Do not order. I have had nothing but problems with these machines. I have contacted the brand numerous times with no joy of a refund or return. The two machines I ordered have the same problem. Trying to run a business and this happening is a disgrace. The customer service is shocking and I wont be buying again,
Grandkids love it!!
I purchased this for a Halloween party I was having for my Grandchildren. It was the biggest hit!! We use it for almost every gathering now. Cleaning it correctly does take some time but soaking in very hot water removes most everything. Very sturdy and works great! Highly recommend for home use.

This brand cotton candy machine has been a great investment. I have had no issues with the machine so far, and I have been using it a few times a week for almost 2 months now. As long as you read and follow their instructions for operating and most importantly cleaning the machine, it produces awesome cotton candy. I'm glad I didn't spend a bunch of money on one of the more expensive commercial machines because this one performs just as well. It's great for parties, family gatherings, office parties, school functions, etc..i highly recommend this machine to anyone who is looking to purchase a cotton candy machine that's reliable, safe, compact enough to store in a kitchen pantry, and light enough to carry to and from places without any help.
