Necesitaba encontrar una manera de apuntalar la puerta elevadora de mi caravana PESADA. La mayoría usa puntales presurizados de gas, pero solo se pueden usar en dos posiciones, abiertos o cerrados. Con este actuador lineal puedo detener la puerta en cualquier lugar durante su recorrido. Perfecto.
Works ok
The only reason for 4 stars is the speed of the unit,they work really well together, otherwise. I used them to lift a queen bed platform and mattress in my 27” RV longer ones would have been better for me,but they work ok hight wise. I am happy now my Wife can access the storage space now without me holding up the platform.

Bohrung etwas schief sonst okay
Grundsätzlich bietet der Linear Actuator ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Leider war die untere Bohrung etwas schief ausgeführt, weshalb sie auf der Fräsmaschine nachgearbeitet werden musste.

Using two of these for the engine hatch on my boat. So far, they work great. They are quiet and more than capable of the job. The only downside is they open and close very slowly! But for the price, can’t be beat!

Haven't used it yet. Looking for a latching relay that operates on twelve volts, DPDT. Sure would save a lot of circuitry. Operates with no transistors. Looks like they don't make them anymore. Years ago Potter-Brumfield made one that used a wheel type arrangement that made a bistable setup simple. Looks like I'm too old and obsolete!

Reliable actuator for heavy loads, but movement speed is slow
This actuator has been working well in a real-world application where reliability matters more than speed. I'm using it to lift a door weighing approximately 200 lbs, and it has been operating consistently for several months without any issues. The actuator feels solid, and the included mounting hardware made installation straightforward. Once installed, it has provided enough force to move the load without struggling. The only significant drawback is speed. While it has plenty of lifting power for my application, it moves fairly slowly. In my setup, it takes approximately 1.2 minutes to fully open the door. Depending on your project, that may be perfectly acceptable or it may feel too slow. For my use, reliability was more important than opening speed. The actuator has otherwise performed as expected and has been dependable during regular operation. Cons: Slow travel speed Not ideal for applications where quick movement is important Bottom line: If you need a reasonably powerful actuator for moving heavier loads and don't mind slower operation, this is a solid option. It has been reliably lifting a 200 lb door in my installation for months without problems.

This is a very good actuator. Quality and usability is fair. FYI - The speed of this unit is very slow (2mm per second). So keep this in mind for your application.
Solar
The acuators are fine I suppose. I had to replace them twice due to rod being pulled out of casing. They are being used in a two-axis solar tracking array sold by Eco-Worthy. Manufactured in China, so I am sure it is poor engineering that called out a 330lb actuator to hold and move a ten-foot diameter solar 'sail' in the wind. System is protected by a wind speed sensor, however wind speed sensors cannot react fast enough for wind Gusts. I upgraded to the 1320lb actuator OK628-6000N. It baffled me that they were $3 CHEAPER too! I dont expect anymore problems.

Excellent produit, action une porte à guillotine qui sépare le parc principal de nos poules vers un autre parc modulable. L'actionneur est à l'abris dans une cabane, il est relié à la porte par une corde d'une vingtaine de mètres et quelques poulies pour les changements de direction. Le système fonctionne pour l'instant à la perfection !!!
