A EVITER ABSOLUEMENT

Article de tres mauvaise qualité, il a cassé au bout de 4 utilisations. Le service commercial est de mauvaise fois et refuse tt temboursement alors que le code de la consommation est clair sur le sujet. En bref, des pratiques de voyous qui fabriquent du matériel de mauvaise qualité et esperent s'en tirer sans que cela se sache. Je saisi la DGCCRF, il en a assez de cette impunité.

Outil formidable

J'ai utilisé l'outil pour ajouter une extrémité enroulée à un tuyau de liquide de refroidissement en aluminium qui s'était corrodé et avait créé une fuite sur le système de chauffage d'une camionnette. Ça a marché comme sur des roulettes. Merci !

J'ai reçu cet article dans un délai très raisonnable, la qualité semble bonne, les instructions pourraient utiliser plus de détails et de clarté. Je suis content de mon achat, une fois que je l'aurai mis en service, j'aurai peut-être d'autres commentaires, mais jusqu'à présent tout est positif.

If you’re planning on bending stainless steel tubing, you NEED this bender!

I bought this for bending 3/8” stainless steel tubing for transmission cooling lines on a Trail Buggy. It made light work of it! One bend was 120 degrees. It did not kink the tubing. Easy to use. Bolted it to my welding table, but can easily remove and store it away in the box it came in. Trying to come up with projects to use it on! Very satisfied with this purchase!

Funktioniert mit ein paar Einschränkungen

Hebel etwas kurz, eine zusätzliche Verlängerung wäre gut. Die Öse die das Rohr halten könnten eine größere Auflage Fläche haben und zu einer Seite geöffnet sein. Durch die Konstruktion aus einem blech drückt sich dieses in die Rohre ein und hinterlässt unschöne Markierungen. Im großen und ganzen macht es aber was es soll.

Priced right and works great

It works well. I wish it came with a storage box for all its parts. It bends pipe without any issues. I bought it to bend polished 7/8 and 1-inch stainless steel tubing, and it failed miserably. Unless you fill the stainless with sand, it will kink the inside every time. It is great on everything but polished stainless tube.

Das Gerät tut absolut, was es soll. Es hat zwar ab Werk ein paar kleine Kinderkrankheiten und ist in der Handhabung manchmal nicht ganz so flexibel, wie man es sich im Alltag wünschen würde, aber die Basis stimmt. Mit etwas handwerklichem Geschick und einer Portion Geduld kann man hieraus im Grunde alles zaubern, was man braucht. Die Verarbeitung ist okay. Bei der Lieferung gab es direkt ein paar kleinere Lackabplatzer und manche mechanischen Teile klemmen oder laufen anfangs etwas hakelig. Alles in allem erfüllt das Teil aber absolut seinen Zweck, und ich würde es mir wieder kaufen. Könnte zwar ein kleines Stück günstiger sein, aber unterm Strich bin ich absolut zufrieden!

Very strong, sturdy device. Few problems with use... First, every shape, bending,... You need to calculate separately ( take some time and extra material to adjust machine) Second, for banding S shape, everytime ( every single bending) you need to disconnect bending roller to take out the piece. Needs a lot of time if you have to bend 100 pieces, for example. Third, device looks like 10 years old after one use. Paint piled of. Resume: Worth for the value, for some small series, workshops, home use. I recommend this device.

This is a really nice bender set. all the sizes you need. I mounted mine on a plate that fits in my vice for easy access when I need it. dies have a decent finish for the price.

Small tube bender. Fast easy.

Pipe and tube bending for smaller tube. I am using for 3/4” thin wall aluminum, and it does really well. 1” thick wall tube would be a struggle. Cons. Only one radius for each tube diameter. A small indention on inside radius.

Needs a bend angle indicator, and an offset spacer for the tube grabber so it truly goes 180

Assembles ok, had to design/make a mounting plate so it could be mounted horizontal or vertical, also had to design and add an angle indicator so can track the bend amount. I used an eight inch protractor and mounted it on a plate I cut, I used 1/8" steel plate for the protractor base, and used 1/4" plate for the fab-table mount. The "indicator" is a piece of cloths hanger wire that I drilled/tapped for a 1/4-20 BHCS, ground the end of the indicator to a dull point so it could point more accurately at the degrees on the protractor, put some red paint on the tip. Used white sticky label paper under the protractor for better contrast of the numbers. Of note, the way the tube "Grab end" for the mandrel, it hits the follower wheel so it doesn't really get to 180 degrees, more like 165. So, I may do a fix in where I put a spacer under the tube grabber so that, the bend can actually start at 0 degrees instead of 15 degrees. Further all the dies/grabbers would each have to have their own spacer to get it right. The Grabber also does put a mark on the tube that is pretty deep so the hole in the grabber may need the hole "corners" to be broken so they don't mar as bad.

I received bender quickly, however quality was very poor. All dies are painted on bending surfaces. The tube locking system is inadequate and leaves a small kink in the tubing. The only reason it got a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because it arrived so quickly.

Leider sind die enthaltenen, formgebenden Matrizen nicht für die genannten Durchmesser geeignet, da zu viel Spiel senkrecht zur Biegerichtung. Dadurch verändert sich der Querschnitt des Rohres. Er wird in Biegerichtung kleiner und senkrecht zur Biegerichtung größer, so dass man im Biegebereich einen in etwa ovalen Querschnitt erhält. Das funktioniert bei dem Handbiegegerät bedeutend besser. Das Biegegerät insgesamt ist aber für meine Zwecke gut geeignet, da ich eigene Biegematrizen mit anderen Biegeradien benötige, die ich noch herstellen muss.

Habe edelstahlrohre damit gebogen. Funktioniert gut! Man brauch viel Kraft. Der hebel könnte länger sein. Sehr massive Ausführung.

Please, next time spend one penny on some masking tape and don't paint the tight fitting inside surfaces of the dies making them impossible to fit on the pin. Thanks.

Die Rohrbiegevorrichtung funktioniert grundsätzlich sehr gut. Sie ist jedoch klar eher für dünnwandige Stahlrohre ausgelegt – insbesondere bei größerem Rohrdurchmesser. Stahlrohre mit 22 mm Durchmesser und 2 mm Wandstärke lassen sich ohne eine Hebelverlängerung kaum biegen. Zudem werden die Rohre dabei teilweise leicht oval. Aluminium- und Kupferrohre hingegen lassen sich nahezu perfekt und sauber biegen.

La dobladora tiene muy buena pinta, a falta de probar. A la hora del montaje me he encontrado con un problema y una posible mejora El problema: La rueda giratoria para poderlo mover viene con un tornillo del 6 y la rosca donde tiene que encajar es de 10 a simple ojo. Mejora: el pasador que soporta la base de guia superior, podría tener un orificio para un pasador y así no ser tan susceptible a salirse del sitio. Por lo demás todo correcto.

This works great. I used it to make exhaust hangars. For those saying the parts doesn't fit. Just sand off some of the paint around the joints and it'll fit just fine.
