The jack slaps
This jack slaps. I’ve just now after a decade of yanking a bumper pull holiday trailer around upgraded to the big leagues, an electric jack. This slapper showed up in 3 days just in time for my families next camp trip. The boys and I installed it on site. It took less than a beer to get my old rickety hand crank back breaker off, and the new unit on. No more cursing a hung over pack up and hook up day camping. Thanks for the quality unit at an amazing price.
That this unit works well and can be mounted sideways allowing extra clearance for tailgate opening.
Works great. Bought as a present for my daughter. Was put on her trailer . Having the option of turning it sideways still allows truck tailgate to open fully. Smaller camping trailer, the extra lifting power makes adjustments effortlessly. Very reasonable price.
Good value and works great
Replaced a HF electric jack that made it about three years. This is quieter, seems sturdier and more weathertight. Includes a nice cover for additional protection. Highly recommend.
No wiring change on plug worked as it came!
Works great plugged up to pickup and raised trailer tongue up or down with push of button no more hand crank. Nissan titan it plugged right in to trailer plug adapter on truck and went to work.

Great upgrade to my trailer. Was a little sceptical at first, but after installing it and using it, the thing is awesome. Might not be the fastest on the market but it sure gets the job done.

Easy to install. I think took 30 minutes. We replaced from manual jack. It’s a little slow but totally worth it! Value for the money!
Worth every penny
Glad I found this. I put it on my cargo trailer I use for my business and it works well. The only thing I don't like is it does rub against my tailgate

Never quit or give up. The reason we fail is Broken Focus,
I used this jack less than 6 times. The last time I used it I heard a loud popping noise. It has never worked since. Checked Unit for loose wire and replaced fuse. No results. At 82 years young I am done with hand cranking. Very disappointed 😔
Worth the Price
This electric jack would be an incredible addition RO anyone that has to hand crank. Unfortunately, I bought this as a gift for my buddy. He did not like that he could not put his tailgate down while still connected to the RV hi can’t with mine either?), so he asked me to return it.

Excellent Jack, glad I purchased
I read the bad reviews; first off I covered the top with a heavy duty plastic bag, then put the bag that came with it over the plastic bag so as no water would enter any part of the switches (read reviews switch goes bad) I only use the remote which is awesome, I hold the button up or down and at the same time hook up lights, safety chains, etc,.... It is not slow like folks are saying. If you watch the video obviously it is speed up so it looks fast but good gosh how fast do you need this to go up and down. It is not any slower than my other electric hitches, The best thing is the Remote, this is what saves you time. I am super happy with mine, purchased a few months ago and I hitch up 5x a week.
Works great and easy to install
Works very well although kind of slow. My tongue weight is about 800lb plus I use a weight distributing hitch. It will easily lift the rear of my loaded 3/4 ton pickup to hook up the hitch torsion bars. The gearing makes it run slower. Installing the jack takes under 15 min. How long it takes to run the wires is variable according to your battery setup. Mine was easy and only required putting a wiring ring on each one and attaching to the battery. It has a fuse in the hot wire so nothing needs to be done with that. It didn't turn on when I 1st tried it. The fuse wasn't installed in the holder. It was under the rain cover on the holder so it needed to be stuck in the slots.

This is a great product. I love the seven-way plug adapter for powering this device. It seems to be built with quality material and should last a long time. It comes packaged well and includes a cover to keep it out of the weather and the Sun. Much better than the old hand crank style. I bought this for a 16 ft enclosed trailer not knowing if it would be strong enough to lift it but to my surprised it had no problems. I will now be ordering one for my boat trailer as well.

Recieved with cosmetic damage but works well
Seams to work well but came slightly damaged. Not assembled well. Where to pieces of plastic covers came together they weren't aligned well causing a crease and gap. I didnt have time to return so accepted as is, its only cosmetic.

I like the fact that they're still using actual switches for the control systems versus the touchpad that some of the big boys are going to. This is just a better system. Two, reliable switches

Good buy, just slow
The 4 stars is because it's a bit on the slower side. Overall working well for that past few months. Noise level isn't bad, safety seems to be good. Capacity is working well for our 24' trailer. Stability is great no issues! Just very slow.
