Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat, après plusieurs semaines d'utilisation, tout fonctionne très bien J'imprime des étiquettes Colissimo, Vinted go, Chronopost, Mondial Relay et je n'ai jamais eu de problème au niveau du scannage du code barres. L'application Flash label permet de recadrer le format du document pdf ainsi d'imprimer que la partie étiquette.

Buena impesora

Llevo usando la impresora hace 2 años creo.... Y no me ha dado ningún problema. La única pega es que al principio me costó calibrar otro tipo de papel que no fuera el 100x150. (PD: se pone el nuevo papel y luego se debe mantener apretado el botón central durante 3s para empezar a calibrar)

Sono estremamente soddisfatto dell'etichettatrice. L'unica nota negativa riguarda il software incluso, che per le mie finalità di organizzazione domestica/personale non era ottimale. A me non serviva una soluzione per negozi con codici a barre e simili. Per mia fortuna, ho reperito un programma online che mi permette di sfruttarla al meglio. Non la cambierei con nessun altro modello.

J'ai un peu perdu patience au début car aucune notice en français n'est fournie. j'ai donc voulu l'utiliser à l'instinct. Après 20 minutes sans réussir à la faire fonctionner et à m'agacer j'ai decidé de lire la notice en pensant que je n'y comprendrais rien... Pour un usage depuis smartphone (ce qui est mon cas) il suffit en réalité de chercher le QRcode qui se trouve vers la fin de la notice, il vous dirige vers une application très simple d'usage et très fluide. Les impressions sont niquels et très rapide. L'objet semble de belle facture. Un peu plus gros que je ne l'avais imaginé mais il semble vraiment efficace et qualitatif. Le seul reproche serais le câble électrique. Il se déconnecte très facilement. Dès que je déplace un peu l'imprimante la prise sort de son encoche, c'est agaçant. Je ne sais pas si j'ai un modèle défectueux de ce côté ci ou s'ils sont tous comme ça mais c'est un vrai problème. Il ne faut pas déplacer l'imprimante ou maintenir le câble avec la main lorsque vous le faite. J'ai la flemme de faire un retour pour ça sans être certaine que je n'aurai pas le même problème avec le nouvel appareil donc je vais m'en acommoder mais c'est à revoir pour le fabriquant.…

Imprimante thermique qui semble de bonne facture et qui imprime des étiquettes de captures d'écran, car certaines étiquettes, comme celles de Vinted, sont en 2 parties et il faut faire une capture d'écran pour obtenir juste la partie à imprimer sur l'étiquette de retour. Ce qui n'est pas génial. De plus, contrairement aux imprimantes Munbyn, celle-ci ne gâche pas une étiquette à chaque impression. Et elle peut imprimer différents formats d'étiquettes, ce qui est un plus, même si je n'en ai pas l'utilité. Dans l'ensemble, elle est plutôt très bien; il ne reste plus qu'à tester avec une étiquette Vinted.

In the product description, it would be good to have more detailed information about what kind of labels are suitable for the printer. However, it seems that any label roll will do. just got my etsy shop open and was looking for a solution to make my shipping process a little less time consuming. works great. can also use with my iphone if needed although i found it easier to use with my computer. installed the latest off the drive off the website. link was included on usb drive that came with the product. excited to just be able to make my own labels now and take advantage of the discounted shipping rates offered online.

Make your packages look professional

I run a small sticker business and I want it to look professional when I'm shipping packages and this definitely helps it's a super easy install you literally go to their website to install the program it takes a few minutes it's a Decent documentation, this thing is awesome, I use Spotify for my shipping labels so I know it will work with them If others say it doesn't work on eBay or PayPal I'm not sure if it will work because I do not sell through them. Haven't run into any jams or issues, I'm not sure about tech support as I didn't have to use it when setting it up it was so easy. If you run a small business or a large business and you need a shipping label printer I really wish I got more orders so I could print out the labels I love this thing.

Huge time saver

My husbands been using this for several months now and I can’t believe how much time he saves. He ships several packages a week. I was worried as a lot of people had negative reviews about the app, but we haven’t had a problem. It’s a little clunky, but it gets the job done. Super easy to set up and the labels print in high quality.

Great Product for the Price!!!!

After a lot of research and looking around, I purchased this printer in December. I want a printer that is bluetooth compatible and includes a label inside the printer so I don't have to have two devices and a bunch of wires on my very small desk. My printer is working fine so far. Setting it up can seem daunting at first, but if you follow the instructions, it's actually pretty simple, clear, and straightforward. Every question I had was answered somewhere in the owner's manual. Bluetooth works better than most, and I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for an affordable label printer. :)

Very easy to set up and prints outstanding quality labels

Before purchasing, my expectations were low as this is an unknown brand. I'm not very good with IT, and once the printer arrived, I was ready to fight. To my surprise, it was so easy to set up and print shipping labels of very good quality. I bought this printer to use at home and I have a Zebra label printer at the store. This one works just as well as the Zebra and costs a lot less.

Great Printer

This printer works really great. Easy to use once it is installed. I had to get my IT husband to help because my computer did not recognize the device and was having issues. But after about 30 minutes set up time I haven't had an issue since. Makes printing labels so much faster!
