Bought this February of 2026 and now it won't stay adjusted and sinks during use. Don't buy.

The chair welding broke and soon the whole thing gonna snap. I just sit down not rush to it. Not a chair for lightwieght people

It's a large comfy chair, nicely made at the price point, but I wouldn't call it ergonomic as the adjustments aren't on par with the modern definition standards of the word. The finish looks great and it serves the executive role fine. The minimum height adjustment is pretty high, so I wouldn't recommend it for people shorter than 5ft 5. The bottom cushion is not silent when you move on it, sit or raise, so everyone will notice when the boss is in the office.

Surprisingly comfortable

The sturdiness of this chair is great so far. I do have to sit in it's lowest setting to be comfortable I'm 5'10" and this thing at it's highest makes me feel like a little kid sitting on the big kid swings... No bad issues so far and am happy with the purchase. The wheels are great too, be sure your holding the arms so it doesn't roll away from you when you go to sit down.

This office chair really exceeded my expectations on the quality of the supporting framework of this chair. The back is held into the base with a 1/4” thick steel plate and with the solid steel armrest there is no way my kids are going to break this one.

I love this chair. I waited a long time to replace the older chair I had, while looking for the right one. This chair is amazing. My only caution is to tell buyers you will likely need 2 people to connect the back of the chair when assembling it. Not as easy as the instructions indicate.

Not What I Expected

This chair is roomy, not comfortable by any means. The seat is so hard, I have to take frequent breaks. The foot rest is more like a "calf rest". When I lie back and extend the "foot rest," it is a full foot away from my feet, so my calves are literally the ones resting on it. It looks good in the office, but it is not functional.

The chair is easy to assemble and the instructions are very clear. I’m not particularly skilled with this kind of task, yet I managed to put it together on my own without any issues. The backrest is very comfortable. However, the seat itself tends to feel a bit hard after a few hours and doesn’t have the ideal tilt. The front edge of the seat should be slightly higher — it feels like it slopes downward, which shouldn’t be the case. The lumbar support is excellent. The way it’s inflated is a bit outdated, but the comfort it provides is very satisfying. The worst part of this chair (so far) is definitely the armrests. I’ve had it for about a month, and the padding already feels loose inside. Even worse, it has started to deform — on the left side, it has already taken the shape of my elbow. It’s clear that sooner or later I’ll have to replace the padding in these areas. It’s not a bad chair, but there are some details that fall short.

This chair is very comfortable and appears to be great quality materials. Fold up arms are a nice feature and it was easy to put together with included tools.

This chair is so uncomfortable that it hurts my tailbone. Needs far more padding in the seat. Am going to have to buy extra cushion to continue using it. Also, the vinyl is far too hot for Qld. Stand up over an hour and it will feel like you have become incontinent during sitting on this seat. Nope, doesn't work for us.

Este relativ ușor de montat fără alte scule. In unele faze e indicat sa fie doua persoane la montaj. Este plăcut și odihnitor, excepție suportul pentru picioare care pentru mine este prea scurt. Manetele pentru ajustarea înălțimii și înclinației spătarului sunt poziționate incomod fiind greu sa ajungi la ele din poziția sezand. Materiale mi se par ok. Prețul e cam pipărat față de alte produse similare. In general sunt mulțumit de achiziție și recomand produsul.

Great buy for heavy-weight chair

Not quite as good as my old chair at work (Alera Maxxis), but still very good. Firm, but comfortable; very sturdily built. The only tricky part of assembly was matching the seat back into the side arms -- you should leave the arms a little loose to help with the fit. Definitely have a flashlight handy to view the alignment of those parts for adding the mounting screws. A hex allen T-Wrench is provided for tightening all fittings. In general the seat is well designed and relatively easy to assemble. The lift has a good seat height when extended for a taller individual (6' 0") -- my feet are flat on the ground as I write this and there is still a little more lift available. The polyurethane wheels are strong and roll well even on carpet. The price makes this a great buy for a heavy-duty/heavy-weight executive office chair. Particularly with free shipping for Prime members.

Good sturdy chair

Bought this chair to replace my sons chair that was falling apart. We have had it almost a year and still in great shape. Chair is very comfortable and helps with bad backs. This chair holds up well and was easy to put together.

Love it

Wheels work great. Probably more suitable for short carpet or mats. It rolls too easy on hard floor. Makes it hard to stay at my desk in a comfortable position. Maybe if there was a handbrake for once I'm comfortable. I fell asleep in it a few times, but I wake up with a bad charlie horse. It does feel comfortable to sit in though.

I just assembled this today, it took @ 2 hours by myself and though the instructions are not 100 % it's pretty intuitive. It's a nice comfortable chair, if it lasts a year or two I'll be happy.

Super sturdy

This was easy to assemble. It took me about 15 minutes by myself and I’m a 5’ 3” grandma. Chair is sturdy and well made. Plenty of cushioning but not too soft. I definitely recommend this chair.

My new office chair fits my rear end just right . Back is comfortable and I can park in it for extended periods of time. The price was right. Quality good and easy to put together. I did it myself in the 70s.
