KW-720A vinyl cutter
The parcel delivered on time. Shipping was trackable, and it was fast. To operate it requires some assembly. There is a printed manual, and there is a manual on a flash drive in the parcel. The base parts are looks and feels cheap, some contains burrs, and feels like you can damage easily. There are 4 rollers with brakes on the bottom of the device, but one of the brake lever has broken off from my item. However, the assembly process is quick, and you can use the cutter. Installing the software is easy, but you have to get into the software, the cutting process is not so easy. I made an EPS file, and I tought I can load/import it, and print... it is not so easy. You have to make some click-clack in the app, and send it to the cutter. Before the first cut, you have to calibrate the machine. It means, the cutter cuts 16 samples, and you have to select the best. After this, the cutter easily cut the vinyl. Use "fresh" vinyl, if you have. I had "old" ~6-7 years vinyls for testing, and it is waving, so it is not optimal for precise cutting. The flash drive contains several tutorial videos, so you can know the machine under several minutes. There is a ballpoint pen attachment, so you can…
Usage pour auto entreprise
rien n'a redire cette machine m'accompagne depuis plus d'un an et fais totalement le job
Owner
Super easy to use, getting familiar with the program does take time bit sfor someone that didnt know how it works and playing around with the system was able to get comfortable with using and designing decals
Not good for mac OS
I would recommend for Windows but not for mac OS . I dont know I connected once and it was disconnect . not an easy
Great cutter, OK program
This cutter works excellent, fast and efficient while taking up very little space. The program is tricky to use and has some issues with files that other programs can rectify but the machine is wonderful. At half the cost of similar products I would recommend this one
Worked great until it broke
Worked well for 10 months, then USB stopped working. Submitted a ticket to the brand, but they didnt get back to me! It was good while it lasted, but not so sure about the brand supporting their products or honoring their warantee.
Good plotter cutter easy to use.
I found this plotter very easy to use and I am happy to get it.
Fantastico
Estamos encantados con el plotter. Envío rápido. Nos encanta usarlo. Gracias por el trato recibido 👋🏻👍🏻

This is just what I needed. It took a little time to get used to the software it came with. Once I figured it out, it was off to the races. Overall, a good cutter, however, I wish that it was either Bluetooth or WiFi compatible. Everything I have has WiFi capabilities, except for this. Other than the wireless issue, everything is great. So far, so good.

Great cutter. Easy to set up if you take your time. Yes, there is a learning curve, but once you figure it all out the machine works great. I'v been cutting stickers, vinyl signs, htv, and even thin cardboard. Great machine for the price and all the extras that came with it. Very happy with it. Highly recommend the seller and the machine.
