken tegelijk om de auto aan de voorzijde geheel te kunnen opkrikken. De krikken zijn vrij duur maar oprecht van zeer hoge kwaliteit. Het vlak dat tegen de auto aan komt is groot en ook zeer geschikt voor gebruik met de pads die je voor her opkrikken van een Tesla moet gebruiken. De laagste stand is wat te hoog voor onder een Tesla maar dat los je eenvoudig op door de auto met de wielen op een planke te rijden waardoor de bodemspeling wordt verhoogd. De veiligheid is voorts gewaarborgd door een zware stalen pen waarmee je het mechaniek in hoogste stand kunt blokkeren en deze constructie is zo degelijk gebouwd dat ik zonder ook maar enige zorg onder de -zware- auto durfde te gaan liggen. En ik durf dat niet snel. Kortom: zeer degelijk gebouwd, goede werkhoogte in hoogste stand. Absolute aanrader en dat zeg ik alleen als het zo is.
Parts loose in box - bolts loose
Box was a bit bashed upon arrival. Unpackaged to find loose nuts in the box. Bottom skid plate hade 4 out of 6 bolts loise, 1 lost its nut. Skid plate was narked up as if it had already been used & returned. Managed to get all the nuts & bolts sorted out & tightened... can't seem to be able to upload pics... so im gonna stop wasting more ti e on this...
