Broken After Just Over a Year
I’ve had the pottery wheel for just over a year, and it has already broken. The wheel started spinning at maximum speed as soon as it was switched on, even without pressing the foot pedal, making it impossible to use it.

This pottery wheel is fantastic! It's unbelievable to get such a high-quality wheel at this price. I was able to start practicing as soon as I got it (with clay, of course). I've already made a few small items with it, although they're all quite small, and I haven't tested the maximum amount of clay it can handle yet, but I'm confident it will perfectly meet my needs. Great product!

Really good wheel. It's powerfull and heavy enough for most things. For this price It's very good.
Amazing for the price
Like all the other reviewers, am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this wheel for the price! I am a beginner so had no need to spend 1K+ on a wheel, but wanted to spend time practicing in between pottery classes. The machine feels sturdy and well built, it's heavier than I thought but still light enough to easily move around. The pedal does feel cheap and I work on a wooden floor so have to put down a damp towel to stop it from sliding around while I work. The wheel tray does leak if I use a lot of water, and sometimes when centering if I put a lot of pressure the wheel does slow down slightly. However, it is quiet and works when I want it to and am really enjoying it! I definitely won't be considering upgrading any time soon, I think this is perfect for any hobby potter

Nice heavy pottery wheel for beginners. I bought 2 and 1 came damaged and it took quite a while for them to send a replacement, but the did! so I am happy.

I saw this wheel used from a few potters on YouTube and had to give it a try. WOW. Impressed with it! I haven’t gone over 6lbs of clay yet but no issues there so far, speed wnd ease of use is just like the wheels I use in my pottery classes. If you’re thinking about this wheel, just do it!

Bought this for my wife. She’s not very tall but still says this is on the short side. Had to drill to install pins for bats. She loves the portability of this. She uses it inside or out on the patio.

The first one received was a dud and wouldn’t turn on but I received a replacement within a couple days and returned the first. So far, the machine works well. Easy set up, easy clean up. Quite Lloyd. Otherwise, I think this is a good beginner model.

All in all a great wheel.
Set up was super easy and it doesn't take up too much space. I have been using it every day for almost a month now and it's a work house. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that motor goes from very fast to pretty slow with this foot pedal the speed variability isn't great. It does however, work for all of my purposes so I'm still a very happy customer.

I’m so IMPRESSED by the 14 in the brand wheel. It’s bigger than I expected given the price, and it comes fully assembled. You just have to plug it in. I’m 5’3 so it’s the perfect height and adjustable. For those who need more height, adding a base would do the trick. I took a 6 week class and bought this to continue learning after the class was over. The biggest piece I will throw is likely a kitchen utensil holder or salad serving bowl, so I haven’t ran into any issues with power. It feels VERY similar to the Shrimpo Whisper used at the studio I go to. I’m able to throw pieces similar to those I make in class. The splash pan isn’t hard for me to remove and reassemble - perhaps it’s only an issue with another size/model. The pedal is plastic (I’ll take that any day for a machine that is

Nice wheel for a great price. Doesn't include the mounting bolts for wheel head. The first one I purchased would not power on but I received a replacement.
Arrived DOA but fixable. Excellent affordable wheel when working.
Arrived DOA. The power toggle switch was broken internally. I had to take it apart and bypass the power switch to get it to function. The forward/reverse toggle has a middle position that acts as an "off" power, so the separate power witch really isn't needed. I don't expect everyone to take the unit apart to find out why their new pottery wheel does not work nor will most people have the tools and materials on hand to alter the wiring; however, once it does powwer on, it fucntions well. It is quiet and spins perfectly level. Rotation speed is smoothly variable and I can set it from just creeping to "way to fast for me to use." I have centered up to 5 lbs of clay on it and while it complains a little at first, it got the job done just fine. The legs give more than the advertised 2" of height increase and I actually like the fact the the bolts just friction fit to lock in the legs at a given height. This means that you can dial in the length of the legs exactly to your desired height. The pan is thick, durable, and easy to get on and off the wheel. Good machine for a good price
Ordered it more than a year ago, and works perfectly. It can handle 7 kg of clay without any kind of difference. Above that you can hear that the motor is slowing like a littlebit under the clay. But im not usually working with big clumps, so it was a perfect budget frendly wheel. I can reccomend it for everyone, who is like to throw smaller pieces, like me.

Déçu par ce tour. Trop rapide même à basse vitesse, la pédale trop sensible et surtout, le moteur n’est pas « fluide », il fonctionne par « accoup » sûrement un moteur faiblement bobiné (on sent l’alternatif) ce qui fait que la pièce que l’on tourne peut vite être decentré. Pas du tout pour débutant et ni pour professionnel. J’ai voulu acheter à faible prix maintenant c’est un tour qui ne sert à rien.

I bought this pottery wheel for my girlfriend. She loves it yes it’s small and needs a small table to stand it on but it’s light enough to get out and put away. Works as well would expect as a beginner. Hours of Fun so far.
Best wheel on a budget ever!
I love my wheel! I chose the 35cm width for a bigger platform and to play around with plates :) The only issues are: the overall height and the pedal’s hyper-sensitivity. Even though the height is adjustable, it’s still very, very low... I found the smallest stool and it works okay. For a beginner like me, who throws a maximum of 1.5kg and lives in a small apartment, it’s actually perfect. Plus, the price is the lowest you’ll find for a new wheel on the market. I 100% recommend it!
Great beginners wheel
This wheel is great for beginners. It is quite low, so you have to figure out a way to adjust the height. It is very quiet and you hardly hear it. Great functions where you can choose either pedal or use the buttons to get the wheel turning. Easy to clean too.

Bin zufrieden! Qualität wie zu erwarten für den günstigen Preis… die Platte ist der anfällig- hatte eine Nacht einen feuchten Schwamm drauf liegen und nun eine große Stelle „Rost“? Ansonsten ist sie sehr einfach in der Bedienung und tut was sie soll! Sie ist sehr tief und man benötigt definitiv eine Erhöhung. Würde sie wieder kaufen! Gut für Anfänger*innen geeignet
Très fonctionnel et évolutif
Model 3 pieds, facile à transporter. Le moteur est effectivement en 350 w mais il est suffisant. Prévoir de le sur élever pour un adulte. Ou remplacer les parties télescopiques des pieds par des pieds en bois plus long. Si vous entendez un petit claquement à chaque tour de roue c'est simplement parce que les roulement son secs, il suffit d'y glisser quelques gouttes d'huile et le bruit disparait. Ca peut aussi venir du fait que la courroie soit un peu trop tendue, on peut même éventuellement la remplacée par une courroie nervurée un peu plus large, comme il y a un meilleur contact on peut tendre un peu moins pour soulager les roulements et sécuriser le moteur en réglant la tension juste assez, mais en l'état c'est un petit tour très fonctionnel et parfait pour commencer la poterie d'une manière sérieuse. Contrairement à d'autres commentaires je trouve la pédale bien progressive et précise. Les vitesses maxi et mini sont parfaitement bien adaptées et très réactives. Le câble électrique est muni d'un disjoncteur différentiel qui vous protège en cas d'infiltrations d'eau dans l'appareil ne surtout pas le remplacer par un modèle standard sans disjoncteur. Third pottery wheel quality declining
I am a fan of the pottery wheels. Great value for money so I am willing to be gentle on some inconveniences. My first wheel has a squeak, my second is the best with an improved tray and no noise. The most recent purchase the peddle to change the speed is like a race horse. It accelerates to 90% immediately. Very difficult for beginners and for trimming. Before I also had the use of the smaller pottery wheels from the brand. I would definitely recommend the most powerful one.

Πάρα πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής!! Για αρχάριους και για εκπαίδευση ότι καλύτερο. Λίγο κοντό ακόμη και με ανεβασμένα τα ποδαράκια του με μια μικρή κατασκευή 10cm θα έρθει ακριβώς εκεί που θέλετε. Φτιάχνεις εύκολα Κουπες βάζα κανάτες..το μοτέρ δυνατό και σαν κατασκευή δεν πρόκειται να πάθει τίποτα. Λίγο αρνητικό δεν έχει αρκετό χώρο για να μπει το κουβαδάκι με το νερό από μπροστά βέβαια αυτό το λύνεις με ένα βοηθητικό τραπεζάκι.

Expédition et livraison extrêmement rapide. Produit parfaitement conforme. Le tour est vraiment super et rempli son rôle. Vitesse basse et rapide avec un bon couple. Petit cloc cloc q,ui après examen est corrigé par déplacement d'un cran de la courroie. Elle frottait en étant trop près du carter. Les pieds étant trop courts, ils ont été remplacés par des pieds de lit diamètre 50, longueur 35cm. On obtient ainsi une hauteur idéale pour une assise sur tabouret à vis.

Wir bekamen ein komplett defektes Gerät geliefert mit fehlenden Knöpfen und Beulen und Dellen. Wir haben uns gleich an den Support gewandt und befürchteten bereits lange Email loops, aber es kam anders. Wir wurden sehr schnell bearbeitet und da wir auch gleich Fotos von dem Schaden und der Transportkiste gemacht hatten, wurde uns umgehend geholfen und das Gerät ersetzt. Very handy wheel
Very handy little wheel. I do mostly hand building but wanted something other than a turn table that I needed to rotate by hand to alter forms. This is perfect. It’s a little difficult to adjust the rotation speed, but a few simple modifications make it work. It is on short legs so you need to raise it up.

bought 16 of these for a pottery stuido they work great. low speed is a little jumpy and the foot pedal gears come loose some times but easy fix. we have had them for about a year and use them almost every day. all have been great!
