Homeowner
It was fairly easy to install and it seems very sturdy so far. It fit my 2 step granite steps although I wish the top rail was just a little longer making it easier for an elderly person to grab. I originally bought the 2-3 step rail but had to return that b/c that does not work for a two step configuration unless you put one of the post on the top landing or into the ground but that would not have held as good and would’ve been more involved to install. I also didn’t like the look of it. Overall, happy with the product and would definitely use again.
Care Giver
I had looked at many one and two step handrails before purchasing this item for a side door. I thought that it was the safest and aesthetic because of the curved ends of the top rail. I waited until after installation before I purchased a second rail for the front step of the house. I was pleased with the ease of installation. The only slight problem I found was the beauty caps that covered the provided concrete anchor bolts was a little different shape than the foot of the handrails. Not enough of an issue to keep me from purchasing again and recommending the handrail to others.
Sturdy
The item itself is good. They give you the hardware but the instructions are lacking when it comes to installing. Also the covers for the screws at the base just sits on top of them, does not clip around the bottom metal plate.
WORKS!
Another DIY project my husband undertook, and it was easy to install and is super stable. So nice we didn't have to do something more expensive just for one step.
Good quality hand rail
This item was delivered in good packaging & bubble wrapped for good measure. Only a few nuts & bolts for an easy installation (I did have to tap out the top flanges of the uprights, as they were not squared up and the top rail would not fit) - but no big deal with a block of wood & a hammer... The only negative is the poor quality of the supplied rawl bolts / cement anchors. They are designated as M8 & the industry standard states that a 14mm drill be used. I fitted them as required, but they do not securely hold the rail, as the bolts to not tighten up correctly & leave the rail with some lateral 'play'. My advice - get some proper M8 anchor bolts. But it does look good & is mostly to be used as a hand 'steady' down the back steps - so I'll live with it for now.
Sturdy and stylish
Good product, reasonably priced. It looks stylish and was fairly easy to fit although we didn't try to do it ourselves.
Wrought iron railing
Great product , easy to install and it looks good !
Great product
Absolutely perfect for what I needed the only thing was the instructions weren't detailed enough but otherwise product itself was perfect
Mr
Great cost for a well made, sturdy and stylish handrail, simple to assemble and fit. Easy ordering process and delivery was made within the timeframe.
Handrails
Looks great! Just be careful not to make the holes to big when mounting on concrete, or the bolts may not hold.
Mr
I bought one of these handrails last November and was very happy with it. I ordered a second one recently and was happy to see the price had dropped. However this one came without any washers and the screw lengths were different from the first one. Identical otherwise but the finished installation looks inferior to the first. No wonder it cost less.
Mr
Excellent product. Robust , stylish looking in difference to piped handrails you see What let’s it down is fitting instructions , the fittings , size of drill to use . . This could be significantly improved. . Only because I consider myself a handyman I got around the fitting problems I had. Once fitted it looks great. Adds a pound or two on value of house !.

Just What Was Needed!

We needed a short rail and found it impossible to find one in the box stores. When I came across this railing by the brand, I quickly ordered it. The railing is perfect! It is stable, suits the space, gives extra support coming up the stairs and the look is great! Shipment was quick and really, everything was perfect. If the need arises, we would order again from the brand.
