Très satisfait du produit proposé par la marque, serrure a code mécanique, le produit est bien fini, semble solide et de qualité, en tout cas il fait son poids, le poignet est ferme et solide, l'installation a été très simple, juste faut pas trop serrer les visses, sinon ça bloque la commande des codes, la programmation des codes est très simple, en cas d'oubli il suffit de regarder a l'arrière pour trouver le code, a voir la durée de vie du produit

I bought 6 of them for our student rental. the quality and durability is still wait to be seen. I can only speak of the installation and my initial impression. build quality is solid. the entire assembly feels very solid, heavy in other words. installation: is fairly easy, but can be improved. this has something to do with the design. [read on] the design improvement ideas: 1. the keys travel a lot more than people commonly expected. I know it is due to the mechanical mechanism. But if you can change it to half the travel depth, it would be a lot more user-friendly. 2. The vertical layout. with most of the doors, the handles are at hip level. That means people have to look down to see the buttons. Making the keypad (or just the keys) slightly angled upward makes it easier to read and operate. 3. no lock to the unlock position. If a person leaves the room for a few minutes, there is no need to lock the door. But this keypad locks every time. 4. It requires a hole on top of the keypad to hold the keypad in place. This means if I don't want to use this keypad anymore, I have a hole to patch and paint. A better way is to have two screws on each side of the stem, like all other locks do…

Easy to install as long as you line up the small triangles in the same direction as the the handles that you changed

Door thickness

Fantastic lock! BUT I only had one issue: my door is 59 mm thick, and the longest spindle included in the package was not long enough to reach both sides of the lock. I had to purchase a longer spindle separately. Other than that, the lock was easy to install. The instructions could be a little clearer, but if you're handy, it's not a problem. Overall, I'm very happy with the lock and would definitely recommend it!

Easy install if you've installed a door lock before

4.5 Stars. Ordered two of these door locks for the side gates to our house. Loved that we now have a programmable combination door lock for entry into our side yard. If you've installed a door handle type lock, this will be a straightforward install. There are extra shims and extensions if you have a non-standard depth door–thicker or thinner than usual that's not a prob with this lock system. Setting up the combination requires removal of the door handle––a simple procedure—if the handle is off. One thing to note: once you set your combination, the code can be entered in any manner (ex: if code is 1234, you could enter 4321 and that will still open the door). However, if you were to enter 123456, that would not work. Up to you to decide if that is a security issue or not.

Good but could be improved.

For my garage, this is a good substitute for a standard locking set as I no longer need to fetch a key every time I need access. The cost is reasonable and I will never worry about dead batteries. So far, it is working well for my purpose. However, there are some things to be aware of: 1. The code combinations are limited because you can only use each alphanumeric once, and; 2. The order of the code entry seemingly doesn’t matter. 3.. The instructions for changing the code are accurate but the indicator marks can be difficult to make out under poor lighting (or with old eyes), so make sure you “play” with it outside of the door until you are 100% happy with the way it works before you install it. 4. The bezel width just very barely covers an exiting hole for a standard North American lockset, which can make installation finicky on an existing door. You may even need to infill the old lockset hole with a round plug before drilling new holes for this unit. So, for a new door with no pre-existing hole, this would go much more smoothly than for a retrofit, I suspect. It would be nice if the kit included an infill plug for old doors, and maybe a slightly wider bezel for a bit more cover…

Solidly built

Installed this on a garden shed with double doors today. Very good quality, clear instructions and was easily installed on maybe a unique usage case. The mechanical lock with no concerns about weather or battery life is ideal for this application.

This is great one an office door or a closet - anywhere you want to make entry hard, but exit easy.

I got this because I wanted coded entry that would not depend on batteries, an app, Wi-Fi, or a key that could be misplaced. I prefer a mechanical lock, which just means there are real moving parts inside. I like the mechanical push-button design, the auto-locking feature, and the ability to set a multi-digit code. It is a practical option for a workshop, storage room, side entrance, or another door that several authorized people need to access. A less-obvious use would be securing a room containing business inventory or household emergency supplies while still allowing selected family members to enter without distributing keys. I've had a lot of opportunity to buy or order the brand's products, and I've been happy with all of the products. I recommend.

Didn't work after installing

I spent 1 hour adjusting the fitment then it won't lock. I used the second set to finally install it. My tenant claims it was too complicated and didn't always work. I removed it replace with original and put it back in the box through it in the corner make it up as a lesson and a loss

Working great after two years!

Installed these two years ago on the two doors of my newly installed fence. None of the fence installers I spoke with had good options for something like this, so I bought one to try it (and another one shortly after seeing the first one work). They are in the elements in Texas (sun, rain) and still look great. They have been working great and smoothly, exactly how I wanted. They can be opened from the outside with the code and from inside with the latch. And they are purely mechanical, so no battery! Made such a big difference vs the combination lock I had before (couldn’t be opened from inside)! Only thing I would change is that the little steel piece that connects the inside and outside latches was not long enough for me, so I had to weld them together to make a longer one. Would be great if the manufacturer makes an adjustable one which could be extended depending on door thickness.

Ich habe das Codeschloss bei mir zu Hause installiert, und es funktioniert absolut einwandfrei. Die Bedienung ist zuverlässig, der Code lässt sich leicht einstellen, und die automatische Verriegelung ist sehr praktisch. Ich bin wirklich zufrieden und werde das Schloss definitiv noch einmal kaufen.

My husband has dementia and wanders so I needed a way to lock the door from the inside that had a code, not a key. This lock worked well at first, although the placement of the handle makes it difficult to put in the code and open. It is vertical, in front of the key pad making it difficult to use. It worked well for about a month. One night I went to open it and one of the keys was jammed and I could not unlock it. I tried everything I could but finally had to remove the lock completely, which left a hole in the door. I spend the next 3 hours trying to install another lock. I don't usually give bad reviews. I grew up with the "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all" motto, but I think a lock than fails is dangerous. I thought a mechanical lock would be safer than electronic, but not this time. Sorry to be so negative.

This is great for some situations like mine. It’s a 6 on quality, a 5 on ease of use and a 6 on ease of install. I had to flip the internals for my gate.

This entryway pushbutton lock system works pretty good after its installed, but the assembly was nerve wrecking! The two screws that secure the two halfs together on the door are all but impossible to start and screw in. It took me one hour of sweat and cuss words to finally get it together!!!! Not for the faint at heart

Worked great for my application on a wood gate. I can now unlock the gate from either side. Previously my combo lock was on the outside which meant I had to unlock it from the outside. Looks very clean and professional.

This is quite honestly a really interesting approach to keyless entry because it completely removes one of the biggest failure points you get with electronic locks: ***batteries**** With this particular Lock, you will never experience a battery drain, there’s no low-power lockouts, and no scrambling to replace cells in bad weather or at inconvenient times. In that sense, it feels very reliable and almost “old-school in a good way.” True Set and forget! Once the code is set, it’s a very set-it-and-forget-it system. For a door where you don’t expect to change access often, that simplicity is a real advantage. You’re not dealing with firmware, power issues, or anything electronic that can degrade over time. It just works mechanically. That said, the tradeoff is absolutely in the setup and adjustments. Changing the code is not something you casually do, you basically have to take the lock apart to reconfigure it. That’s not difficult in a technical sense, but it is inconvenient enough that you really want to be confident in your code choice from the beginning. Solid lock once installed

This lock feels solid and is convenient because it does not need batteries or Wi-Fi. Once installed and adjusted correctly, it works well for a gate or outdoor door. Installation takes a bit of patience, especially to get the alignment right, but the final result is good.

Two issues: (1) the lock is not tall enough to cover a pre-existing deadbolt hole. In fact, you'll need to bore a hole thru door just at the bottom of the deadbolt area. You won't be able to use a deadbolt because the lock (height) covers a portion of the deadbolt hole. (2) All locks are keyed differently. I ordered 5 locks and no two locks have same key. So I have a couple of key rings with five keys on them (each key must be labeled for its door). The locks are mechanically sound. I've been using them for a few weeks and other than the above mentioned issues, I feel they are a good value for the price.

Relatively easy to install and great value for money. The only issue I had was with the bar length. The bar was too short and slipped out of the licking mechanism when installed so I had to extend and wedge it in with a cut piece from the 2nd bar. Once installed it's operating perfectly.

Wanted a non electric lock for a fence that could be open with a manual code. Turns out this is not easy to find. I found one on the homedepot website and ordered it. When it arrived, it was the lock. So when ordering a second one, I went straight to the brand. The mechanics of the buttons and handle are good and the lock seems well made. Coding of the password was easy. Pro - Not expensive, can be outside, seems pretty sturdy, strong enough to keep a dual gate closed. Cons - Instructions are horrible. Main issue is getting one side of the lock (on the inside of the door) to connect to the other side of the lock on the outside. I can't stress enough how difficult this was. The pin that passes through the door needs to be placed into a tiny slot (see pic) and it is a shot in the dark. Even once in the slot it slips in and out. Eventually I had to use painter tapes to tape it in the small slot in order to be able to pass it through the hole in the door, have it stay in place, and be able to have it slip into the other side's slot.
