We bought this for our 2 year old grandson for his 2nd birthday. It can quickly and is well made. Price was much better than other places we looked at, so was a bit worried about quality. Now, we had to add some wood over the top because he was too quick to learn to climb up on the top, and his parents felt we was too young for that part of the climbing part. We'll take it off once he gets a little bigger and can handle the top railing. He loves it and that was the point. If you're thinking about this item, we are very happy with the build quality and the price was good. All the wood is smooth, so no woody about splinters etc. Very happy customer.
