Excellent customer service
First one received worked manually but not with air. Contacted the brand and they promptly replaced it with one that does work with air. If not for the excellent customer service received form the brand in replacing the first defective jack, I would be giving a 2 star review (worked manually only). The replacement pump seems to be working as it should with air.
Er muß nicht lange halten!
Habe mir vor 2 Jahren einen Werkstattkran mit 3t Hebekraft gekauft. Der Kran hatte einen identischen Hebezylinder, aber eben 3t, nicht wie dieser hier mit 8t. Ich traue der Sache nicht, äußerlich sind sie absolut identisch. Nur die kleine Flügelschraube zur Öffnung des Rückflusses (Absenkung) ist noch "zerbrechlicher" geworden. Mein alter Zylinder wurde undicht und senkt sich mit geringster Last trotz pumpen. Ob es an den Dichtungen im Zylinder, oder an der Rückflussschraube lag kann ich nicht sagen. Der neue Zylinder arbeitet momentan, aber wie gesagt, die die Verschraubung zum Ablassen ist ein Witz. Und um damit arbeiten zu können, muß man sie sehr fest anziehen. Ich betrachte diese Zylinder als absolutes Billigprodukt. Wenn ich es schaffe mein Projekt damit fertig zu stellen, gut: habe aber meine Zweifel.

Bought my engine hoist knowing it needed a new ram and some love, thought it was the perfect candidate to test out the long ram jack and after modifying the hoist to mount it up boy was I impressed. It works great, it’s double action so it moves every time you move the jack up and down which is awesome. Works perfectly I’m very happy.

Cumple su función. La extensión es muy muy lenta. Para nada es de 8 toneladas pero 3 las aguanta bien sin problemas. El sistema de apertura no es muy fino. El juego de la palanca de subida baila muchísimo es recomendable cambiarlo por un tornillo con rosca de freno para hacerlo más estable. Por el precio es una gran compra pero no para 8 toneladas

Took 5 minutes to replace original jack. Works like a brand new cherry picker. And can’t beat the price. 5 stars.
Amazing price!
Fits and works on my old Pittsburgh engine crane! If I have any issues after pulling my motor I’ll update this review but it was a direct replacement and feels smooth. If you are coming from a ram with a double pump this will feel awkward and slow as this on only pumps on the down stroke. But great for the price!
