Just ok. Overall disappointing purchase.

The bed was easy to put together. The trundle design is well thought out and sturdy to prevent racking and attach to the main frame. Although the main frame is not build in the same way and there is no prevention of racking. It squeaks and shakes if you move around in it and does not feel very sturdy at all. It is obvious that the attachment points on the main frame are stressed ven in rolling over gently in the bed. The trundle is totally secure in complete contrast. The bed is poorly packaged, so even without a hole in the box from shipping, the damage would have still been there from the way things scrape and bump in the box. The bed looks very bad and as thought it has been dropped many times.

Poor Durability – Frame Failed Under Normal Use

The product is advertised as having a reinforced metal frame with a weight capacity of up to 400 lbs, but the frame bent and broke during normal use while well within the stated weight limit. As shown in the photos, the damage involves the actual structural support of the bed, not just a cosmetic or minor component. Given the advertised weight capacity, this type of failure should not occur. Very disappointed with the durability, construction quality, and structural integrity of this product. Based on this experience, I would not recommend it.

He de decir que según se describe el producto y precio parece una excelente compra, el artículo llegó perfectamente embalado y las instrucciones de montaje sencillas, al montarlo todo y dormir esa noche en el nos dimos cuenta que el colchón se hunde entre los barrotes metálicos deformando el propio colchón y hundiendo me mucho más al dormir,eso pasa el los ambos bases metálicas, nada recomendable ni en descanso ni vida útil del colchón y luego el ruido metálico de la estructura casa vez que te mueves, suena a cama vieja con un nivel elevado, todo estaba perfectamente montado y bien apretado por si hay dudas, no lo recomiendo para nada, barato si pero con peros importantes.

A huge disappointment--buy something else

I was able to put this together by myself, hence the 1 star. Otherwise, it would be zero stars. Looks sturdy, but since the frame gives when you sit on the edge, I don't trust it to support 400 lbs. Metal slats may sound great, but when only 3 slats on the top frame are 3/4" wide, and the rest are 3/8" wide and all the slats are 5 1/4" apart, they are no good for supporting a typical daybed mattress--which is 6" to 8 " thick-- without sagging. The same problem exists with the slats on the trundle. A memory foam or other foam mattress sags between the slats. If your foam mattress is hard enough, you might not feel the metal slats; otherwise you will. Really disappointed in this purchase.
